4.0
Restaurant, staff and the room service!
Bathroom (the shower especially), no cattle (so no tea bags), extra charge for parking!!!

The location is super. 20 minutes walk to the city, Tramstation very near to the hotel. It was great
3.0

The hotel is a modern, new building in the city but not in the direct city centre. You can walk or go by public transport. There is a huge garage in the ground with space enough for all cars (15 € per day).
The room was big and had a modern design. I had a room on the back and a very good view to the city (huge window, down the hill). The equipment in the bathroom, the air-condition, tv (no smart) and fridge was excellent.
Every day cleaning was very good. New shower gel ec.
The breakfast was also very good, fresh buns, fruits and so on. I used the room service and ordered dinner. The service was quick and the food tasted very well. I liked the Serbian burger (pljescevica) and the shopska salat!!
Thanks to the staff of Zira for the very good time in Belgrad.
Please check the lift because there is noise when the doors close.

Located close to many stores, and public transit. Loved the nearby bakeries.

Beds are not confortable.
4.0
It is a great location if you are visiting Belgrade by car. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast has been according to expectations and it is worth paying an additional 10 EUR per person per day.
The bathroom has been clean with some functional difficulties:
- Taking a shower was quite a challenge as the hot water valve has been partly functioning;
- The sink cover has been missing;
- The washing tube is nicely designed but very useless.
The noise (outside and inside) protection in the room is not at a four star hotel level.
4.0
Clean and comfortable rooms. Kind staff.
3.0
The hotel is quiet, and not so far from the main locations from Belgrade. It was not entirely full during the two-week long stay. Majority of the staff is kind. The ladies from the room service make a decent work, although dust was left in the counters.
The infrastructure is not modern. Rooms and corridors are old and stink. Lights in the rooms don't work well. Power sockets in the bathrooms do not work. Internet does not work in some floors, what made me move to another room twice.
MOST STUPID RULE: Ordering food from food delivery apps is forbidden, even if the kitchen is closed. The front desk manager alleged to be afraid of guests blaming their restaurant of food poisoning. They force guests to use the restaurant, but kitchen is not always open.
Part of the restaurant staff is not well trained. Some cannot understand formal english. The breakfast is always the same, but you can order some extras a la carte free of charge.

The staff was helpful
The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room. I stayed on level 5, so maybe the other levels were better as no one seem to mention this, but the carpet was dirty (and smelly) both in the hallway and the room. The walls and the furniture was worn out. All windows were pretty dirty in the restaurant. So the hotel felt worn down overall.
3.0
Great air conditioning, good size of the room and nice bed. Also, last but not least, the thick courtains managed to keep the room in total darkness throughout the late morning.
Noisy in the morning. Male staff at reception was much nicer and polite than the women (who I encountered at the check-out). Noises in the morning.
4.0
The hotel room was comfortable and I really enjoyed the bed. The breakfast offer was quite extensive and the breakfast room was nicely arranged.
I had a room at the 5th floor which gave me a wide view over the city of Belgrade.
Our Mastercards of different banks were not accepted, which led to some payment considerations. The shower was a bit flimsy with a loose shower head which was too low for me as a tall guest, and the bath tub was flexible which made me worry I could break through the floor any minute.
Since this hotel was very close to the location of my business trip, the location was great for me but the streets of this part of Belgrade are not very attractive.

Huge shower! Could easily fit a group of people.
Not exceptionally clean, looking onto a graveyard, however the staff was very nice.

Location for transportation, roof for smokers, breakfast,
not a big menu choice
4.5
Breakfast was very rich
Beds and pillows were comfortable
Fitness center was well equipped
We wished to go to Novi Sad. Web told us there were trains to go
Reception could not give any information about the trains only recommended to use a taxi to get to the station. We did that and found out that there were no trains that go to Novi Sad. In general the reception was not helpful since they were not informed about touristic activities.
