Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Some lights are broken and don't work

Breakfast was ok, though it heavily depended on the day - some days, it was just leftovers from the day before. Also, if you got to the Breakfast in the early morning there were a lot less options than later morning times.
Staff was polite, but didn't solve any issues right away.
Beds uncomfortable and very small. The room had an awful smell. The tap in our room wasn't working when we arrived. Toilet stopped working for the entire floor for one day. Shower head was very dirty. Towels were only changed in alternate days, though there was no place to hang the towels, so how were we supposed to use them more than once? There was no recycling bin, just the one in the toilet area.
Room was overall also very small and noisy.

The best thing has to be the location. Staff were very friendly.
The bathroom was essentially a cupboard. Ridiculous design.
Breakfast was not great unfortunately. The area is not big enough to accommodate the amount of guests. This meant a lot of queuing and waiting. No cutlery available 3 of the 6 mornings. Would suggest they ditch the coffee machine and provide large flasks of coffee, much quicker and better quality.

there was having a party with loud sound. we could not understand the receptionist.
the environment was better for a disco instead of a Hotel.

Location and 24h réception is a good point
Staff could be more flexible and friendly.
The hotel could be more flexible to their guests

The hotel is based in a great location and the breakfast is kind of good enough
The staff could be more proactive and work a little extra mile to their guests.
A more friendly approach would be much appreciated, some times looks we are begging for something and they reply time for online queris is over a day

location
the fact that they only give one key despite telling them that we are two guests and have different schedule.
no staff could speak English wish did not help with communication

Close to the beach, restaurants, mall, etc.
Nice breakfast.
The AC worked well but is old and you can not shut the visor lights off to sleep. The refrigerator was somehow broken and stayed working all night long and froze everything inside. The shower doesn’t have enough pressure. Not really a big problem but with the price you charge it should all be better taken care of.

The location and that's the only positive thing I can write about this stay.
I have stayed in this hotel several times (prior to the covid pandemic). After I was able to return, I thought I would have a great relaxing stay but I was wrong. The management has changed and as I am a frequent traveler in Brazil and around the world, this is without a doubt the worst Management I have EVER experienced. I had a double room and asked for a double of those plastic keys, which is usually a standard procedure for most hotels I have stayed. When I went to the reception to ask for a second key, to my surprise, the manager herself yelled at me saying my request was non sense and that she was not going to waste her time with such request. She was so rude! Yes, as absurd this sounds, it would only get worse as I politely asked her for a spare key. She offended me, and not only that, she tried to involve my child in the discussion. Yes, completely abusive. I asked her not to involve my child as she was a minor. But the manager kept going on and on and on. A guest then arrived at the reception and probably noticed the scandal the manager was making, but the guest was a foreigner and probably did not understand the content of the tense discussions. Believe it or not, the manager ignored me and walked away. What can you do when the manager herself treats you so badly?
I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. If you have an issue, the manager herself will likely yell at you. Stay away from this hotel! This is a shame because the place has a great potential.
Besides the key issue, I noticed that the manager walks around the breakfast area often, and I find it unpleasantly surprising that every morning I would have breakfast at a dirty table. Can she not notice or do anything about having the tables clean for the guests?

Well located in a safer area of Salvador. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The room service included making the bed but it didn't seem as it was cleaned properly. The room was noisy and the Aircon was leaking water sometimes. Nothing too bothering but points that could be improved.
