Superb

Location. Property is in a quite neighborhood, it is very close to Metro station, several eateries are near by , Lidl is 3 minutes away. 10 seconds from property is a nice bakery, great for morning coffee Mostly, we walked to city center, about 20 minutes walk, and took the metro back. Property is 2 stories house, 1 bedroom on 1st floor + 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor.

Great location

Great location. Close to metro station but you can also walk to attractions. One person in our travel party arrived earlier on the day of check in and she was able to leave her suitcases at the location. The owner was very welcoming to her.

The staircase to the two bedrooms upstairs smelled like cat pee. I don't know if it's the paint or something else. Thanksfully the smell was contained in the stairway only, but everytime I went upstairs I had to hold my breath. I lost internet connection a couple of times.

Beautiful place in Porto

The flat is huge and beautiful. Extraordinarily clean and has everything one needs if looking for a place to call your temporary home. The owners are a very cute couple that were super easy to work with. Everything went smooth and was such a pleasant stay! The location is close to the bus station and is walking distance (long walk though) to the waterfront and other areas of interest.

To be fair, it was pouring down rain when we got there. But there was a small leak in the main bathroom ceiling that caused the rug to be wet and then the apartment had an overall damp smell the rest of the stay. But it is that time of year... The beds had super warm bedding but the bed itself was very hard. So good if you like that but may be slightly uncomfortable for some. But really these are minor complaints. The place was immaculate and very comfortable.

Too many owner objects around the house, owner should inform where to park car in near by roads to avoid tickets on main road in front of house.

Lovely welcoming host of a spotlessly clean and well-equipped apartment

The apartment is located roughly a 10 minute walk from the main train station (where trains depart to/fro the airport). If you have heavy luggage, jump on the metro as the Heroismo stop is a minute's walk away. It is roughly a 20 minute walk to Porto old town and the Douro river where you can jump on boats for tours. The host was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was huge - lots of space for a couple or two travelling with children. I have never seen such a clean apartment - it was spotless - and there were so many facilities including working wifi. The bathroom had accessories, the kitchen even had a sewing kit and there was a range of herbal teas in the cupboard. Check in and check out were easy as the host lives next door - the only slight hiccup being that I hadn't realised cash was required on check in and I didn't have sufficient left as it was my last night in Porto. All sorted with an ATM visit and a gracious host.
