Quelques petites mouches.

Silencio por la noche.

Good value for money, if you have very basic needs.
One bed vas noisy 😄.

The host is incredibly kind and thoughtful! A true treasure! Felt like family staying there.

Good location, public transportation options are close and easily accessible. A lot of nice cosy bars, cafes and a local market is just a few minutes away.
A bigger variety of offering for breakfast would be nice

liked the staff. also liked the breakfast and close to the arena Camp Nou
to expensive for the night, 200 euros but we needed the night after the game

Pedro is an excellent host! Helpful and friendly. We loved the location, Sarria is safe enough for my teenagers to walk around alone in the evening. Great cafes and restaurants a 2 min walk away. Just a 15 min metro ride to downtown.

Staff were great. Air conditioning was silent and effective. Access to fridge and microwave was appreciated. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good and it was possible to have a hot shower. Room was quiet, until people in adjacent room started making noise around 8am. Metro stop very close. Restaurants and grocery stores znd bakeries nearby.
Room was remarkably small, and the private bathroom in that room was tiny, including the smallest shower I've ever seen. Not a major issue.
One of the duvets we were given was stained (body fluids) which made us wonder if everything else, which did appear to be clean, had been washed (on request we were promptly provided with a freshly laundered replacement).
And my daughter stepped on a tiny piece of broken glass in the bathroom.
No major downsides, except the price. And yes, I know that accommodations in barcelona are just plain expensive.

It was a nice and simple room. No frills. No extras. It was a place to sleep and then go spend the day doing stuff around Barcelona. The location was incredible for doing a lot of things. There's a metro literally at the end of the street, lots of quality restaurants and bakeries, and the open top buses had a stop that comes nearby. The gentleman who runs the place also is excellent for recommendations of places to go
The bathroom was too small. Like i expected a small room and small area but the bathroom was too small. I was sitting on the toilet at an angle

The owner and the staff are very kind, owner gave me advice about public transport route to reach my destination. Location of the hostel is perfect as you have a close proximity of metro and multiple bus lines. Breakfast is simple but good with good coffee, cocoa or tea. Will return one day.
Towels were dirty and the room was quite small.

super fast wifi, great for working...

The room has everything you need, especially appreciated the safe to keep your valuables. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, but it's also well connected to the rest of the city via public transport. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is not very good but it gets you going in the morning and for the price it is totally fine. The walls are very thin, so bring ear plugs.

Good enough, if you just want to sleep at nights. Had the essentials (good private bathroom and basic breakfast). Cheaper than other options nearby. Helpful staff. Nice location.
Although it was the cheapest option, it was quite expensive. Gives the impression of a prison. If you are taller than 2 meters, the bed might be too small.

I had a great stay at Studio Hostel. The owner and the staff were very helpful and amazing. Beautiful terrace on the roof. Basic breakfast. The hostel is located in Sarria-St.Gervasi district, with parks and nice buildings, it's far from the seaside. But there is a metro station near the hostel and bus connection to get to the main sightseeing spots of Barcelona.
3.5
Very simple breakfast (bread, butter, jam, pb, spreadable cheese) and coffee/tea. Small, simple and affordable rooms. Very friendly owner. Cozy terrace at the roof in the shadows on the evenings with several tables. Quite during our stay. No pubs/restaurants directly next to it.
A bit hard to find the entrance in an alley, keys instead of NFC cards. No pubs nearby. Restaurants closes around 23 in the nearby quarters.

the location’s amazing. it had a ping pong table so we played at night. wifi was fast as well. host Pedro was the nicest and most helpful
the breakfast was just a loaf of bread everyday which was very limited

Nice location, decent price. Got all the basics right while providing hardly any extras, as one would expect for the price. Owner was friendly and chill.
Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, also we only found out on arrival that its served from 8:00 to 10:00 only, so we missed it most days. Also beware that all rooms are “just large enough” to serve their intended purpose – after having 3 people store their lugage there wasn’t much free space left to speak of.
