Tres agréable

Personnel attentif, parlant au minimum 4 langues étrangères. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à 600m du centre ville.

Enjoyed everything

Hotel very nice, staff very friendly , we also enjoyed the location , few steps to stairs to the old city , we had also private parking in front of hotel , for 3 stars hotel - it was ha perfect experience, I am very very happy and definitly recommend them Love and thanks a lot Joseph

Very close to the City Center. You can reach old town (City Center) by escalator.

Although you pay for the parking lot, the hotel does not take responsibility for the car safety. So, do not leave anything in the car.

It was entirely wonderful. I hope to visit and to stay here again.

The location gave easy access to the very heart of the city centre through 5 flights of escalators which one simply crossed the road to access. from .the entry to the Hotel. - You were in the City in the space of a few minutes. The breakfast was sumptuous and set in an enchanting garden. The room was a miracle of cleanliness: daily cleaned and linen of pristine freshness. .

Perhaps a fan in the bedroom would have helped on those unusually warm days.

Maximally satisfied

Nice place very near the historical center. Few meters from the hotel are escalators which bring you in the center. There is a possibility park in the garage for some fee. Very nice garden breakfast. Personal is very friendly.

The location is brilliant, right next to the escalators into the old town. Staff were very friendly

shower very very small, you literally can’t bend down to reach your feet in it. The shower curtain sticks to you, then leaks water all over the floor

The hotel has advantages due to the helpful staff and the location, but it's little bit outdated.

The staff! They were very helpful and polite. The location is very good, giving quick access to the most exciting part of the town, via the escalators located right next to the hotel. The breakfast was just ok.

The hotel is a little bit outdated, and our room was pretty small. It was also a bit noisy and we were able to hear every sound from the surrounding rooms. Although, the noise was mainly from a group of kids on a school trip, so maybe our experience was influenced by that fact. There was no fridge in the room.

Location was just at the bottom of the escalators that take you up to Siena old, historic town, just perfect. Breakfast was in abundance, with plenty of variety. The room was ok and we got the 2 beds we asked for (twin)

Good location right in front of the escalators that take you to the historic center.

There was a large group of young students staying in the hotel that disturbed other guests, including during the night. We couldn't sleep so we complained with reception. They called the teacher responsible for the group but it didn't resolve the situation.

Having a bath

Nothing I had a pleasant stay, the only hotel I stayed in in Italy that gave me a room with a bath, joy.From the railway station a taxi needed, not just the distance, busy roads and lack of pavements.Hotel near escalators to take you up to Siena, coming back use the badly signed ramp , arrive in a car park area and turn right to the hotel.

Great deal outside city walls right by the escalators. Not modern exactly but would def. stay again!

We unexpectedly extended our stay in Siena and booked this hotel last minute. Staff were very kind, breakfast (although starchy as is the norm in Italy) was lovely both out doors and in (one day of rain). Location is literally across the street from the escalators up into the city which was very convenient. Rooms are very clean and bed was comfy.

There is traffic noise if you have street facing room - but the city shuts down early so it was not a problem. We had a problem with the A/C leaking water onto the floor which the staff were very apologetic about but no one came to fix. They did provide extra towels and the A/C still worked so it was ok. The rooms are dated but they are clean and well appointed.

Location is key in Siena

the location and access by elevators to the top of Siena was fantastic. we paid an extra €7 for parking at the hotel - brilliant. real fat was great and included in price. Reception friendly and helpful.

the bed was hard. towels were thin. no kettle for tea/coffee which I think is a must.

Exceptional reception and service from Moira who made our arrival and checkout very pleasant. Great location, good breakfast, convenient parking, comfortable room

Exceptionally poor customer service from a different member of staff who was rude and agressive towards us for using the toilet after he had just mopped the floors (we made every effort to minise our impact and apologised). Our room did not have the greatest soundproofing to the next rooms bathroom. No tea or coffee facilities.

The lication is quite nice. Not within the city but close tonthe escalators which takes you to the town. The breakfast was ok. Mainly pastry, one type of cheese cold har boiled egg and one type of cold cut. No veggies. Overall, it was ok plus, seen better but seen worse. Wifi was good, nice reception in the room and lobby.

This hotel needs serious updating the bed covers seemed to be from the 1940's. The room was relatively wide for a single person (meant for.3) but there were no working place. The A/C didn't work and the room is facing a main road s it is impossible to leave the window open. The bed was ok but the pillows were horrible. There is a TV in the room - 24" monitor though. Mot thatbit really matters as all the channels were in Italian. The bathroom was super tiny without any place to put a toothbrush, comb etc. The vent in the bathroom made super loud noise. The towels were thin as a paper and could not really dry me. The walls are very thin and you could hear what happens in the upper floor. The staff was kind and friendly but not very helpful. They were unable to get the A/C fixed, couldn't get me any information on puic transportation or even dirct me to a reasonable supermarket.
