We had a lovely stay in this apartment, its very near the station in Verona. Its a quiet area and the apartment had everything we needed, was clean and spacious for four of us. It was about 15- 20 minute walk to the centre of Verona and about 15 minute walk to a big supermarket. Cristina was very helpful.

Had a great stay. You can walk to Verona, or hop in the train to anywhere in Northern Italy you want to go. Venice and Lake Garda were great, MariaCristina was a gracious hostess.

The apartment was lovely and conveniently located near the train station, but within walkable distance to the city center. Our host Mariacristina was wonderful and met us with keys outside the apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and had everything we needed for a great stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location to train station
This apt. is quite spacious with three bedrooms. The kitchen is fine with a small wicker sofa. There are no other chairs besides the kitchen table chairs. It is in an older neighborhood and the other residents are locals. Cristina is very knowledgeable about Verona and suggested many ideas about how to tour the city and Lake Garda. It can be a bit noisy at night. The apt. is located across the street from the postal office distribution building..

Conveniently located apartment with a fabulous hostess
The apartment is a few minutes walk from the train station. Cristina met us at the apartment and showed us all the essentials. She also is a tour-guide herself, and gave us lots of good information. We were four people and the apartment was perfect size for us. It has nice, comfortable beds.

4 nights in Verona
We enjoyed staying at Cristina’s apartment. She was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. The apartment has comfortable beds and a good shower as well as good windows and shutters to keep out street noise and light. The kitchen has everything you’d expect and has a small selection of oil and vinegar, S&p etc as well as washing essentials. It was warm whilst we were visiting and being from Scotland we didn’t find the air conditioning in the living area was sufficient cooling for us in the bedrooms as we aren’t used to heat. Others may be fine though. Don’t use Google maps to find the apartment as it takes you to the wrong block. Block 14 is the one to the south-west of the group. If arriving by car approach from the street to the north as per Google maps but on foot from the rail station it’s accessed off Case Ferrovieri Porta Nova. Access is via entry phone system at gates using buzzer with owner’s name. Cristina suggested we take the early train to Venice which we did and would thoroughly recommend. Home at lunchtime to avoid the crowds.

The air-condition does not cool down the bedrooms, but worked fine for the rest of the apartment.

Comfortable stay in handy location
We enjoyed 3 nights at this apartment which is minutes away from the railway and bus station. Great for exploring areas around Verona and only a 15-20minute walk to the main sights in town.
The apartment had everything we could have hoped for including comfortable beds.

Verona June 2018
Very comfortable apartment. It sleeps 4 but as there were only 2 of us it was quite spacious. Very well situated being close to the main railway station and bus station it is only 1 mile to the main square Piazza Bra so easy access to town centre too.
Christina the owner is very friendly and very helpful. She explained how every thing worked in the apartment and showed us where to find essentials such as the nearest supermarket. She had even bought in a few things for us, biscuits, yoghurts, etc.
There is lots of useful tourist information provided in the apartment too- city maps, bus timetable, tourist guide and a few leaflets for things to see & do.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet apartment near train station
We loved this private apartment. Sunny and bright. Patio doors and windows for air flow. Curtains/shutters for privacy and quiet. Despite being 5 minutes from the train station, it was quiet. It was safe and secure. It had everything we needed—2 bedrooms, blankets, towels, dishes etc. Felt like a home. It was about 15 minutes to the town center once we got oriented. We didn’t use bus system but it would’ve been convenient.

Nice Apartment, Perfect location
My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 3 weeks in May. The apartment looks as it is presented on this website. It feels spacious, has all the kitchen equipment that might be needed and it is located just minutes from the old town. While staying at the apartment I
became ill on a Sunday and needed to see a doctor. I emailed Christina to ask if any doctors were available on Sunday. She promptly came to the apartment and drove us to a doctor and then drove us to a pharmacy and waited with us until my prescription ready. She went above and beyond, and we both truly appreciated her kindness. Since we had a care, we were able to make day trips to other nearby towns.

Very spacious comfortable apartment
This is a spacious comfortable apartment to stay in. It was very clean and everything worked. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed visiting Verona which has some amazing churches as well as the Roman arena and theatre, and the castelvecchio. We spent one day at Lake Garda using bus and boat but, if you had a car, you could go further and also visit country areas.
We arrived by train and Cristina met us near the station as it would be hard to find your way to the apartment on your own although it’s quite close to the station. The location is good if you’re using the station (bus station and airport bus too) as we did, but there are no shops very close by. Within about 10 minutes walk are small shops and a bit further, near the town centre, are two supermarkets. You can use buses to get to the centre or walk – we sometimes got a bus back!
The large apartment was wonderful after being cramped in a small hotel room in Venice and a somewhat larger one in Bologna. We were able to do a load of washing and dry it easily, and eat food we’d bought ourselves instead of eating in cafes and restaurants all the time. The beds are really comfortable. Although you can hear a little bit of road nose from outside at night/early morning, it’s really very quiet in the flat. The description and photos are accurate. I especially like having a big shower and shower room.
Cristina was really friendly and helpful, both before and after we arrived, e.g. explaining to us where things are using a map. There were also maps on the wall, including one of Lake Garda which was useful, and also helpful leaflets and information. Cristina said we could contact her on her mobile any time we needed to but we had no problems and didn’t need to.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Verona unless they want to be closer to the centre (and it could be hard to find somewhere closer). There are some big busy roads on the way to the centre of the city but, once past these, it's an easy walk - and flat.

A very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment.
We were extremely pleased with our choice of apartment in Verona. Cristina proved to be an excellent host and her efforts made our stay most enjoyable. The location, close to the railway station, in a quiet residential complex suited us immensely.

Spacious, comfortable and a great location
Working with Christina was so easy. She met us at the train station and walked with us back to the apartment, where after showing us the important features of the complex and the apartment, she filled us recommendations about this UNESCO city. The apartment was well equipped and all appliances worked as intended. The description and pictures accurately depict the apartment. The train station is really only about five minutes walk and confidently is also adjacent to the bus station for catching a quick ride to and from the town center. We walked to many of Verona's landmarks and particularly enjoyed the castelvecchio, four churches, the modern arts museum and yes, we climbed all 371 steps to the top of th tower for spectacular panoramic views. Christina got us off to a great start with information and a map, where she also marked the location of both SPAR and PAM, both full service stores just steps away from town center. Would definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

Great Apartment in Verona
We stayed in Cristina's apartment from Oct 8-11 and we loved it. It was clean, spacious, secured, very close to the train station and about 15 minute walk to the center of Verona. Cristina was wonderful to work with during the booking process. She was there waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment. She reviewed everything and even gave us recommendations to visit Bolzano which was a wonderful town occupied by Austrians, Germans and Italians....very cool. Thank you Cristina for making our stay in Verona memorable.

lovely vacation
The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything needed (food for breakfast, dishes, towels, iron, hair dryer, etc.) and is located near the railway station, which is convenient if you plan to travel to the next city, but is a quiet and safe street.
At the entrance to Christina told and provided a lot of information about Verona, which really helped us to explore the city. Christina showed us the place, from where opens the most amazing view of Verona, as well as where you can enjoy delicious ice cream and buy a pizza with unusual toppings.
Thanks Christina for making our vacation is unforgettable in Verona!
