Our beach has all the desired vacation activities you would wish for in a beach community, including a wide variety of restaurants, charter fishing trips, dolphin watching tours, jet skiing, and more. The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend get away. It was clean and had enough amenities for us. What we loved the most is we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. There is so much to do in that area, shops, restaurants, music. AND it’s just a few steps from the beach. They provided beach chairs & a beach umbrella . We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for the second time in 4 years. It is a beach house , not a resort room small but does the trick. Only would like a bigger fridge in this unit we stayed for a week and the freezer was a tad bit small but we managed. Room and property were clean

Didn’t need a fancy hotel room, basically just sleeping here as we were out all day. Convenient, pretty clean, has all you need (kitchen gear) if you need it. We didn’t cook here. Great location, quiet, but just a short walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Property was just as expected. Convenient walk to everything. Very close to beach, beach block and 2 minute walk up. Found very friendly people at the pickleball courts at library/recreation building. (Also a short walk) not an extravagant beach property but a beach shack kind of feel.

This place is a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood, steps from the white sands, walking distance to everything you need! While it is an older unit and does need some updated flooring, dishwasher and bathroom, it doesn’t take away from where it is located. We would certainly stay here again!

Overall it was very cozy and nicely furnished. My husband is 80 plus and getting in and out of shower in tub with no grab bar was unsafe. I should have given that more thought. Personally the mattress was way too firm. I kept waking up because my joints hurt. Location was great.

We loved the location - short walk to beach, super fun restaurants and bars all within walking distance and the main area of Clearwater also an easy walk. A pleasant surprise was the free laundry on the property and the parking spot (which is a luxury in Clearwater). I will say, the property is aging and could use a deep clean and some TLC but it worked well for our short stay and we would book again. If you go in knowing it is not a luxury property and don’t have those expectations, you will enjoy the property. Cheers!

The apartment was adorable, comfortable, quiet, and very clean! Quick walk to the beach, beach chairs and towels available for each unit, great shower. Looking forward to staying again!

I agree with a previous review that this is a older "beach cottage" not a new 5-star resort, and if you go in understanding that you should be happy. The unit has everything you need for your stay in a great location near the beach, a bit outside the main tourist area but within walking distance. Our only real complaint is the bed was not comfortable and could use an upgrade. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Florida Beach Rental was so friendly and responsive. They have laundry on site and it is so convenient. Great access to the beach. Beautiful courtyard to relax in morning and night. Loved it!!

This is a cute little one bedroom one bathroom condo. It slept e adults and one child. Not luxury but it is right on the beach and was a great price. We met the property owner and he is super nice. A++++ location on North Beach.

It’s an older rental, but clean and comfortable. We love being able to walk to the beach and to almost everything else. We didn’t need a car. We had perfect weather the 10 days we were there. ☀️

Unit met my wife and I needs. A small modest unit that was perfect for the two of us. The screened in area was a nice bonus. We were actually able to sit outside and enjoy the late afternoon rains. Great place to get out of the midday heat and to relax in the evenings. Within reasonable walking distance of the Pier 60 and its many shops and restaurants. Numerous opportunities for the adventurous: dolphin tours, jet ski, parasailing, etc. Easy access to the Jolly Trolley that makes it simple to move throughout the Clearwater Beach area. Even though it did not have a gulf view; it was just steps away from the beach. The bathroom is in need of updating.

Charming little cottage, bright and cheery! We cooked meals in the kitchen and ate out on the screened in patio. Only a few steps from the beach. Loved it!

Awesome place to stay, close to beach, perfect location, not a lot of tourist but close to all clearwater has to offer. I enjoyed the outdoor space and privacy and the apartment was very quaint and comfortable. I will be back next year.

If they charged me half of what they did it might have been worth it. Nice spot, good location if you stay on the road outside of the main tourist section. Excellent beach spot and I never once went the beach. Cool neighbors though.

We loved the location of this unit and the 10:00a.m. checkin. It is just steps away from the beach and has a relaxing patio area as well. This unit could use some new pillows, electric outlets and an exhaust fan in the bathroom to help with all the moisture and humidity.

This is our second year to rent the same unit from Jim. He is great as an owner and the company that contracts for booking is very thorough and efficient. We love the proximity to "toes in the sand"! We used the laundry facility this year and it worked very well. I use the grill ~75% of the days and Jim even bought a brand new Weber gas grill identical to mine at home. I helped him unload it then gave it a great break in week. This is perfect location for a getaway to beautiful beach with great sunsets!

The location is close enough to walk barefooted. Clean accommodations with more space than a hotel for sure. We were allowed to bring our Boston Terrier for only $90. It is a nice walk down to the peer, but far enough away from the tourists to be comfortable with a young kid. Definitely recommend!

The property is clean could use some updates as in painting . The shower did not drain well, tv did not work. There was also a mouse under the kitchen sink. Maintenance did come pormptly when called. Over all for the price you get what you pay for.

Very dated property, needs a lot of work. Owner should renovate or rebuild. Pillows on bed need to be replaced. Whoever was in #4 parked in our parking spot (#2) last 2 days-Frustrating. Access to beach best feature.

This is a great little retreat steps form the Beautiful Clearwater Beach. It is walking distance to anything you want with grilling and amenities to make your stay relaxing. This was very nice for an extended weekend when it was cold where we live to allow us fun in the sun. We will be back!

We had a great week directly at the beautiful beach in Clearwater. We especially liked the 50 steps walking distance to the sandy beach, the quiet neighborhood with having shops and restaurants in a few 100 meters walking away and the friendly service from the owners and from the rental company who fixed two minor issues in no time. Thanks for having us and we recommend this place and probably come back in the future.
