The best of the resort was the staff, very friendly and available. Good breakfast and dinner and good views.

Repair a few things around the property: the steam room and table football were out of order, few broken lights and walls. remove covid collaterals as it looks outdated and not needed. Similar table setup and look & feel for breakfast and dinner.

Not worth the money

Friendly stuff

1. After our check-in, which was at 6 pm, the Room was extremely dirty and they gave us another. But still, why the room is dirty after 2 hours from the official check-in time - I don’t know, why haven’t anyone checked if it was clean - I don’t know. And it was our initiative to have a new room, they proposed to wait until it was cleaned. 2. There was no shower gel, only shampoo 3. Small amount of toothpaste(only for 1 day, for 2 people) 4. No complementary water(because of room price it’s mandatory I think) 5. Heating was not working(it’s still skiing season and you have spa, what should people do with wet clothes?) 6. 1 Euro locker is spa:)) in cheaper spa hotel lockers are free 7. Mandatory swimming cap in spa, which again costs money, if you’re attending spa - take money 8. Overall dirty, carpets, spa, changing room(men especially), someone left cup of water in fridge(fridge is empty) 9. Why it’s so expensive, I paid 162 eur for the first night and 212 for the second, I’ve never been in such bad hotel ever in my life(compared to what it costs), I understand that it was a skiing season, but still it’s better to book an apartment or home in Alp for aprx 120 eur

Amazing views and disappointing service

The views are exceptional

Staff was not very accomodating. There was peculiar smell in the hotel througout our stay. The access to the pool was restricted by hours and unexpectedly required significant charge. No teapot in the room, if you need a tea, you have to beg for hot water and they will grant you half of cup of it.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and modern and my request for view and double bed was taken which was fantastic. Breakfast was great with good coffee and the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive.

20 euro for 1 hour use of the pool was too much and meant that I didn't use it. The fitness room was not clean or properly maintained which also meant that I couldn't use it however was one of the reasons why I chose the hotel in the first place.

great breakfast, modern, great kids pool

carpets in the hallways were tatty and need replacing, often a slightly bad smell of drains in the reception area, room quite small for 4 people

this is a nice family hotel but the spa is not worth it. the kids pool and breakfast make this hotel worth it for family

the breakfast was excellent

the spa wasn’t that great; I wanted hot hot water and the pools were like warm. the dinner was expensive and the food was good but not spectacular for that price

Bed was comfy and shower was good

Unbelievable smell of drain in carpark and in lobby! How anyone could work there with the smell! Filthy threadbare carpets in corridors and bedrooms. Food very basic. Friendly staff. Would certainly not return.

Pleasant

We went and had a massage which was really good and the staff at the restaurant were very attentive. The location was easy to find and close to La Molina to skii. Good view.

During the night, the room was way to hot and the window was too hard to open, so we had a bad night. We expected a robe and slippers included in the room, being a 4 star hotel.

A missed opportunity

~ The location and the view ~ The staff at the restaurant, especially the pleasant and welcoming guy whose name starts with "B" (unfortunately can't recall his name) ~ The Spa ~ The breakfast

~ Housekeeping staff - wouldn't make up our room after requesting several times. The room itself was always untidy (from the time we entered) ~ Extremely noisy during nights - poor noise isolation, loud guests. ~ bare essentials not present in the room (like a kettle)
