Walk into the beautiful large entrance with a atrium which is located in the middle of the home. What surrounds this atrium is a Pool table, kitchen, formal dining table, family room and an Arizona room with another table. The Kitchen is a chef's dream that can easily satisfy the needs of a professional chef or anyone who has a hankering to cook at that level. The spacious kitchen features a gas stove with a pot filler faucet that is mounted over the stove. There is also a flat top stove, oven, microwave, large fridge with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and a pass through window above the sink that's perfect for entertaining from the inside out. The dining area which is off of the kitchen seats 6 and there are 4 bar stools at the counter. There is also an Arizona room with additional seating for 6 that is right off the family room. The family room has a flat screen tv, large sectional couch which provides plenty of seating and 2 french doors that leads out to the backyard as well as provided great lighting.
The Master bedroom is on one side of the home while the other bedrooms are on the other. The master bedroom has a King size bed, tv, large closet, private bathroom with large Jacuzzi bathtub, separate walk in shower and double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. The second guest bedroom features 2 Queen size beds, large chair and closet. In between these 2 bedrooms is a bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combo. The third guest bedroom features a Full size bed, closet and there is a door that leads out to an extended room that has another Full size bed along with a couch, love seat and door that leads to the back yard. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer just off the kitchen. There is an 3rd guest bathroom with a single sink.

We stayed for two weeks with a group of 5-6. The home is very large and has comfortable furniture. A/C set at 72 was perfect considering outside temps reached 117+, everything was very clean and fresh, and we had everything we needed during our stay w/good communication. The main bedroom was on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms, affording more privacy. The atrium was a nice touch and when it rains outside, it rains inside! The beds were the most comfortable beds of any home we have stayed in, the main bed is electric. Clean pool w/ a large umbrella you can open up for shade during high sun. Pool furniture was comfortable enough if you care to sit outside in July! Diving board needs to be secured better, it moves! Photos are accurate but should’ve included more. Stove and oven are great, grill in the backyard was nice. Upper deck was awesome! Sunsets are stunning from up there! While it is a nice home, it is slightly dated and could benefit from some updates. Pool table has a repaired tear, and while I asked ahead of time about the pool cues and was told they are in good shape, they need new tips; we didn’t use them. This was one of the main reasons for renting this home so that was a definite negative I must mention. The main bedroom needs new doors, they can easily be pushed open by a small dog when closed/locked. The front door is hard to close and securely lock and blew open during a storm. We would stay again though because this house grows on you!

Excellent property. The only thing that I would change is a few things were broken-dishwasher is not installed or connected to anything. There was a lot of cat/dog hair in the carpet. We wanted to clean the floors but couldn't find any vacuum and the mop was full of hair so baby was on the floor and covered in hair. Bathroom door lock was barely hanging on but I would rent this place again and again. It was amazing and so much room for all of us. The pool was great and everything that we needed was there. We made sure to wash all towels and stuff when we left but couldn't clean any floors but if you want top notch-lots of room-definetly rent this house. We will be back next year!

We rented this house for a family vacation. My wife, our two children, my mother and sister, and myself all stayed at the house together. We had plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, the kitchen was great for the meals we had at the house and the pool and hot tub were big hits with the kids!! The location is great! Both quiet and peaceful at night, and close enough to make accessing activities and entertainment relatively easy! Many rentals charge extra fees to heat their swimming pools, this one included that during the time of year we visited, which made it a great value comparatively! We would rent this house again without hesitation!

House was beautiful, comfortable, huge and spotless. The heated pool was heavenly and provided hours of fun for the kids. The rooftop deck was perfect for morning coffee. My family agreed that it was the nicest property we’ve stayed in in AZ.

everything was really good. everything was furnished (dishes, pool towels, towels, linens). at one point we had dinner for 12 and we had enough plates and silverware. The owner/property manager communicated great!
if i wanted to be really picky i would say: 1. there needs to be another sitting area other than the pit crew in front of the TV. and 2. There needs to be other furniture around the pool for laying out.

The house overall worked for our one month stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly and great for outdoor running and walking. Our dog was happy. The layout is unique with 4 bedrooms linked together; we had a few guests at different times it accommodated our needs and then some. The living areas of the home are spacious and functional. The Master bedroom (located opposite the 4 linked bedrooms) was roomy and comfortable. A few comments on what would have made this a better stay: the kitchen, while equipped with some great appliances, needs a deep clean. We came across dirty dishes on shelves, rusty knives and everything we utilized needed to be scrubbed beforehand. There was extremely limited glassware (one wine glass) which was surprising. We ended up purchasing a number of basic kitchen items for our stay; if the house is being used for entertaining a large group, plan accordingly. Lastly, there were a few minor leaks (pot filler and the ceiling in the sun room off the tv area) and we experienced a septic issue which took up 2 of our days in the house. The pool table has one functional cue, the rest are trashed. The management team was extremely responsive (the first septic issue was on a Sunday morning) which was resolved quickly for a Sunday and that was appreciated. Then on our last day, the septic issue returned; we decided to pack up and leave a day early since it likely would have been another wasted day (and no water usage which would be extremely difficult for the day of leaving). __Again, overall, it worked for us and if some of the minor things are addressed would be a great place to host a group. As a whole the house is a little tired and could use some refreshing but functional.

This is the second year I have rented this house for the weekend. A group of about 10 women come down from Flagstaff for a weekend of Christian music at Highlands Church. We so enjoy staying at this house. There is plenty of room for us. Even with only 2 1/2 baths, we have managed comfortably. We have never had an issue with either the renting process.
The house has always been ready and spotless when we have arrived. Pool is our destination most of the day.
I plan on reserving it again for next year's concert. It's very convenient that it can be rented a year out.

This house was amazing! The pictures didn’t do it’s justice. The place was HUGE and looked even better in person. It was very clean, organized, and easy to find items to use. The pool, hot tub, and upper balcony were all perfect. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Stay
My bridal party for my wedding stayed in this awesome house! We had a blast. There was 11 of us and we all slept great the beds were so comfortable. The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend staying here! We also brought my dog and he was running around the backyard all weekend!

This house was perfect for a 6-person golf trip. The outdoor environment including pool, hot tub, and rooftop deck w/panoramic views was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty big space for our group as well. Quiet and big lot for privacy.

We had 8 adults and the house easily handled all of our needs. The kitchen is awesome and was used daily for meals. Dishwasher, Laundry were also a convenient to have. Seems like someone was always in the pool or hot-tub. Very nice neighborhood and felt very safe & comfortable in the surroundings. Local shops and markets are also close by to keep the refrigerator stocked up. We were able to take short trips out to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and the Botanical Garden. This house is well equipped and will not disappoint you. Berne is very friendly and accommodating. Enjoy your stay !

Went out to originally see the NFL game between the Bills & the Cardinals. Due to Covid we couldn't get game tickets so we stayed and enjoyed the house and the game. We had 8 adults and the house easily handled all of our needs. The kitchen is awesome and was used daily for meals. Dishwasher, Laundry were also a convenient to have. Seems like someone was always in the pool or hot-tub. Very nice neighborhood and felt very safe & comfortable in the surroundings. Local shops and markets are also close by to keep the refrigerator stocked up. We were able to take short trips out to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and the Botanical Garden. This house is well equipped and will not disappoint you. Berne is very friendly and accommodating. Enjoy your stay !

Perfect Getaway
This house is exactly what the doctor ordered. The pool and hot tub kept us all entertained for hours. And when we needed a break, the covered patio kept us outdoors and together. We unplugged and reconnected. We will be back for sure.

Breathtakingly beautiful home in Scottsdale
The process of renting was so simple. The property manager, Berne, was helpful in answering all my questions prior to renting and then afterwards. The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Well worth the money.
