The beach house has two apartments located in a characteristic building in the historic center of the ancient fishing and sailor village of San Terenzo. Each apartment will guarantee you a peaceful holiday, where you can manage times and spaces in complete autonomy.
A stone's throw from the beach and the suggestive promenade that connects the castle of San Terenzo to that of Lerici, the structure represents the ideal base for those who want to relax by the sea or visit the beautiful '"Gulf of poets" and the nearby 5 Terre.
For a seaside stay San Terenzo offers the maximum variety of choice: from fine sand, to pebble beach, to the rocks that slope towards the sea. The central beach of the village (just 50 meters from the structure) is divided into a free part and a free part equipped with the possibility of renting umbrellas, deckchairs, canoes, pedal boats. A few minutes walk are also available free beaches and bathing establishments.
Located in the heart of the "Gulf of Poets", facing south and protected by the hills to the north, San Terenzo enjoys a mild climate during both the summer and winter seasons and offers the opportunity to carry out various sports activities. In addition to the beaches there are, in fact, a few minutes walk from La Casa al Mare, tennis courts, public swimming pool, golf. From the center of San Terenzo you can also easily reach various marked paths with the possibility of pleasant walks characterized by breathtaking views.
Always a stone's throw from La Casa al Mare there are shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, an ATM and a bakery where you can buy bread and focaccia for your breakfast.
The Casa al Mare is easily reachable both by car and by bus (the bus stops for the La Spezia Centrale station and the Sarzana station are located 50 meters from the property).

We loved staying at Sara's apartment; she was very flexible with our arrival time, and accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment was very spacious and had updated amenities, and the location was perfect: a few steps to the beach and harbor, restaurants and shops, but on a side street, so quiet at night. We hope to return soon!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for one week. It is so nice, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is great, close to the very nice beach. There are good restaurants close by. San Terenzo is beautiful and you can easily walk from there to Lerici of you want. Lerici is also super nice. You can also easily visit Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Tellaro from here. Sara, the host is very nice and helpful. We really recommend this apartment.

The flat is very close to San Terenzo Beach. Well equipped and very clean. The air condition was a real benefit as it was quite hot during our stay. Communication with Sara and Check-In was super easy. We enjoyed the stay and can recommend this flat for a stay in San Terenzo very much! We will come back! P.S.: The parking place is an extreme benefit, too. Without it it is tricky in San Terenzo!

Sara’s apartment is a beautiful space. She presents it with everything you could possibly need to settle in comfortably. No last minute running for supplies! I highly recommend staying here.

De foto’s geven een goede indruk van het appartement. Eigen parkeerplaats. De zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse geeft een goede uitleg over de prachtige omgeving. San Terenzo is een relax dorpje met een mooi klein zandstrandje. De boulevard loopt tot aan Lerici (2 km lopen). Vanaf hier gaat er een boot richting Cinque Terre.

È la seconda volta che veniamo in questa struttura a s. Terenzo. In entrambi i casi il giudizio è ottimo: la casa è comoda e pulita - ideale per nuclei familiari di 3/4 persone -. La posizione è strategica, nel centro del pittoresco paesino - che per la verità non offre molto - a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia. La cortesia della titolare mette l'ospite a proprio agio e la sua disponibilità è totale per consigli e dritte sulle attrazioni locali. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort - lavatrice lavastoviglie bagno bellissimo Wi-Fi ecc...- e ci si sente davvero a casa. In una parola: consigliabilissimo!

The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean. It is very well located for the access to the beach and the seaside restaurants (highly recommend Straluna just around the corner) but the excellent kitchen allows you to prepare food yourself should you wish so - there are 2 basic supermarkets nearby as well as a lot of independent shops selling everything from a wide variety or vegetables to fresh pasta or pizza & farinata in the evening. The bathroom is sparkling, modern and well fitted - even had little toiletries available as well as fluffy towels. Beds nice and comfy and there was enough space for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children) both for the night and for sitting around in the mornings or afternoons. The sandy beach is really across the street so it's extremely convenient for small children and all the needs they might have (water, bathroom, toys). Sara was very friendly and accommodating - very kindly waited for us when we arrived and when we left. She even prepared for us maps and guides of the area as well as some pastries, juice and milk for the breakfast as we arrived quite late in the evening. Perfect place that we would warmly recommend! We couldn't have asked for more.

Cinque stelle sono poche per esprimere un giudizio così positivo!! Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia una settimana a fine giugno e ho trovato l'appartamento non solo arredato con grande gusto e funzionalità (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno e microonde), ma anche eccezionale cura dei particolari e soprattutto un'impeccabile pulizia (migliore addirittura di tanti hotel a 5 stelle dove ho soggiornato!). La posizione, davvero strategica a soli pochi metri dalla spiaggia, e il posto auto sotto casa garantiscono una vacanza senza alcuno stress. Sara è una proprietaria dotata di eccezionale gentilezza e disponibilità. Tutto questo coronato da un panorama meraviglioso, nella bellissima San Terenzo, una perla accanto a Lerici, in cui trovare tutto ciò che occorre: piccole botteghe, ristorantini squisiti e una grande e pulitissima spiaggia. Non posso far altro che consigliare a chiunque un'esperienza così piacevole!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 gg in questa casa in 2 adulti e 2 bimbi (2-4 Anni). La casa è di nuova ristrutturazione, molto bella e spaziosa con tutto ció che puó servire (compreso lavastoviglie e lavatrice). Vicino alla casa ci sono supermercato, ristoranti e pizzeria. L'appartamento è vicinissimo al mare (spiaggia di sabbia) e a soli 20 minuti a piedi da Lerici (raggiungibile con una bellissima passeggiata lungo mare). A Lerici partano i traghetti per le 5 terre. Sara, la proprietaria, è disponibissima per qualsiasi necessità e informazione, è davvero gentile e cordiale. In sintesi lo consiglio veramente a tutti, bellissima vacanza
