Brilliant little find!! Lovely hosts, great location and modern amenities. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Great location - close to the beaches (10 minute walk to the nearest one) but not so close that it’s busy and noisy. The studio was perfect for me (solo traveller). I had ample space, a simple but decent cooking area and great bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having a balcony. So lovely to sit on both morning and evening - lovely view of the sunset! There is space for 3 cars on the drive if you have one. The hosts are absolutely lovely and will help with anything you need. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

If I had to be picky, it would have been nice to have a washing machine but that’s only because I’ve been non-stop travelling for a while and needed to do a wash. If you are staying here for just a holiday, you wouldn’t need a washing machine.

I recommend it to anyone, everything was perfect.

Everything was good, and when we needed anything, Denis immediately tried to solve it.

There was no washing machine, but it’s just a minor problem

Szuper szállásadónk volt. A szobánk nagyon modern és tiszta volt. Az erkelyről ráláttunk Korfura.

Vila v květinové zahradě

S Denisem byla skvělá komunikace hned od začátku. Místo je velmi čisté, pro pár ideální. My jsme byli ubytováni hned ve spodním apartmánu s terasou v zahradě. Skvělé pro ranní snídaně i večeře. Vila je na okraji města na kopci, ve velmi klidné zóně. Skvělé se spalo. Měli jsme vše co jsme potřebovali. I kuchyňka byla menší, ale vybavení bylo dobré. Uvařili jsme si jak snídaně tak večeře. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt a rádi na se zase vrátíme.

Everything is perfect😍

Everything was as described! Amazing hosts and spacious studio rooms😍 very good distance from the center of the town as well aa alot of facilities within 100m away from the villa. The room has everything you need to make your stay incredible and comfortable. Thank you so much Denis for your help. Greeting to your parents from us❤️

Veal and quiet

Denis and his mother Anila were brilliant hosts. Communication was very easy throughout our stay! The studio was very clean and had all we needed! I highly recommend this place and I would definitely return again.

Very comfortable stay away from the mess of Ksamil

It is a newly refurbished property and everything is new and clean. It is a top a hill so there are some good views. Away from the mess of all restaurants and bars of central Ksamil. Easy to park. Everything as expected.

A little expensive considering other stays in Albania, although it goes with the type of tourism that goes to Ksamil. Also we paid the host in Lek and he charged us a different (slightly higher) exchange rate. Consider paying in euros.

Everything was very clean and modern. I can more than recommend this accommodation.

The only negative I can think of is they don't offer breakfasts.

Amazing, comfortable and worth it!

The host was amazing, rooms were clean and comfy. It was uphill to get to the center, but super worth it, calm environment and a super wine in the hotel.

An interesting holiday

Very friendly accommodation at a good price. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. The parking lot is guarded, behind the gate. Apartment clean and tidy. On the 4th day we were given new sheets and towels. Dennis and his family are very nice and helpful if you need anything! Greetings to Dennis's father !

modern studio in Ksamil with reasonable price

everything was just like in the description. the room was new and modern. it was clean and comfortable. we had a balcony. you could not really see the sea anymore because there are so many new buildings etc but the price is very reasonable for the offer

Very good place!

The studio had a beautiful garden. Also a fence all around so no children or pet (dog) can go out. The mother of Denis welcomed me and she is a very nice and friendly woman. I think you don't find a lot places like that (and for that price) in Ksamil. If I am there, I go definitly back. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets all in walking distance from the appartement.

Very nicely and aesthetically decorated apartment. Very clean. Friendly host. I would come again next time.

The only drawback - there was not enough hot water to shower in the morning.

What's not to love?

A studio including a kitchenery. It's a short walk to the boulevard. Far enough to not be bothered with loud traffic. Very clean interior. The towels smelled like a garden of flowers and a mini market as a neighbor. I spent only one night due to a full schedule but wouldn't mind to stay longer at all. Oh and there was parking space for my rental car 🚗

An Albanian Treasure 😊

It was our first time to visit Albania and it definitely won't be the last. Denis was extremely helpful, hospitable and went out of his way to make our stay an excellent one. He gave us recommendations for excursions, restaurants and local places in Ksamil to visit. The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy. The facilities were modern and it had everything we needed for our stay..the shower was a particular favourite.

The host was terrific and extremely friendly. He can be you guide to whole Albania. The distance from apartment to Ksamil sea takes 8 minutes walk. Anyway, it's a recommend hotel for satisfying your expectations in Ksamil. Nice people, relaxing trip in Ksamil.
