Friendly, comfortable, homely.

Very comfortable and excellent value. Lots of nice Italian options for breakfast. Well-located for the station and port, makes an ideal stopover on the way to and from Sicily. Very friendly host, lots of local advice.

Great room, excellent value for money.

Very comfortable room, large and very clean. A short walk from the station and a short walk to the ferry. Peppe was very welcoming.

Welcoming host. Excellent value for your money

Giuseppe is a very warm and welcoming host. He picked me up at the station and accompanied me back there upon my departure. The fridge is full of food including mandarines from his garden. Guest can freely help themselves. The room has a good size and the bed is comfortable. The location is in a residential neighbourhood centrally located. All fine. I will come back if I ever pass through Villa again.

The host came and picked me up. The location was very close the train and bus stations. The house and room were clean.

Owner not present. Took ages for someone to answer door buzzer and no answer to phone. When someone did answer buzzer, it was another guest who spoke little English and had no key to room. Breakfast was a series of packet things with self service coffee machine.

we had all the apartment to our self..it was very close to the ferry yaking to Sicily

the owner wanted us to make breakfast to our self although it says "breakfast included"

Excellent location for taking the ferry to Sicily

Breakfast was just packaged biscuits and cake in a basket on the table, and packaged yogurt, beverages and fruit in the fridge, and a coffee machine. I truly appreciated the bottled waters and large bowl of fruit in the fridge. And coffee machine also provided surprising good espressos. The host Pepe provided a very good recommendation for dinner too.

We had difficulty fitting the key into the gate and and front doors. But eventually was able to get in. The host was however very prompt in coming over to help us. So all in the end there wasn't a problem.

Superb

The host was very nice and welcoming. I was lucky I had a whole apartment just for myself but even if I hadn't there's enough space for everybody. There was prepared a breakfast for the other day and you can make yourself a coffee which is available. Approx. 15minutes walk from the train station, around 10 min, maybe less, to the ferry port.

Nothing special to be mentioned.

I was very pleased.

The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Pepe, the housekeeper is very friendly and helpful and you can't beat the distance to the port.

The only downside is the loud music late at night from the surrounding bars.

The owner (Pepe) was very friendly. He also had some peaches for us to eat at breakfast. The room was very clean. Very close to the station.

The surroundings might seem a bit shady if you arrive by nightime, but we had no trouble at all. Nothing to complain about!

Although the bedroom was smallish the kitchen/dining room/living room was really spacious. Excellent facilities too including washing machine and double fridge. The breakfast was excellent also.

A super, very clean, centrally located accommodation

The owner was very helpful and kind. The apartment was spotless and in a great location close to the ferry and train station in a friendly neighbourhood. The A/C was very effective, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment had a large balcony surrounding it. It's a large apartment with a huge living room / kitchen diner open to visitors. Breakfast was a range of sweet and savoury items, prepacked, but plentiful. I would say the photos don't really do justice to how nice it is. Excellent value for money. stay again if I was in the area. Highly recommended.
