The place was beautiful and very clean . It was more than I expected for a rental. I love the 2 sliding doors over looking the ocean . It was decorated in Costa Ricican style that was beautiful . Three big screens TV . Comfortable chairs and beds washer and dryer. Beautiful kitchen with all untels to make food . This place was very very beautiful and comfortable.
What was the killer all the banging every morning start exactly at 8:45 . That was very upsetting I came there to relax and all I heard banging . I told the young man at the gate he said there where fixing the the apartment next door. This was for the week . The beach had no chairs or umbrellas. When they say you can use all amenities for Crock hotel was a lie , you only can use the pool , bar club. No gym was allowed .

Ubicación inmejorable. Vistas increíbles. Fácil acceso
El proceso de reservación con VACASA fue complicado. Al llegar la habitación no estaba lista y había ruidos por obras adyacentes.

I did not have access to any breakfast, not sure why that is part of this question. I arrived in the evening and immediately called Vacasa because both of our exterior patio doors would not lock. We fretted all night and felt very unsafe. Who travels to a foreign country and stays in a place that cannot be secured? I called immediately Tuesday night. I was told someone would be on it, right away. No one returned my call Wednesday morning so by noon I called in. Was again assured someone would be over to repair the doors. I was assured someone in maintenance would be over along with many apologies. No one came on Wednesday. By Wednesday night, I called again to follow up. More apologies and run-around. I was told Carlos Rojas would be in contact. That didn’t happen either. Thursday morning I called again. More of the same… apologies, false promises. I had spent two nights in a place where I didn’t feel safe and I also could not lock up my valuables as the safe did not work! I expressed my displeasure when I called in and also explained I now had to carry with me all of my cash, credit cards, and valuables bc I had no where to leave them and especially if I had a random maintenance man coming in when I might not be there. I was told someone would call when maintenance man was on the way. This did not happen as well. Thursday afternoon, a young man appeared at my sliding glass door, much to my surprise! He had helped himself inside, without a call. He attempted to repair the door, but was unsuccessful. He left to go “find the parts” needed to complete the repair. About 2 hours later, he arrives again with Carlos. Carlos offers a half-wit apology and I tell him I want to be moved. I offered to him a replacement location which was within walking distance of The Palms. I spoke w Carrie on this day and she advised the general manager signed off on the idea of moving locations but there were protocols to follow. By the time everything transpires as Carrie had indicated, we
Everything! Wish I could make continual promises in my job and read off a script and keep my job!

Close to the beach, lovely wooden furniture, very spacious, A/C in all the rooms, and fans in every room and the balcony.
The WIFI didn’t work but we used our data. Parking is very limited.

It is a beautiful condo. The balcony is spacious and private.
Resort amenities excellent.
Blankets. I like comfy cozy blankets and ended up using one I brought and a beach towel;)
The only other thing is upon arrival the floors had just been mopped which was fine, though still pretty wet. The bleach smell was overwhelming and we do not use chemicals so it took a bit to air it out. However most people like the “clean” smell and I’d much rather it be well cleaned than not. The housekeeping obviously does a fantastic job so nothing against them. It’s prob more a personal preference.

Everything was terrific. Roger Obando, our host was extremely responsive, answering any messages within minutes. The condo was spotless and very well equipped. Great patio for breakfast, cocktails and sunsets. The proximity and access to Croc's was great for their pool and pool service. Also walkable to town.
