Excelente lugar. Recomiendo!!

Las camas son cómodas y buen desayuno. El personal es súper amable. Me gusta que tienen adaptador para enchufes internacionales.

Algo mínimo la verdad, le recomendaría poner algo para colgar toallas porque recomiendan hacerlo pero no hay dónde.

Aburrido y decadente

La ubicación.

Instalaciones muy antiguas. Ascensores muy estrechos y viejos. Mal desayuno, aburrido. Siempre fue exactamente el mismo. Proteína solo huevos revueltos. Personal poco cálido. Solo hacen su trabajo mrcanicamente sin un plus de amabilidad o de asesoramiento al cliente. En 4 ocasiones solicité cambio de moneda y nunca tuvieron efectivo para hacerlo. No obstante prometerlo y comprometerse a hacerlo a determinadas horas, incumplieron siempre. Mala relación calidad precio. No tiene parking.

El servicio de spa tiene únicamente hidromasaje, duchas escocesas y sauna. Fui un miércoles a pasar día de spa y dormir, y al llegar a las 15hs me dicen que no anda el hidromasaje, que está el agua fría (estamos en agosto, hace mucho frío). Les digo que fui específicamente por el spa, que por eso el precio es elevado. La gente de recepción tiene muy mala energía, y en vez de hacerse cargo de algo así y hacer alguna atención, me ofrecieron un 2x1 en masajes (???. Les pedí la devolución del dinero. Y en ese momento se me ocurre a mí pedirles que me manden a otro hotel de la cadena. Me dijeron que podía ir al de san Telmo, y fue la mejor decisión. El hotel de san Telmo es 100 veces más lindo, la gente que atiende es más amable, las instalaciones mucho más lindas. No volvería nunca más al de recoleta sobre todo por la atención que recibís

Espectacular

El personal excepcional , te solucionan todo , el desayuno muy bueno y tienen un lindo restaurante para almuerzo o cena . Las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas .

Boa !

Café da manhã bom. Limpeza boa tbm.

Academia com duas esteiras muito ruins, não tem aparelhos de musculação e as bicicletas estão em mau estado de conservação. Na maioria os funcionários sãos bons, as meninas do restaurante são uma graça, mas alguns da recepção não são cordeais, respondem que não entenderam o que eu disse e saem ou encerram a conversa. Não fazem muita questão. Se você quer uma ótima localização eu super aconselho esse hotel.

Buena relacion precio calidad.

La calidad de las personas con las que tratamos, principalmente las del restaurante. La ubicación, y la tranquilidad.

No es un lugar apto para ir con niños, menos pequeños, el colchón se hundía, pero se podia dormir, solo estuvimos 2 noches. Y el piso de la habitación estaba muy sucio. La descarga del inodoro perdía y mojaba todo el piso.

Excelente estadía.

Excelente desayuno. Personal muy atento. Todo estuvo muy bien. No tiene estacionamiento pero a la vuelta por calle Paraguay hay uno muy accesible y cómodo 24 hs.

Muy buen lugar

Muy limpio, muy amables, el spa es muy agradable lo puedes usar sin restricción de tiempo, el comedor impecable, el desayuno muy bueno. Te cambian dólares en recepción.

Un poco solitario el sector para salir de noche a pie, el asensor aveces no funciona.

Muy buena, recomendable

El hotel es muy lindo, el desayuno super completo, la zona de la pileta y el gimnasio muy lindo. La limpieza muy buena en general. El personal, todo, muy amable. La habitacion muy comoda. La ubicacion esta muy buena, mucho para recorrer.

No me gusta el shampoo duo. Tuvimos inconvenientes para dormir una noche por disturbios en una habitacion del piso, lo que se soluciono despues de hablar a administracion.

Agradable y muy cerca de todo

Lá atención del personal en general muy buena, sobretodo el de la persona del restaurante en la noche, muy amable.

Las camas en la habitación triple si bien eran cómodas, resonaban mucho al moverse uno de un lado a otro y ascensores muy pequeños

Excelente

Quarto espaçoso e silencioso. Ar condicionado bom. Cama grande e confortável. Televisão com canais diversos de filmes e séries, como HBO e etc. Chuveiro muito bom. Limpeza ótima. Café da manhã excelente. Hotel localizado perto dos pontos turísticos, sendo possível fazer turismo a pé. Restaurantes e cafeterias próximas ao hotel.

Ficaria muito bom se tivesse cortina no chuveiro. O vidro parcial não impede a água, e o chão do banheiro fica todo molhado.

Wouldn’t repeat

Location and breakfast were good

They charged me twice the city tax. The pillows were horrible and the room didn’t had any kind of sunlight.

It was a place to stay. Clean enough but not great, elevators were a bit scary. I would look elsewhere to stay next time

Noise from the street and neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep. The noise from the street was all night and we were on the 10th floor.

the location

The photos on the page do not match the room. The bathroom is literally dwarf, you can barely move. The room in general needs more maintenance. They tried to fix the shower by glueing it and water jumps everywhere, you wet the whole bathroom. The staff was not very friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms is fine. The pool is fine (it is not hydromassage) one of the two saunas has no light, and the Scottish showers one of them does not work and the two bathrooms are flooded. The best thing has been breakfast. Although it is recommended to go down with time and patience because too many people gather, since the organisation of the schedules is terrible.

The worst price/quality ratio ever. It is not 1 star hotel. Not even close to 1.

Very bad price/quality ratio. One of the worst I have seen. Room looked like a cheap motel. The bed was very bad and hard, the pillows worse! The bathroom was dirty and the sink was movable. They say they have a gym, but none of the machines worked. The treadmill didn't even have buttons. I went to complain to the front desk and they had the courage to ask "which machine doesn't work?" ALL!!!! 10' wait for the "maintenance" staff to "fix" or "understand" how a machine worked. The stuff did not greet when entering nor good predisposition for any request in addition to not saying the correct prices for the transports. Basic breakfast and no water in the rooms. 100 USD per night is a robbery for this "4 star hotel".

Disappointing for a 4-star hotel!

Easy access to public transportation. Comfortable bed.

My stay was pleasant enough but for the two things I have mentioned above.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The gym equipment was disappointing and di not work either. The sliding door onto the balcony could not latch at all.

I truly enjoyed the staff and the understanding that I don’t speak Spanish very well. the amenities; which I hardly did

they did quote me the wrong pricing but didn’t charge the full amount that they had quoted after the fact. I liked the cleaning staff and did have an incident outside the hotel they were very lovely about.

the quoted price for a week after the first night wasn’t correct even though it was written down in detail; as I don’t speak very good Spanish. There was a small amount of rectification. for a few days there was a lot of noise directly above my room which they blamed on outside sources. sounded like someone slamming and dragging on the floor above me though.

it did the job but was a little disappointed with the facility’s as the sauna was on but not hot and the pool was ok. Also very serious about not letting you check in early so a little disappointed if you have to check out at 10

Very nice hotel

The restaurant staff and service. The food was great and the restaurant manager was very helpful.

The almost inexistent spa facilities. The pool was really disappointing.

Room was old, with stains and signs of age all over. Smoke alarm was non existent, air conditioning unit barely worked.
