My go-to place!

We try holiday annually i like the ambience and the quiet nature of the place

The flies - i think abit more cutlery in the kitchen wld also help - the toilet flush in one of the rooms kept breaking down, it was annoying

nice family stay. would stay again if updates were made.

the pool was great! and the location was good. it’s not on the beach but it’s close.

the property needs updating. it lacks proper maintenance and upkeep. it needs to be repainted, the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen need a proper scrub down and modernizing. this property has potential to be really great. I would also suggest that ac units and fans be installed throughout the villas and not just the bedrooms.

The stay was good but for the amount you pay, they should at the very least offer toiletries

Good place to host lunch or an early dinner

Ample space and comfort. Good service.

- The rooftop terrace requires shading, e.g. by means of sails to: a) provide shade when using the rooftop, but above all, b) to prevent the ceilings of the bedrooms below from getting hot and radiating the heat into the rooms during the night. Currently, it is an energetic nightmare to have to operate noisy air-conditioning throughout the night to counter the heat radiation of the bedroom ceilings. - water for showering could have been a bit warmer - although not included in the offer; it would have been fantastic for the existing hot tub/jacuzzi to be functional.

Excellent place to holiday. Definitely coming back again

The Olympic size pool was amazing. The property was very quaint and had a well tended garden. Beautiful architecture.

We have visited this hotel many times. Caro is a professional and excellent host. She is one of the best hotel managers in Diani Beach. Caro always goes the extra mile to ensure we have a comfortable stay. The staff are professional and friendly from housekeeping to security. The hotel is secure and safe, and the facilities from the gym to the spa are fantastic. Eddie who is also one of the Managers is also a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

lovely grounds and pool hampered by deteriorating and not well maintained villa. Beware!

Home a way from home.

The leafy environment & lightings, beddings in brs, furniture and clean swimming pool.

Youthful guests that were somehow noisy that checked morning hours.

The aircons leaked. The toilet seat the ground floor was broken. The microwave didn't work. The showers were Luke warm. The food took 2 hours to arrive and when it did come it was cold. I was delayed in the morning because there was no one around to swipe my card. We were almost late to catch our flights.

Exceptional

Fantastic place. It's actually quite close to the beach even though it's not beachfront. The pool is clean and fun, the landscaping is absolutely incredible, and the villas are huge and spotless. Staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. Very good value for money, and highly recommended to anyone. We will be back!
