Ensemble correct.

nothing to complain about

Comfortable room. Great views. Very nice pool area. Great massage at the Spa. Relaxing atmosphere
No elevator in the building. Luggage was a bit difficult to handle with a third floor room. Pack light!
6.0
quiet clean accessible
restaurant and bar service
are Poot quality and expensive
staff also not good
6.0
it was close to uxmal archaeological zone
old building, expensive breakfast, unpleasant atmosphere
8.0
It was close to Uxmal. It took about 5 minutes to drive there so it was nice.
The breakfast area needs an upgrade. It was really loud as there is no soft furnishing to absorb the extra noise made by people. Staff in the restaurant were pleasant but run off their feet as there was a large tour group staying. Breakfast was simple. Would be nice if one could request seconds!
8.0
good location and breakfast
shower
2.0
overall clean
Beds are very uncomfortable and hot water just stops running, you have to wait about 2 minutes before it comes back and you can continue your shower.
8.0
Close to Uxmal Ruins, decent pool, clean rooms.
Food a little bit bland for Mexico, no warm water/only when finishing the shower.

My travel buddy and I stayed here 2 nights to explore surrounding areas.
This was a nice mid-level hotel. I'm not sure what the usual price is, but I booked it for $54 a night, and at that price, it was a bargain.
The photos of the big rooms are accurate - clean and white with a large sliding glass window opening onto a generous balcony overlooking the large pool area and jungle.
I liked the long bathroom counter.
It's close to the Uxmal ruins - 3 min in a car or about a 25 min walk.
We bought ice for a couple bucks from the restaurant to pack some drinks in a cooler for a day trip on the Ruta Puuk.
The beds were hard, but had a little bit of pillow top to try to soften it.
The white sheets were nice.
A/C and Wi-Fi worked.
It was quiet. In early August, I only saw about 20 other people there.
There was a spa on the top floor, but I never went.
The pictures are a little more glamorous than the actual stay, but it was decent.
I never saw any staff in the pool area, but I wasn't out there. The pool was really murky.
Restaurant service was really slow and the food was not very good.
The shower head wasn't great. In addition, the water pressure was pretty low for the toilet and shower. At first, the toilet would not flush, and we hadn't even used it yet. After a few hours, it flushed, but after that, my trust in that toilet felt tenuous at best.
There's no elevator, so you'll need to schlep your bags up the stairs yourselves.
There was a large rooftop deck, but no shade or chairs.

Piscine must be clean more
Une bouilloire must be a plus

Nice hotel next door to Uxmal archeological area. Polite and professional staff. Hotel looks a little bit shabby from the outside, but once inside there is everything O.K. We could see the pyramids from our balcony. Restaurant offers not many but very tasty meals.
Nothing. We were very satisfied.
6.0
well it’s close to Uxmal ruins. the rooms are large, beds were quite comfortable. the free pool table.
It was incredibly dirty and run down. The floors look like it’s been years since they were cleaned, stains and dirt everywhere. The shower as well looked like it has never been cleaned. I found the large man in the restaurant incredibly mean.
8.0
Nice location and area in the nature.
7.0
The lobby area was nice and pool access was excellent as well as proximity to the Uxmal ruins.
The maintenance of the property feels a bit neglected. There are small issues here and there which are noticeable. The toilet was not flushing. Two separate beds which can’t be put together seems like an odd arrangement only to sell upgrade to rooms with one bed.

good for one night stop with the amazing view. friendly staff
very old bathroom which would easily need some love. food wasn’t that delicious
7.0
Food good, waiters really polite
a lot cheaper than it could be as very isolated
vegetarian food once you have worked out menu

safe walk to ruins on private path
views from higher floors are amazing
No Taxi to ruins and poor support
wifi patchy upstairs
no lift, ok for us but worth saying
8.0
Staff, pool, water pressure
Bugs in the room, pool could've been cleaner

although it lacks personality, it’s a great place to stay to see Uxmal ruins
it’s a bit utilitarian

Very clean rooms, beautiful grounds, staff was nice. The price was reasonable.
At first sight I thought the pool had a hot tub attached, but it was just a shallow part of the pool cold like the rest of the water.

Great location for touring Mayan sites. The geckos on my balcony were great also.
