Great value for money. Lots for the kids to do. Massive playpark and fenced swimming pool.

Kids loved it. Great stay all in all.

Wifi was spotty and slow. Had to do some work and it was tedious struggling with the wifi.

Very enjoyable stay!

Our stay at Profcon resort was exceptional. The room was larger than expected, well equipped, clean and tidy. The staff was extremely friendly and we were well received. We would recommend a stay at the resort to anyone looking for a quick overnight stop.

We were not especially happy with the parking arrangements. Even though there is parking, it is uncovered and vehicles are exposed to the elements.

The staff was so helpful. They went out of their way to help and accomodate us. What lovely place to stay with your family and animals!!! Lovely breakfast and great cuppochinos on site!

Very pleasant stay and good value for your money.

We liked everything!! Friendly and helpful staff made our check in easy. The unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The resort is geared for loadshedding , with a special light in the room as well as a gas plate to boil water for coffee. Vehicles are parked safely on the premises. Thank you for a very pleasant stay, we will most certainly be back 😀

Quick stop over

Friendly reception with secure parking. Well equipped for load shedding with a gas cooker and lights. TV with DSTV channels. They also provide drinking water. Very comfortable bed with nice pillows. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable and fun. Felt safe.

Space for a group of 8 to share one cottage. That the cottage had its own braai facility. Good security.

Otherwise a lovely resort

It always seems booking.com gets the leftovers The unit we were put in was behind /adjacent to reception and the first at the entrance gate. Extremely noisy especially when the reception area is either being opened or closed. which is exactly the times one would choose to not have this disturbance. This also prevents me giving a far better rating. This is not the first resort to give us a leftover unit. I believe Booking.com needs to advise resorts that feedback will effect ratings good or bad.

Very neat. They kept the lights on during loadshedding. Swimming pool and play area for kids. On site coffee shop. Friendly staff.

The place was big, clean and the staff was very friendly. The consideration for load shedding lights was spot on.

The air con on the other room didn’t work. It’s cold in Graaff-Reinet therefore warm room is what any customers needs . That’s was my only 👎🏾

Superb

Was very relaxed environment with friendly staff. The kids play area was such a treat for us and our kids. After a long day of exploring the area we got to relax with a cup of coffee and our kids played and played till it was dark.

The water did not taste good and there was no notice in our rooms in reagrds to the issue.

Wonderful place to stay with kids, huge playground area, plenty of space for them to run around. Location very close to centre, private safe parking.
