It was a pleasant stay in a great location.

Attentive staff and a nice looking lobby area. Great location for my needs.

The room was a bit outdated and dark. The USB sockets were not working very well and instead of a double bed I got two single beds but these are rather small issues.

Superb

Nice rooms, good bedding, nice shower and an exceptional breakfast!

The garage, which - as is the case with a lot of hotel parkings - is better suited to smaller cars, but is also a bit of fun, as your car goes into a lift to access it. And unfortunately the one lift going up to the top floor was out of service, so we had to drag our luggage up a floor through a steepish staircase. The nice young lady at the reception desk had proposed to take up my luggage as I am slightly handicapped, but it was not worth the bother really. A single lift for the whole hotel was a bit of a nuisance though.

I expected so much better

Location is good for my purposes, rather close to the metro and train station. There is an electric kettle and Rombouts tea and coffee provided (very good Belgian coffee); the fridge works. There is a normal socket and USB sockets by the desk and bed - very convenient.

It looks like a hotel that rides on its location and does not bother to make much of an effort. Extremely expensive breakfast (I am not going to pay 22€ for a cup of tea and two croissants, so I skipped that), front desk that is slow and not really competent (might have been a new employee, but then there is a training issue). Sauna does not work at the fitness room. Higher security apps do not work with their wifi, you need to use your mobile data plan for those.

Great location for EU work. Nice breakfast. Friendly & efficient staff.

It's nice, without being great. Go to the bathroom during the night and the light comes on - agghh!

Cozy Brussels stay next to the EC

Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Our requests were addressed swiftly. The room was cozy, albeit small and rather dark. Small I mention in particular in relation to the high end price.

There are basic amenities in the room that could be upgraded. Bathroom in particular was very basic, and the room not very large.

Do not recommend. Unfriendly.

The location is good, nice park nearby, metro station straight to the center

Even that we arrived after check-in time our room was not ready, had to wait for a long time, seems like nobody expected us. No excuse as well. The room was quite dirty, hairs and dust also at the bathroom, very disgusting especially hairs. NO room cleaning, after 2 days we had to ask for cleaning, they finally did, but the garbage can was still full. One very small bottle of shampoo for five days for the whole family. Very unfriendly staff. They charge 20€ per day for the kid’s breakfast (4 years old).

Situated in an excellent place, especially for EU business.

I received wonderful assistance from the night staff, when I had computer problems, last night. The two young ladies resolved the problem and helped me print my boarding pass.

Aircon control is hard to read, couldn’t get cooling. Early morning street noise is very noticeable.

room was fully equipped, cozy and spacious

we had booked a spot in the hotel’s garage, but we had to cancel it because it was very small, difficult to maneuver and the car (small size) did not fit.

Friendly staff and ideal location

Staff handled everything with warmth and professionalism. The Hotel is ideally located for people enegaging with the European Commission, parliament and associated government offices. There are ample supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby and excellent transport links.

Breakfast is pricey for what you get.
