About this house rental
Beautiful Ocean City MD Private Home on the water, sleeps 12, just like home. 3 Story home with tons of room and that right at home feel. Professionally cleaned home for your safety. Home is also stocked with cleaners, have sanitizer and has added cleaning measures in place.
No high school senior week rentals. We require an adult / parent over 25 be at the home the entire week. No exceptions.
*** Pool Passes have been removed. This is a savings of $200 per week that goes directly to the guest with the Rates listed reflecting the savings. ***
The beautiful home can be your families favorite place at the beach year after year. Fully renovated from the ground up as well as stocked with all the comforts as home to make your stay the most perfect beach vacation ever.
The home has 2 master suites , both with Dual walk in showers to wash the sand and waves away after a long day of fun in the sun. The third floor is perfect for multiple families to bring all the kids and have them enjoy a week long sleep over with Xbox, Cable Tv and breath taking views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook full meals or just keep snacks and make some amazing drinks.
We also have Concierge services available for pre shopping of your groceries if you so desire of they can even provide catered dinners. What ever you need , they are able to provide for you. We can provide our Provider for you.
The home is available for rental all year round. During the summer months ONLY full weeks are available.
June through Labor Day Weekend ONLY full weeks are available from Saturday at 4 pm through Saturday at 9 am. Check Out on Summer Weeks is at 9 am so our Cleaners may clean the home for the next guest. We have adjusted our check in and out times to provide for extra cleaning and sanitation of the home for your safety.

This is our second stay at this property and we all love it! Just as the first time, the house just has this "at home feeling" from the moment you walk in. Vickie keeps everything well stocked and cared for. The beds are super comfortable for a great nights sleep, the kids love the upper bedroom, they feel like it's their own "suite" and it allows them (and us parents) a little more privacy. The location is literally perfect, you are not right on the strip with all the commotion but still close enough to everything you need.
I can say, if you stay here be sure to pay attention to the things requested upon your departure. They require you to do all laundry, make the beds etc.. which is NOT typical when going on vacation. We had to leave for a family emergency and left my 19 year old son there the last night, he failed to wash the towels and it cost us part of our deposit.The only other negative thing was there was no propane in the tank for the fire pit table. the table itself was a nice addition to the deck, we were excited to use it, but the tank was empty.
All in All this is a great, clean home stocked with all you will need, in an amazing location. We hope to be back again!

The vacation with family began the last week of May 2024. I must say, though the weather was not the best, we had a great time. We always stay in vacation homes while on vacation. I must say this condo was the best. First of all, Vicki kept in touch with me prior to during and after we left the residence. She made sure we were all set prior to arriving, called during to make sure everything was working well and if we needed anything. The condo is stalked with everything a home needed and then some. It was a blessing having a full bath for every bedroom. My family enjoyed crabbing and feeding the geese from the dock. The back deck was awesome and a relaxing place to enjoy conversation. The location of the home was perfect. We prefer to stay further away from the boardwalk because of the congestion it draws, however, there are many places to eat and shop nearby. I do plan to keep Vicki's number for future visits. You will not be disappointed.

Our Christmas vacation at Casa Gonzalez was wonderful. The house is close to all of our favorite restaurants and North Park for Winterfest. We love to go to Winterset every year. The owner is only a text away and responds fast. Thank you for our stay.

Casa Gonzalez was a perfect place for our family. There was so much space and seating for everyone. Each room had its own bathroom which is always a plus. The kids had fun fishing, crabbing and dipping their feet on the back dock. Vicki was great to work with! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property was truly Amazing. From start to finish we had nothing but a exceptionalExperience! To begin with .. Vickie reached out and was so welcoming. Upon. Arrival check in was a breeze and The moment we walked into the property it felt like home. Clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! The location of the home is literally perfect a very short distance to the boardwalk and beach, right around the corner from a food lion and a ton of restaurants! I highly recommend I think it was called squares pizza.. we ordered this for a late night meal and everyone really enjoyed it!

Beautiful home and it truly had everything you would ever need. Vicki was so easy to work with. Our plans had changed at the last minute, and she worked with us to change the check-in date. Thank you so much for that Vicki!!!! And I don't know if it's the added mattress topper, but the bed in the master bedroom is so darn comfortable!!!!

The location of this property was fantastic. It was located right off Assawoman Bay and was located on a canal with water rights. A dock for a boat or for swimming made it that much more attractive. Great outside deck! Two large master suites with bathrooms and a massive loft area with a third bathroom was great for our group. LOVED that we could just add to supplies and other food items that were in the home. You could walk to the beach if you were ambitious but the free parking at all the entrances made it easy to drive with all your gear. The homeowner was very easy to work with. Will definitely rent again and hopefully for two consecutive weeks.

Super Homey !
If you are looking for a property that is close to grocery and other stores, right on the bay (a canal), and homey, this is the place for you. Unlike most rentals, the property manager communicated the entire time and you can tell the home is well-loved by families (not sterile/empty), but has a lot of the items you need ready for you.

Unit was very spacious and could actually accommodate large group with all the beds and futons. Everything you needed was available. My recommendations would be to remove a lot of the stocked items in the kitchen and fridge. There was no room to put our groceries in the cabinets and fridge space was limited. I would also suggest a longer hose to reach the back of the house for cleaning the boat. Overall, a nice place to stay!

The house was very well maintained, and had all the supplies you could need. Everything was labeled very well and organized. The only reason we had to leave was for food and drinks. Staying here was incredibly easy since we did not have to pack every little thing we might need. (Soap, towels, Bluetooth speakers). When I visit again I'll be staying here.
