The apartment was well equipped & clean.
Didn’t like how it was a third party dealing with check in etc. Our flight arrived early & they were unable to accommodate early check in. When we arrived at reception the security guard was unwelcoming, even yawning when I asked him a question. Our host then came to meet us so that we could drop our luggage off. He wasn’t very friendly either.
The apartment was in need of updating in some parts - a little shabby. Extremely noisy both externally & internally. We did not feel safe here with a young family. From our balcony we witnessed an arrest & also lots of homeless people raiding bins on the street - not a nice area!
We were also unaware that the Capetown marathon was happening during our stay - runners running directly past our apartment so it was absolute mayhem for 2 days.
We hated it so much that we checked out early & booked a hotel at the V&A for the last few nights!!

Everything in the apartment was high quality. There was ample cleaning products and tea and coffee too. The host even contacted me after I left to check if an item I left behind was mine.

The place is centrally locationed, which makes it easy to reach the city and places like Camps Bay.

Good location
We had to pay R10’000 deposit which we only got back about 15/16 days after our departure. It wasn’t a hold on our ccard, it was actually taken off. The contents of the property is really definitely not worth to pay such an excessive amount for a deposit. The main ensuit, bath is so high, definitely not suitable for anyone elderly, short people or with back problems to get in to yse the shower. Mattresses needs to be replaced and needs a complete repaint inside. Plenty of marks all over walls. No TV in the main bedroom. The unit is really very basic, not worth the money. We travel to Cape Town often, but will definitely not book there again. Many other better options available.

lighting in bathrooms terrible
blocked drains in bathrooms
weak Wi-Fi

lovely apartment, well located. close to bars & cafes
underground safe parking
en-suite shower is over the bath and the bath is very high to get into and even harder to get out of.
Wi-Fi erratic and slow when available

Great location just outside the Waterfront. The apartment was spacious and modern and the building’s security was first rate. All the loadshedding arrangements worked well so we had (rechargeable) lights and internet even when the power was off.
It would have been helpful if the two bedrooms had had a mirror in them.
8.0
Position and security. It had all we needed including lights for loadshedding.
Beds are extremely hard and not comfortable. There was a smell from the cleaning/ dustbin area that Marco came and sorted out very quickly.
9.0
The double room which had their own bathroom. The stoop. The coffee machine . That washing machine.
Cleaning everyday
The cars in the street never stop.

Friendly staff, easy to communicate and organize anything. The poetry was clean, spacious and modern. Everything in working condition and perfect location. Would definitely return.
Slight traffic noise but we wanted to be in the heart of Cape Town!

Everything else was great.. The open glass view to the road was just great and creates great lighting and ambience.. The location was great and near everything
The bathtub was too high and the glass door made it difficult for us to use...

Safe and walking distance from the Cape Town Stadium and various restaurants in Main Rd. Spacious and modern unit. Balcony looks over Main Rd in Green Point. Safe indoor parking. Friendly and efficient check- in and out.
The bath in the main bedroom is very deep and mostly behind glass- difficult to get in and out. Shower available in 2nd bathroom.

Location, close to everything for a city break
Staff and security, felt very secure with 24hr guards.
Modern finishes and great view.
Bit noisy coz main road but not an issue for a short stay.

Very pretty apartment and near lovely coffee shops and restaurants.
We did not realize that we had to clean the apartment. It was dirty and we got bitten by dust mites and fleas (mistakenly called them ticks). Had to seek medical attention and Kelly was very condescending about whole experience.

To be honest we loved everything. When we arrived we were greeted warmly. The property was very homely and just in the heart of everything essential. Restaurants and the waterfront are walking distance. Just a few mins to the beach by UBER. We are definitely coming back! Thank you!

Nice and airy living/dining/kitchen area. Beds are really comfortable and block-out blinds also means late mornings in the bed.
Could have been a bit cleaner
