Quaint Key West Style Home with Large Size Living Room that has Queen Size Daybed with Full Size Couch. Also, a Queen Bedroom, Twin Bedroom, Vintage Kitchen with Full Size Fridge, Oven and Microwave. Dishwasher. Dining room that seats 4-6, and Full Bathroom with tub/shower.

Sleeps up to 6 people and is Biz Ready for any Business needs. Flat screen Smart TV with all cable channels and WiFi. Decorated in Tommy Bahama decor giving it a feel of the beach life. Long driveway offering plenty of parking, outside patio seating, grill, and washer/dryer for personal use.

I spent the month of Feb here with my dog, and it worked well for us. The house is older, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has all new appliances and cabinets, and is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Another benefit of an older home was amazingly good water pressure and lots of hot water, with a great rain showerhead. The bed I slept in was very comfortable, and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the family room for rainy days. There are smart TV's in 3 rooms, with a Roku for streaming, and free Netflix. There are window unit air conditioners, and I also used the space heater that was provided a few times when it got down in the low 50's at night. A fenced in yard is a must for me, as well as having outdoor space. There is plenty of seating on the patio and the yard was very private. I also used the grill several times. The only downside was that the neighbors were occasionally fairly loud, and a couple of times played loud music late into the evening on the weekends. The location is very convenient to the beach, and there is plenty of parking at the "casino" for $3.40/hour. I would call the neighborhood 'transitional'. There are some homes that are well maintained and landscaped, and others that were more rundown with weedy yards. The house does face the wall of I-95, so there's a constant hum of the traffic, but I actually found that soothing. The owner is very responsive, I had no issues, just a few questions.

This rental was a last-minute change due to another service cancelling on me 2 days before I travelled. The listing is accurate and the logistics were easy.

I was very pleased with the location and the parking that was important for me because I had a Cargo Trailer and it fit like a charm. Me and my family we’re very happy with this stay. Hope we can repeat the visit to the area and booked this location again.

Christie was readily available if I had any questions. I enjoyed my stay very much. The house is as sweet as advertised, I loved the decor, it's super cute. You weren't kidding when you said it was fully stocked up. Spices. Extention chords. It was nice and cool, even at 90degrees. And I never heard the freeway. I never heard or saw the neibors. Super clean and pleasant. Christie is an amazing host and we had all of the right amenities for our stay. Coming from the north from cold weather this little oasis was perfect. The neighbors were very pleasant and kind. We definitely will stay there again. Looking forward to seeing yo again.

The house was as advertised. Christie was easy to work with and gave us a list of near bye places. When we got dropped off by the Uber, he recommended we don’t walk around at night saying we were in the “hood”. We felt safe inside the house and driving out of the neighborhood but for sure wouldn’t walk around.

This cute little house was perfect for our Spring Training trip. Christie was kind enough to have the house ready early for us and provided us a list of places to see and eat at. And her recommendations was spot on. The house was roomy with tons of off street parking, comfy furniture and beds, and plenty of hot water. Christie was great about communicating amd we will definitely be back. Thanks Christie!

The property was exactly as pictured on the website! My daughter and I loved the location and the convenience to the beach and the shops in town. Christie recommended some places to eat, we tried them and loved them! The house is on a dead-end road which is very nice. Neighbors on one side were rather loud (on the weekend) and had a dog that barked a lot! We just made the best of it! I sent questions to Christie before the vacation and during the vacation and she answered me promptly! The house had everything that we needed! My daughter already wants to come back!

Our host was so wonderful and accommodating. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The house is really close to all of the best Florida beaches. The house has everything you could need or want on you’re trip. It is not new, but it really was clean. We were very pleased with our stay. We will stay here again!

This home had great space for our family of 3; two nice bedrooms, with good sized living room, DR and a stocked kitchen. Christie even had oatmeal, coffee and other snacks available to help us start our mornings! The AC/fans were welcomed, the laundry room with detergent was handy and the location of the house was great, being right off the highway. Was just what we needed.

This place has a lot of potential. I was going to say that Christie was a great host, however she has gone ghost on me after an issue that she was very defensive and angry at me about. Again, this place has a lot of potential. It’s a cute house and in a decent location. However, it is right off the highway, the neighbors and their dogs were loud and the place smelled old. The linen closet needed reorganizing it was disheveled, there is a random tools closet covered by a shower curtain that has lots of mold in it, there were two holes in the ceiling covered by plastic and tape, it just felt a bit run down and like it needed some attention. We ended up checking out early and moving locations because the neighbors were incredibly loud. We took this upon ourselves to do because it was late at night and we had work the next day so we just swiftly made a decision and Christie was angry with me for not telling her, she got defensive and made me feel like she thought I was lying. I sent her a very professional message in response and I still haven’t heard from her. Sorry Christie for upsetting you by cutting the stay short and not consulting you first, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
