Comfortable stay in Almaty

The owner is an admirable person, very kind and did everything to us have the best stay ever. The beds are very comfortable and the house was always clean. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay in Almaty.

Google Maps first showed us the wrong location, but then we learned how to go there properly by asking locals.

Cosy homestay in residential neighborhood

Great cosy homestay. I stayed here for 6 nights and it was an absolute delight. From check-in to check-out it was glitch free. Lena, who runs the establishment is a very kind and helpful women. She is there to help you whenever you are in some confusion. She recommends amazing tours and food places. Now coming to the stay, the biggest highlight was the facility and cleanliness - Top notch. Rooms are comfortable and did not felt cold at all. You have hot water and all necessary toiletries. Free wifi is also available. It's walking distance from city and I recommend you do that because the street is so beautiful. I would defined choose this property if I am in Almaty again.

A lovely landing in Almaty

Lena was a delightful host who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The house and room were exceptionally clean, and the bedroom air-conditioner worked a treat.

Exceptional

Fabulous affordable find in Almaty. The rooms are comfortable, everything is very clean and the owner is super lovely and will help you with anything you need. Very good location near all the cafes and restaurants, walking distance to Kok Tobe gondola. No aircon in the room but there was a fan and it was manageable, even in very hot weather. I liked having access to a fridge and a washing machine (there's a charge for washing your clothes but it's not a lot). I'd happily stay there again!

Had a fantastic stay at Hostel Viator. The host was so friendly and hospitable. She allowed us a late check out too which was very kind and gave us a little gift when we were leaving. Very charming accommodation with fantastic facilities. Self-service laundry was available for only 500 tenge. The property was absolutely spotless. Very private, quiet and safe. Good location, not far from Hotel Kazakhstan and many coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I can’t rate this place highly enough!

Quiet, comfortable family home

Very nice family home in a quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants are less than ten minutes on foot. You can easily reach the Orthodox Cathedral, the Green Bazar or the National History Museum by walking.

I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Almaty! Lena is really friendly and helpful, and can advise you about what to see in the city and around it. There were more than enough bathrooms, and they were really clean.

Perfect stay

We love everything about the place. The host was very helpful, kind and friendly. The place is sparkling clean. Everything is available and ready to be used. The room is spacious and very clean. Cannot ask for more. Walking distance to major attractions. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Almaty. Thanks, Lena!

Exceptional

Lena is a wonderful person and the perfect host! She took care of us and treated us like family. The hostel is super clean, the beds are so comfortable, the kitchen does not lack anything. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!
