I would not stay there again and would not recommend it. The rating is not true. I wanted to cancel my stay a couple of

central location and very close to the school that I needed to be at.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly each time housekeeping came to clean. Bottlemarks and soap marks on the sink were still there after cleaning. Rubbish next to the bin in the bathroom was still there after cleaning has been done 2x. Shower was mouldy. There was a thick patch of cobweb on the widow frame near the mirror. Lace curtains needed to be washed. little cockroaches started coming out after a few days. They gave me a pest repellent that needed to be plugged in to get rid of them. Soap and shampoo weren’t replenished during cleaning and neither were the towels. Right next to a popular food place and was noisy every night because of the singing.

Stained bedsheets and untidy. Online pictures are very different from the actual look of the place. We decided to check out and book another hotel.

Not satisfied with my stay.

The location was quite accessible. I stayed there because I had an appointment at a place close to the hotel. The shower was very nice.

The AC remote control didn't work, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. I couldn't sleep well because it was freezing. I asked a staff to check the AC, but it seemed like he did not know how it worked. Another staff came and 'borrowed' a remote control from another room but didn't leave it in my room. As a result, I still couldn't adjust the temperature. Not so comfortable.

Perfect hotel location but im not happy with my room.

What I like most is the location. Very accessible to malls, hospitals and easy transpo access.

When I entered the bathroom, there was a used bath towel behind the bathroom door and I have informed the front desk agent. The toilet bowl was not clean properly (need to do deep cleaning). No free water and no water glass😭 AC is not working well. Room is quite small. If possible, to change the bed linens coz it looks very old.

Disappointing

Central location

Strange smell in the room and lots of cockroaches. The staff forgot to return my 1000 peso key deposit after I checked out the next day. I sent multiple emails about how to return the money, however got no rely. I then called reception who said they would WhatsApp me after but again I received no message. In the end I had to physically return to the property a week later, even though I was never planning to return to Cebu City. Not even an apology was offered.

Only good thing was location and the comfy bed.

Was dirty, room very small, no hot water, bathroom was really dirty that we had to use flip flops to use it all the time. lights not working properly, had to take off a light bulb to sleep. no enough switchs as the ones near to bed were all broken.

Good

The location of the property was very good for us as we had to attend to business in the same street. It is very easy access to the surrounding shops and sites with all that you need within easy walking distance. There is a Robinson's Shopping Mall within 5 minutes walk and a variety of fast food restaurants, pharmacies and street vendors nearby. One of doormen was very helpful, actively looking for ways to assist us with local information and arranging transport. The room was nicely furnished and would have been luxurious when it was new.

The room was a little musty and the carpet was in good need of a vacuum. The shower was cold as the heater didn't work. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

poor water drainage system, bathroom has strong urine scent, bedsheet smells disgusting and aircon is noisy.
