Compleet appartement met prima uitzicht, te ver van bewoonde wereld.
Appartement is compleet en verzorgd, maar ligt op verlaten park. Receptie gesloten en alles met taxi doen.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location
Really nice apartment in a peaceful location near to Santa Maria, quite luxurious and very clean, and has everything you'd need. The apartment is part of a complex that's around ten or so years old, and is very well maintained, especially the gardens. A lot of the apartments are unsold, and part of the complex on the outskirts is unfinished, but dont let that put you off there's no building work going on and you get to have a pool (or several) to yourselves. There's no food or drink facilities within the complex and no reception as it's not part of a hotel. Nearest shop is around a 15 minute walk away. You'll need to find a good shop in Santa Maria and stock up for your stay. There's not much in Ponta Preta, but the beach is beautiful. An operational mobile phone will be needed to order taxis at times. Car hire is very expensive in Sal but I would recommend it if only for a few days to explore the island. Great communication from the hosts Paul and Jackie, as well as their letting agent. Only negative in the apartment is if you want to watch films on the TV you'll need to take your own DVD's or a usb with films etc as none are provided and the TV doesn't get a signal. Also we were allowed to use two mountain bikes but unfortunately the tyres were flat and there was no pump. Overall I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again, we found it a lot more relaxing here compared to the noise of central Santa Maria. Also compared to the other complex's in the area (there are a few enormous complex's and a lot of these are also mostly unsold) this one is a lot quieter and private, we only saw seven other guests during our stay. This suited us and we were happy with our stay

lovely but very lonely
We have had a lovely holiday on the island of Sal, and been happy to stay in your apartment.
Our impression and review of your apartment is this:
The apartment is very hard to find, because the area has no house number and road has no street signs.
the apartment are clean and well equipped - it is well described by HomeAway. But cable TV and Internet not connected , no radio.
But the field is disappointing. Few other apartments are completed, almost all are empty. The pool was closed, mini market was closed. Restaurent was fine - the staff were very friendly.
We gladly recommend this apartment, but would like to clarify how lonely the place is.
We will think about whether we come back to this place.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday
We stayed in this apartment for a month . The apartment was great and had all the facilities needed for our stay. We didn't bother with tv but if you want this you need to book it in advance as is the same with the wfi. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the gardens around the properties are beautifully kept. We enjoy walking and this takes you about 40 minutes into Santa Maria but a shuttle bus is provided twice a day for a euro each and there are also plenty of taxis. A nice walk is about 25 mins away to Ponta Preta beach where we had something to eat and watched the sun go down which was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Beach and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for a relaxing get away holiday .

Very comfortable apartment - nice and quite resort
We spent a very good week at Paradise beach resort mid-April 2015 : the appartment is very comfortable and clean and the view on the swimming-pool , the garden and the sea are so nice ! The weather was OK although still a little bit windy but when we had lunch or dinner at the apartment it was always outside on the large balcony.
We are divers and did 10 dives with Caboverde Diving Center which is only located 200m from the resort. The water was 22 degrees and we were very surprised and happy to meet so many different species of Mediterranean and even tropical fishes !
We really had a good time ! A good address to recommend.

Peaceful paradise
For those seeking peace and quiet in lovely, very well appointed and modern apartment, this is for you. Nicely landscaped gardens and pools looking toward the sea and sunset with a quiet beer at the bar by the rounded pool. Right on the beach which is a highly recommended 40 minute walk to Santa Maria. Feels like home the minute you walk in. Many thanks to Paul for having us over at such short notice!
Muito obrigado!

no stress, just relax
we were at Paradise Beach for one week.
The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the necessary luxury.
We had a great (partially) view over the ocean.
A must see is the sunset from the beach, a great holiday feeling.
The swimming pool was refreshing during the sunny hours.
It was really relaxing to be in this apartment at Paradise Beach.
The service of the parkmanager was correct and personal.
Off course we also enjoyed Santa Maria. The people were very friendly and the restaurants good.
A nice holiday if you want to relax but there are also enough day activities possible.
(our trips: horseriding on the beach, quad driving, fishing with a local fisherman)

A lovely spacious apartment with all the mod cons
I spent a week in this apartment it was very comfortable with all the mod cons, it was home from home with every thing you need for a great holiday, all the rooms are spacious, with a very large balcony stretching the whole length of the apartment. It is very quiet and peaceful overlooking the pools and partial sea views. This part of the complex is complete, however there are still parts of the complex that are still under construction, but these parts are far enough away not to interfere with your holiday.
Santa Maria is a lovely stroll along the beach where there are great restaurants and bars, with local markets and fresh caught fish.
I would recommend this apartment for a quiet holiday for families or couples.
