Best experience in Morocco! Highly recommend

This was a fantastic stay and made our Morocco trip. Would recommend to all, don’t hesitate. The riad has a real cosy atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, great balcony view, lovely bath, working air con and a comfy bed. We were in the Arabian double. The terrace was lovely. This was also without a doubt the best food we had in Morocco, great breakfast and dinner, wouldn’t go into town (15min steep walk but absolutely fine) just enjoy food at the riad with huge portions and delicious flavour for a great price. The best part of our stay was the lovely staff, Mohammed was extremely kind and helpful and we felt very well taken care of. We hired a great guide Ibrahim through Mohammed and did a 6 hour hike from the riad with a packed lunch, highly recommend.

Very nice

Het was proper, comfortabel en fijne ligging. Host was behulpzaam. Ontbijt was ook heel goed.

De kamer die we kregen was niet hetzelfde als degene die we dachten te krijgen op de foto’s, maar nog steeds prima in orde. De AirPortshuttle heeft ons een uur laten wachten maar ook dit werd opgelost door de host.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, śniadanie dobre, wyciskany sok z pomarańczy , właściciel bardzo pomocny , ogarnia przewodników na Toubkal i również dodatkową kolację. Polecam

I had a wonderful experience at Accueil ! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The journey itself was fantastic, and I was impressed with the level of comfort throughout. The rooms were exceptionally clean, adding to the overall positive impression. Highly recommended!

A relaxing stay in a wonderful location where we were very well looked after

Due to building work at the riad we had booked we were very thoughtfully moved to another riad nearby - Riad Jnane de Karma. Staff at both locations were very helpful - really went the extra mile. The raid was beautifully quiet and the views were wonderful. Thank you to Hamid and Mohammed.

Exceptional

The group I was with was delighted with this accommodation. An excellent location for rest and for horses climbing the Tuobkal peak. The accommodation units are large, the beds are comfortable, and the bed linen and towels are clean and fragrant. The terrace on the roof of the building deserves a special rating of 10+. Their food is also excellent, and the staff led by Hamid were also incredibly helpful and friendly. Top recommendation!

Authentic hospitality in beautiful surroundings!

Beautiful view and location. Authentic feel including Berber slippers and robe in room. Delicious breakfast. Good areas for sitting and breakfast. Knowledgeable host who told us where to visit.

The host and his staff were extraordinarily welcoming and organized a hiking guide on short notice. The food was very tasty and the rooms clean and cozy. I highly recommend it!

This was my fourth stay at Riad Oussagou. Great price for a clean, comfortable room with hot water and balcony. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Quiet location and helpful staff.

This riad in the Atlas Mountains is absolutely amazing with 3 different rooftop terraces, plenty places to relax with sundowners. Hamid the staff member is so kind and will help with anything you need, he is an absolute gem. The Moroccan tajine is outstanding and for Aprox €9 you get 3 courses with big helpings and a lot of bread and filtered water with your meal. The views from the rooftop terrace are incredible. And there is also a toilet with wash basins Up there too. There is a little shop just next door for provisions. It is also a easy location to find on the mountain roads, the drive is amazing with stops on the way to take in the views. The price is incredible too, don't even think about it just book it, you won't be disappointed. I felt very safe there as a lone female traveller, I couldn't recommend it enough.

Excellent location with views over the valley. Shop nearby a good outlet. Hameed (the host) provided equipment (even a bag at short notice) and a guide for our trek of Toubkal (and used to be one himself). The food was plentiful and delicious

Beautiful stay at an amazing cost.

The apartment was huge and very ideal for an authentic stay in the mountains of Morocco.

The staff are super attentive and helpful by lighting a fire in the living room and we had a warm ac function in our room but the one thing which couldn't be helped by them was the fact that the shared areas were very cold this time of year.

Amazing stay

The location was great, it was just outside the centre of town a nice 15mins walk. There was a shop next door to the riad which sold what we needed. No need to go to the centre for most essentials

The wifi was not so good when sitting in the terrace
