Davvero una esperienza super positiva.

B&B in una posizione strategica, siamo riusciti a fare tutto senza dover prendere l'auto. In zona ci sono locali dove si mangia benissimo ed anche i servizi sono a portata di passeggiata. La camera è nuova, pulita ed organizzata molto bene. Il vero valore aggiunto però è il proprietario. Gentile, disponibile, serio e super organizzato. Davvero complimenti e grazie di cuore. Mario e Valentina.

This is a delightful little b&b that is somehow both in the middle of the village and yet was so quiet and felt secluded. I travelled solo this time but this was a great stay for a couple.

We stayed in the Beetles room which was cosy but comfortable enough for our 2 night stay. The included breakfast was at a cafe nearby which was nice but very simple (pastry and coffee). The property is about 2km from the nearest beach with a pleasant walk. Our host was originally very kind and easy to get into contact with. When the air conditioner turned on it was great.

The check out process wasn’t made very clear and we had a lot of trouble getting into contact with the primary host on the morning of. The signs said reception was contactable from 8am and we didn’t get a reply until we were leaving breakfast at 10:30. It also wasn’t clear how late reception was open till, some signs said midnight and others said 23:00. Our air conditioner was not turning on as it had been switched off remotely (perhaps during the day?) It was really hot that night and we were very uncomfortable until it was turned back on sometime at 1am. Our room also did not have the tea and coffee making facilities. This was unfortunate as otherwise villa San Giovanni was a pleasant stop on our way to Sicily.

The father and son team that run the B&B are super friendly and helpful. They even helped me to register online for the ferry to Messina. The room we had was very clean and functional. Our room rate included breakfast for which we were given a voucher for a coffeeshop nearby. The B&B represents outstanding value for money. My compliments to the owners.

It's a very cute little bnb with a lot of character. The room was extremely clean and cozy. We didn't stay too long as we were just in transit but if I were to come back I would definitely stay there again.

The general town is quite run down but this bnb is a gem.

Great position for one night close to the railway station. Spotlessly clean and modern. Very comfortable. Good WiFi.

Mostly good but a bit expensive considering the minimal breakfast supplied. Left message about arrival time never answered.
