War ok

-Geräumiges Zimmer mit diversen Ablagemöglichkeiten -Moskitonetz, welches allerdings diverse Löcher hatte, die wir erst flicken mussten -die Anlage insgesamt -das Personal war sehr nett -Nähe zum Zentrum von Kuta -Yoga um die Ecke

-im Zimmer roch es nach Tier-Exkrementen und wir fanden entsprechende eines morgens auch im Zimmer. Wir vermuten, wir hatten einen Gecko als Mitbewohner -Ein intaktes Moskitonetz wäre schön gewesen -keine Möglichkeiten Handtücher o.ä. aufzuhängen -das Frühstück war, abgesehen vom Porridge, welches nicht richtig verrührt und mit Wasser hergestellt war, dürftig, die Portionen klein

Calme à l’écart de l’activité du centre-ville

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner (les meilleurs pancakes du séjour ;) ! ), la piscine grande et agréable, la tranquillité, le grand espace des chambres

No hay servicios de comida ni bebida. Mucha foto y realidad decepcionante.

El desayuno.

Cuidado, no hay restaurante no servicio de bar. Elegí este hotel más alejado de kuta por el hecho de tener dichos servicios y no los tenía y yo aún no tenía moto.Tras una discusion por teléfono una persona del servicio me acerco a comer. El patio de lo que se suponía era una suite estaba bien sucio. Todo los pomos estaba llenos de cal. Que no te engañen las fotos ni la piscina, es un 2 estrellas. Si tienes que elegir habitación te recomiendo la más barata, el bungalow. No entiendo cómo booking no toma cartas en el asunto, pregunte directamente si estaba abierto el restaurante y me dijeron que si, lo que tienen son unos termos con agua, café soluble y te, a eso le llaman restaurante. Bastante lejos de kuta para ir caminando. No hay buena relación calidad y precio, no recomendable. No venden cerveza pues esta regentado por musulmanes. Pregunte por el baño y me llevaron a una pocilga a hacer pis donde me moje los pies de no se que. Podría seguir pero lo resumo en NO RECOMENDABLE Y ENGAÑOSO EN CUANTO A SERVICIOS.

Lovely quiet stay, very spacious rooms

Loved our stay! Comfy bed, lots of space in the room, nice decor, very quiet in the evenings, nice outdoor shower with hot water. Common area was also very big and covered, good spot to work etc. Breakfast was great, including fresh fruit and juice. Pool was great, too.

A few additions like floor mat and hand towel would be good, maybe even shamboo, conditioner etc. Wifi did not reach our room at all, only worked outside on the balcony. Also definitely don't take any scooters through them they are all quite old, high mileage/in bad condition, without insurance and cost more than other scooter rentals.

Really nice hotel

The room was really nice, and so was the bathroom (outdoor shower vibe). The breakfast was really nice - pancakes with bananas, yummy omelettes, and they give you a little fruit plate. Location is really good - local yoga spot is walkable, as are some spas.

Try not to get the room that has another room above it as you can hear every footstep!

A must stay!

The outdoor bathroom was something my partner had been seeking in a stay and this hit the mark! There’s also a slack line over the pool so that’s fun. Checkin was seamless and they were very organized :)

Fabelhaft! Definitive Empfehlung :)

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das tägliche Frühstück ist super lecker, besonders das Omlette und die Bananen-Pankaces. Es gibt 24 Stunden kostenlos Wasser, Tee und Kaffee. Die Anlage und der Pool sind schön und laden zum entspannen ein. Die Lage ist ruhig aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Definitive Weiterempfehlung, sobald ich nochmal nach Lombok komme werde ich wieder dort hin gehen! :)

Der Weg zur Unterkunft hat eine steile Abfahrt, vorsichtig sein wenn ihr mit einem eigenen Roller unterwegs seid!

Super hotel op een prachtige locatie!

Super mooi plekje tussen de palmbomen! Wij hadden een deluxe kamer, die was super! Heerlijk bed en een super mooie badkamer. Het personeel was onwijs behulpzaam en als je de kamer schoon wilde hebben kon je een tag aan je deur hangen! Het ontbijt was simpel maar wel lekker. Wat ook heel chil was dat je hier de Moskee nauwelijks hoort!

In tegenstelling tot alle negatieve reviews. Was het personeel heel aardig, super ontbijt, super mooie plek en mooiste kamer tot nu toe.

De badkamer is altijd helemaal nat en wordt snel vuil.

Quiet and private cabin for couples

We extended our stay, the place was quiet, clean and it felt private with all the vegetation. Thank you for everything, we enjoyed a lot our days in Palm Green.

You need to close well the doors, because it's easy that some insects get inside. Just be aware. But for us it is tottally normal and fine.

Small discovery.

Outside of Kuta, which was good, but extremely difficult to find. google maps is wrong and there is one tiny sign on the road. It appears this is a new resort hotel, just getting started.

There is a great kitchen beside the pool, but staff didn't even point it out, found it by accident!

Quiet and Authentic

Palm Green is away from the hussle and noise of central Kuta but within walking distance of the town. 15 mins via 2 different routes. The 20m pool area is very nice with loungers. Breakfast is very good, fresh fruit and a smoothie followed by your own choice of eggs, porridge or banana pancakes. Tea, coffee and bottled water are available all day from the open air breakfast area. Our room was very spacious with an open air bathroom and a veranda for sitting on and a rack for drying A huge selection of eating and drinking places in Kuta. Try Mr Crepe for delicious crepes in the evening on the main street. Kuta has lots of supermarkets. A small selection of restaurants near the hotel were also good.

Kuta suffers with power cuts. The beach is 30mins walk from Palm Green and its not the best. The water pressure in the shower was poor at times. The bed sheet was ripped, and the towels were thin and worn.

Très bonne expérience

Le personnel est très sympathique, les bungalows sont beaux, chambre assez confortable. Ambiance sympa, bon petit déjeuner, piscine. Emplacement à 3 minutes de Kuta en scooter.

Very noisy and unsafety hotel

1- The hotel is very noisy : It is surrounded by a parking, many chickens and dogs. Soundproofing between the room is so bas that you can follow the conversations of the neighbours upstairs. 2- The hotel is not safety the owner threatened me with a motorcycle chain when I complaint that there was no water and electricity during the last day of my stay. I had to runaway and call for help from other guests who came to my aid

Bonito hotel pero con ratas

Buena ubicación,las habitaciones son bonitas y comodas. Los trabajadores son encantadores

Tuvimos un problema de ratas en la habitación.el primer día vimos una en el baño y no le dimos importancia,pero el segundo día entró en la habitación por la noche y llamamos a un chico del staff,que vino y la mató. Al rato oímos mas ratas y acabó matando tres y otra se escapó. Ya desesperados buscamos por todos lados para asegurarnos que no había mas y encontramos excrementos de rata detrás del colchón. Al día siguiente fuimos a contarselo a los dueños del hotel, que ni siquiera se acercaron a la habitación, no nos pidieron disculpas y los nuevos huéspedes entraron al salir nosotros sin haber desratizado la habitación. Los dueños son desagradables y tienen un aire arrogante

The location was nestled a bit away from one of the main roads in Kuta, so it was wonderful quiet, especially at night

The light in the rooms is very bright, changing to a different color light bulb would make it a bit cozier. Also a carpet would be great, its all concrete floor. On the terrace is a seating area, but without seat cushion. Those would be a great addition, too.

The place is very quiet, and the garden it’s very beautiful. Was good that has included coffee and water any time.

The rooms was very disappointed. I booked the Deluxe room, and it was worst than the Bungalow. Supposed to be better, because it’s upgraded room. They give me at first private room (storage room) with full of old furniture and moldy fridge. The bathroom was full of spiders. Sheets with holds… I wanted to run away! I asked to change the room as it wasn’t the same I booked. After quiet long argue, they give me a better room, but still need more deep clean…

Stunning setting with a great pool. The room was lovely and the outdoor bathroom was fun. The free breakfast was great and renting scooters was easy.

Staff were really helpful and nice and the outside facilities were great. Pool was nice as well and a food parking lot.

Wifi should have more routers, no wifi access in the rooms. Shower was leaking pretty strong and bathroom cleanliness could have been better. AC was blowing air but not cold at all

Very poor

The staff is absolutely lovely (not the owners). The place is nice and big pool.

Unfortunately money got stolen in the room of 2 of my friends. The owners are crazy and manipulative and I stayed quite a while so enough crazy experiences up to a point where I decided I didn't want to stay any longer. Don't expect any cleaning unless you ask for it.

Everything Amazing clean pool, very good breakfast with a variety of choices Big room, nice shower with hot water The staff is very friendly and helpful, they love kids Close from kuta and a lot of attractions, restaurants We didn't hear the mosque so loud ;-) so it doesn't wake up us a 4 am. You can rent a scooter from the hotel They have laundry service

Big room with outside bathroom and an amazing pool

The pool with palm trees is amazing. The room is very big. The staff is very helpful. The shower and toilet are in the back, outside but private.

The bathroom door wasn’t darkened so in the early morning we woke up earlier than we want to because of the light. Also the noise of the preparation of the breakfast at 0730 in front of our house you can hear clearly because breakfast starts at 0800. This disturbed our sleep a bit.
