Breakfast and location
Comfort room quite small
6.0 / 10.0
I asked for a quite room when I booked. The room we got had an old noisy Air conditioner that prevented us to sleep. We unplugged the noisy aircon, opened the windows, But the neighbors' dogs were barking almost all night & early morning, symphony of dogs & roosters and then early church bells. We did not sleep at all the whole night. I complained to the Front desk and was nice to give us another room in the 5th floor they called Executive room with a brand new quiet Air conditioner, but had no small refrigerator, the furniture were old & dated & I could not open the drawers that were stuck in paint. I will give Compliment to the Front desk, who gave us the room and made us sleep good that night. At the restaurant, all 4 items in the menu were not available, so ended up with chicken my husband barely ate. He ordered a pumpkin soup, after a long wait, the waitress came with the mushroom soup for him & to our surprise she said it was a compliment! Then later the pumpkin soup came and my husband did not touch it anymore. Why give a compliment of soup when he ordered a soup already that came late. But thank you for trying. Not the waitress fault of course.

POOR HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have booked 3 rooms and 1 room is not yet ready so we waited for about an hour. Good thing, I kept on calling and asking for an update or else it will take forever. Actually, quite disappointing because I didn’t get an apology and they say they had a miscommunication with their staff.. and they give the key room to the other customer that supposed to be our room.
I paid 3 Rooms with Balcony for 2 nights which costs P32K++ so I was hoping for excellent service.

Location is perfect and breakfast buffet is superb. Staff are good. Overall the hotel is nice.
Water pressure not so high but still manageable.
Doors getting locked and you need to reactivate your card back from the reception.

The location is good. Room is comfortable and staff are nice and helpful but property is old and tired.
The toilet and shower is really very small and water is a problem.

Perfect location to everywhere. Good restaurants, park, shops, churches, etc. are all in walking distance. The food in the restaurant was good too.
The room is a bit small for the price and I was first given a room with the view of another hotel's parking lot. I had to pay more to get one wiht a balcony overlooking the park.

the desk guy was very approachable and clear about the rules and stuff - he even did us a favor of printing our bus tickets
some staff was knocking at 4am looking for a girl named “Josephine”, not sure why this happened.

Location perfect
Breakfast had enough selections
Beds were comfy and clean
The size of the Rooms was ok.
The hot shower was not working (it was not getting hot)
The air conditioning was not cold and needs repair and maintenance (knobs was not there)
The throw pillows on the bed had a certain scent (I don't think it was changed) but the actual pillows was clean.

The location beside Burnham Park makes it strategic. The room is quite clean and the bed is very comfortable so a good night's sleep is assured. Water dispenser on floors for refill. Breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety. The staff are very helpful. Olive Cafe is on the premises which has good food and a good view of the trees of Burnham Park.
The AC in the room was very noisy and cannot be turned off (lost knob) so it was a good thing that the thermostat knob when turned low quietened the appliance. Water pressure in the toilet was not very good. Front desk can be slow. Also, wayfinding around the hotel with its three connected buildings can be a maze.

Enjoyed staying at this convenient location in Baguio. Walking distance to everything including the lake, surrounding restaurants, the main shopping street and the night market. Also close by to a local pub that had good music and excellent singers. Had a good buffet range with local Filipino breakfast. And I love the waffles!
The stairs! Did not appreciate having to climb two sets of stairs to reach my room on the 1st floor. Getting old and knees are weak. There is actually a set of elevators, but you have to walk to the other side of the building to access it.

The service, staff and location are very good.
I don't like the breakfast buffet. Food are not that many and are not tasteful. Fruits are not replenished, longganisa taste bad, juices and breakfast for kids are very limited.

It was very close to tourist spots. Easy to hail a taxi from the hotel
Breakfast could be improved
