Not the best, but not the worst.

It had a nice view of the ocean. It had a good location that was close to the ocean and restaurants. The a/c worked great. We did like the balcony. It was nice to have a kitchen.

The unit was very small. The bed was very hard. The bath towels were old. It needed paint. The building was run down. It needed new bed pillows. It was difficult to sleep because of the uncomfortable bed. They could have supplied a few more dishes, bowls in the kitchen.

Kitchen was enough equipped. It had a beautiful view to see.

Unfortunately, my feedback regarding Apartment number 11, which I had booked recently, is pretty negative. Despite not having paid a substantial amount for this reservation, I expected it to be at least somewhat clean. The bedsheets, blankets, and towels were almost too old and not adequately clean and up to acceptable standards. Additionally, during our stay, we encountered small insects in the bed that relentlessly bit us all over, which was extremely distressing. All my body got really red😩 Furthermore, there were no essential amenities such as shampoo or toiletries available in the apartment. I am almost dissatisfied with this experience and deeply regret having had such a negative encounter with this case.

Pleasant

The view was Amazing.Good for 2 people or singles.

As per the photos, it seems like a 1 bhk , but it was a studio. And the towels were very old and few were dusty.

Recommand, I love vacation in this little town

Location, équipements, cleanliness and the host was super communicant.

The view, appartmt in lvl zero. Mosquitoes, high lvl of attacking mosquitoes. (Tigre mosquitoes)

Great location great price - practical for solo traveler for short stay

Location, sea view, easiness for check in /out

- The room could use a bit of a freshen up. - Curtains were dirty - Sliding doors to balcony did not lock (had to close curtains which didn't feel like enough) - Pillows for the bed could be replaced.

Convenient with all the amenities for a self catering stay

Convenient location, lovely cafe across the street. Beach less than a minute's walk away. Facilities were great, literally everything you could need for a stay.

Unfortunately in the evenings it was very cold as there was no proper heating with the exception of a towel heating rack in the bathroom. They had extra blankets available but even with those we were still quite cold.

Great holidays at the Cote d'azur

The location is perfect, directly at the beach with an awesome view from the balcony to the beautiful blue ocean. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, incl. kitchen. We loved the small grill on the balcony! The size of room is not too big but still OK for 2 adults and 1 children. The host is very nice and helpful. When we arrived the toilet seat was broken. We called Nicolas and he fixed it immediately. Thanks again. Very near to the apartment there is a big supermarket where you will find everything you need! Bars and restaurants are also around. From Villeneuve-Loubet you can easily explore nice places like Cannes or Nice.

- Be aware of the mosquitoes ;-) (In the room you will find a mosquito trap) - There is no private car park. But there are public car parks near around and during night time you can park directly on the road for free.
