I would recommend this place 100%! I will be coming back soon.

Spacious room. Excellent batroom and room facilities. Room was clean. Room service including the bellman was excellent. Breakfast was grande and delicious. Excellent service always with a smile. Location is in the business part of the city - Great for transportation and other conveniences.

Nice stay and location, which is close to everything.

The building was a nice and modern from the outside with the lobby but with a classic twist from the inside. The hotel was close to the mall area. The attractions were close by with a max of 30 min drive. There is a 24/store in the lobby if you need anything at any time of the day. The staff was friendly and helpful with all the requests we asked for.

The bed was hard to sleep on, which i dislike. Some people find it comfortable maybe but not me.

Room was very spacious Very well located in the center but you need to expect a lot of traffic when travelling from and to the hotel Staff was helpful

Room wasn’t up to standard cleanliness wise (stains in the bathtub, towels etc..) At checkout We had to wait for them to do room checking before we leave and we almost missed our flight so expect to wait 5-10mins before leaving for them to check your room Day tours with them are RIDICULOUSLY expensive so that was a huge bummer

Pretty basic for the price….and dress code to eat at the breakfast??? I mean are you serious??? We are on vacation and I need to worry about dress code for breakfast??? Wowwww… first time I encountered that while traveling.

in our room, the toilet was kind of old, there seems to be a lot to be repaired: 1. the water temperature was always hot, had difficulty fixing the water temperature, we had to call housekeeping for assist 2. no bidet in our room, we had to request for a dipper 3. only 1 tp roll everyday, we had to request for another roll, everyday of our stay 3. bath tub was slippery, it was kind of a makeshift bathtub in the sense that you use the bath tub as your shower area, you had to literally climb into the bathtub to stand under the shower faucet; had difficulty making the haldheld shower functions, when you touch the metal it was hot 🥺

I booked 2 reservations in 2 weeks and on the second time, i was given an outdates room in 5F which is different from the 8F rooms thay was given to me the week before.

I would recommend this hotel to friends. I would still come and book this hotel in the future.

The room was a liitle bit on a smaller side if we consider international standards. The complimentary drinks were okay. The refrigerator was very small. There was an issue with the bathroom because the water would sip out from the tub and goes to the floor when showering. I made sure the staff was aware of this. Breakfast was perfect, a little bit pricy though. We had to pay P650 each for two extra people. It's close to Ayala center but a little far from the airport. The airport shuttle that the hotel offered was very expensive. Staff assisted us in booking a taxi going to the airport. Overall, I would rate the hotel 7.5 over 10.

Breakfast was good. They have a small shop.

Rooms are not clean. We had a problem with our first room. The shower was broken. Room wasnt clean. So they moved us to another room. Second room was the same. Toilet Flush wasnt working. Shower had problem. Etc.

we love the location of the hotel and the bed was comfortable we would love to stay again as long as we are on the moun

location , gym, 4th floor had band and the staff are very friendly and attentive

carpet smells and flush in the toilet is broken . The room was also noisy until we transferred to mountain view. Breakfast was the same for 4 days . The lift needs a sensor as it was closing on everyone .

Location is great just a few minutes walk to Ayala mall. Great breakfast options too! Very accommodating and helpful staff so overall a great place to stay.

My favorite place for a hotel in cebu city. Friendly staff and value for money. Nice restaurant and swimming pool. Comfy beds and good bathroom.

This time a bit noisy with traffic sounds cause we were at a different side. Next time I'll ask for a quiet room.
