Diria que faltou algumas coisas.

Local e café da manhã foram bons.

Quando fui a piscina com minha mulher, tinha um casal usando drogas e nada foi feito. Não existia alguém para verificar o local. Outrossim, o estacionamento também era pago e não foi avisado.

Caiu demais a qualidade, do hotel e da higiene, não estão fazendo detetização, encontrei várias baratas pequenas no quarto.

Decepcionante!

A localização é boa e os funcionários são bons.

O hotel é super desconfortável! Parece que está abandonado em vários momentos. O elevador é sujo e faz um barulho estranho, tem uns que nem funcionam ser chamados em determinados andares, os botões não estão todos quebrados ao redor. Além disso, a limpeza dos quartos não é muito bem feita, o banheiro é todo infiltrado nas paredes, as toalhas de banho estão cinza algumas, de tanto uso ou da limpeza não ser bem feita, peguei toalha rasgada, o tapete do banheiro é cinza de sujeira. A estrutura do hotel é péssima, a garagem é horrível, e ainda é paga a parte. Experiência péssima!

Hotel com péssima higiene, estrutura de elevadores de péssima qualidade, quarto com vários pelos pelo chão, aparentando não ter sido limpo, janelas todas manchadas, hospedagem horrível.

Custo benefício

Fiquei pelo preço pois precisava passar uma noite em Salvador. Apesar dos comentários aqui falando do atendimento, eu nao tive problemas, achei os funcionários simpáticos e solícitos.

Quarto com cheiro estranho, parecia sujo. Falamos na recepção e se disponibilizaram a nos trocar de quarto. O quarto é bem pequeno.

Café da manhã é bom, mas acorde cedo pois são poucas mesas pra muitos hóspedes, vista para o mar, quarto limpo e camas confortáveis!

Eu ODIEI o atendimento,fui atendida por uma moça loira, simpática, e não sabia me responder algumas coisas e perguntou pra moça ao lado, essa bendita moça ao lado numa soberba e grosseria tremenda, tacando o fodasse. No booking dá pra colocar o horário do checkin, cheguei lá muito cedo com meu filho bebê, a mulher falando do jeito que ela bem entendia como se eu não estivesse ali do lado, e disse que seria apenas as 14 horas. Eu expliquei a situação, estava com neném, precisava de um banheiro, precisava colocar meu neném pra dormir… e a mulher disse “nunca vi fazer chekin antes das 14…” e outras baboseiras em tom de deboche. Eu não aguentei e tbm disse que não podia ficar dessa forma, pq se está lá no site pra escolher o horário, eu tinha esse direito, enfim, sem sucesso, tive que esperar longas horas até entrar e pasmeeem o cartão de acesso sem funcionar, no qual tive que subir e descer elevador lotado pq a mulher não estava acreditando, achava que eu estava colocando errado. O técnico resolveu e era de fato a falha no cartão. E muitos outros hóspedes em que estive conversando disse sobre a má educação da fulana.

Worse service client I have ever seen. I wa a trying to make a reservation in a hotel of the same chain, that bears the same name, but is located in another area where I was. When I found out accidentally booked not in the right area, but in another hotel on the other side of the city, the staff wouldn’t do the slightest thing to help out resolve the situation. They refused to cancel the reservation, or even to change the date, or anything to help. I had to cross the whole city at night, through dangerous areas, just to sleep in this hotel I had no desire to be at. And on top if it at the reception, the staff was just being totally disrespectful. Aweful experience. (Only the maids of the hotel were very sweet and nice ladies)

Terrible. Throw my money away.

Absolutely nothing. Not even the location was good in my opinion.

The breakfast was poor. The second day I didn't have breakfast there because the first experience was terrible. The food and the smell of the place was horrible. The lift was broken and I was forced to use allways the stair even with my suitcases. There wasn't any comforter blanket available. The two days were said that was in laundry.

the hotel ISNT 4 STAR. DONT PICK THIS HOTEL

the location isn’t all bad…

there were many problems. key doors didn’t work; breakfast was poorly prepared and few options; there was not a person to help what the luggage and the elevators were broken (2 out of 3). neither guests or staff respected the COVID MASK MANDATES.
