Mayra was very friendly and assisted me with checking in and payment. The location is just five minutes walk from the pier, where all island tours launch, as well as many restaurants.
The mattress isn't very comfortable, and there was a lot of noise from the street below.
9.0
The staff, the location, the price, the cleanliness, the air con, the fan, the balcony, just about everything.
It wasn’t a big deal but the bathroom was really small.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Simple rooms but clean, comfortable, and well located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the center of town. Tough to beat the value in Bayahíbe for the quality and location.

location, the room was also nice. The staff super friendly and helpful.
they didn’t have breakfast and also no kitchen that we could cook something small
9.0
nice room, parking, good position not far from a nice beach (that close to baseball field, nor in the city)
the lady in reception never gives you money back - e.g. the cost is 48usd, you pay 50, she promisses but never returns money (well, only 2 usd 😀😉)

nice rooms close to parking of my car, quiet area

The staff was sooo friendly, even helped us to prepare dinner in the kitchen, it was very nice. The room was ok to stay one night there, without any fancy things

Great accommodation & very friendly host who is fluent in English. The room is not very big, but has everything you need: bed, air-con, fridge, TV, balcony and an own bathroom - and we appreciated that everything was very clean. Location is great, it only takes 5min by foot to the harbour where all the restaurants and mini market are and where to boats to Isla Saona leave. Long story short, a perfect hotel for little money to stay in Bayahibe.
Thanks again for the ride to La Romana!
Water pressure in the shower could be a little more, but it's definitely enough for an ordinary shower.

Everything was excellent, I’m small group 13th person! Really really enjoyed, nice place and quiet!

Comfortable place with everything you need for a few nights. But the best thing by far is the host, super friendly, enjoys chatting with customers and gives plenty of good advises. She arranged us taxi to go back to Punta Cana for a good price, and called the taxi driver just to make sure everything was fine during the journey, which was very sweet 😊

Calm and cozy place close to the beach, many restaurants and shops nearby. The owner and other staff are very nice and helpful. Free coffee, possibility to use kitchen utensils. We had a very nice stay, I would definitely recommend
Nothing about the hotel, just the beach in Bayahibe is poor

The staff make you feel like home, the lady whose nickname is Mermelada is super sweet, kind and full of joy, whatever u ask for she will go beyond to help out. Nice comfortable beds w AC and clean hot shower. Easy walking distance to eat out or market to buy your own food. You can also use the kitchen for a quick cooking
I would definitely be back
Miss your smile Mermelada
Gracias por todo , tu eres todo una ternura de persona

Super friendly host. The lady helped us with our trip to Saona, agreed to watch over our car while we were there and provided with directions and suggestions around the town.
Parking is secure. Quiet at night. Very close to the main pier where all boats depart from and where the majority of the restaurants are located.

Staff was very kind, welcoming and smiling. The hotel is tidy and comfortable. It's located very close (5-6 minute walk) to the beach and the pier where all the boat tours start. You can ask at reception and they will arrange for Saona Island tour for you. Private parking in front of the hotel!

Perfect location, spacious room, quiet but cold A/C , hot water in the bathroom
Wifi signal very poor in the room , no use of kitchen ( we could not make a coffee in the morning )

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet location
Wifi was not working in our room, we had to go to the terrace to get a signal.

Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable - I liked that I could use the fan instead of A/C and still be cool enough. They put together a nice fruit plate for me for breakfast one day.
More breakfast options would be nice, or at least coffee available every morning. I wasn't clear on the office hours, and sometimes couldn't find anyone.
