These apartments is located in a beautiful Bauhaus building, with access to a green, roof top garden that also offers a view of the Parthenon.

All apartments have spacious living rooms, fully equipped marble kitchens and marble bathrooms.

Each apartment accommodates up to 4 guests.

All apartments have king size double beds that can be set up as two singles.

All apartments can accommodate two more people in the living room. Bedding in the living rooms varies (sofa beds, couches and portable beds).

Free WiFi, A/C and laundry facilities in all apartments.

TV’s in apts 2 & 4.

Apartments EP12 are located on the first floor and they have an interlocking door which when opened a big apartment is created. Apartments EP34 are located on the second floor and they have an interlocking door which when opened a big apartment is created. Access is made by a beautiful marble and iron stair case.

This apartment is located in Psirri, minutes’ walk away from Monastiraki and Plaka.
Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus.
Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located.
Psirri is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather workshops. It has great restaurants, cafes and art spaces.
You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Agora.
Walking around Psirri can be deceiving as it has many old buildings and lots of street art. The street art scene has produced many outstanding artists and their work is widely photographed and admired.
The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character.

• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

We spent 3 nights in the 4 apartments at Epikourou 16. Eight of us were very comfortable in these accommodations with modern amenities including A/C and washer/dryers. The location was excellent and the hosts were helpful and friendly.

We had a party of 11 adults and originally booked apartments 1,2,3 and 4 with the idea that some would sleep on the sofa beds. I was contacted about 1 month before arrival to see if I wanted to book apartment 5 also at a reduced rate. I am glad I said, yes. It worked out perfectly as the sofa beds were not in the best shape and the additional space was welcomed. Apartment 5 closest to ground level is a bit dark and does not have a washing machine; however, we had the other units that did so it was not an issue. The roof top terrace was lovely. The bathroom and refrigerator on the rooftop was really helpful too Oh, and, view of the Parthenon was great too. The roof on the platform on the rooftop could needs some attention. Watch your step on the spiral stairs to the rooftop. They are narrow and not child or elderly-friendly. Lia, Kostas, and Yannis were great hosts. Yannis gave a tour and walked us the route to the square. The location was convenient to Monastiraki Square and the Acropolis. We would definitely recommend this property.

The 4 connected apartments were perfect for a family reunion. We enjoyed late afternoon drinks on the rooftop, look at the Parthenon. Very convenient location- could walk to every location we wanted in Athens. Great night life just a few blocks away.

We were a group of 6 adults and this location was perfect. Costas greeted us on arrival and even invited me to walk around to the square and back to give me a feel for the area (Thank you Costas). 1 minute to great taverns, restaurants and coffee, 5 minute walk to Monastiraki Square. Honestly, from this location you could take the metro, but it isn't necessary as you can easily walk nearly anywhere you want. Everyone we met was so friendly. The apartments themselves were super nice with air and upgraded bathrooms, kitchen and plenty of space. If we're ever back in Athens, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks All

We chose this for the roof top garden, the location, because it could accommodate all 11 of us and the price. It fit our needs perfectly and did not disappoint. The only negative was the area. Older part of down that needs updating.

We can walk to the Acropole and near many restaurant. Nice terrasse on the roof. The owner was very accessible.

This really was the perfect place for us. The location was incredible and having four apartments made it really easy for our family to each have our own space but come together when we wanted. The only thing that I would say is that if you have kids that you're intending to have sleep in the common spaces they don't all really sleep two adults out there.

6 of us were in Athens for four days and used this apartment as a home base for our stay. We really enjoyed the food scene in the Psyrri neighborhood and from this location, we could walk to just about everything. We rented all 4 apartments which gave us plenty of space for our group of 6. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio for an evening wine hour. The air conditioning worked great and the bathrooms were spacious. Our hosts were great about arranging airport transportation and giving us lots of information when we checked in. If we find ourselves back in Athens, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property. We found a nice coffee shop and bakery nearby that we visited every morning. Very clean! Rooftop was very nice. It was great to have 3 apartments for our group of 6. We arranged pick up at the airport and they were waiting on us. They also drove us to the port on Saturday morning. Would stay here again!

We had a great experience at this property. It was perfect for our group of seven, but could definitely be comfortable for more. Hip area, close to city center and great bars and restaurants. We can’t stress enough how great our experience was. Jacob was able to give us good suggestions and was always available the few times we needed something. Do yourself a favor and book this place.

We really enjoyed the roof top patio which has a glimpse of the Parthenon. The evenings cooled down and the roof top provided a nice way to end our day of walking Athens. The 4 apartments worked well for our family of adults to have our own space. I would recommend for others who want to walk to see the sights of Athens.

We all decided to stay in Athens for 3 days before boarding our cruise & so glad we did. There were four of us couples traveling together. Arrived on a rainy morning & so thankful that we had arranged to have a taxi pick us up at the airport. Our driver was waiting for us, holding a sign with our name. The apartments were so nice & the location was perfect, so many restaurants around & the attractions were an easy walk near by. Now for the really great part, we were treated like royalty from check-in & throughout our stay by the owners/staff. I wish to thank every one of you for making our stay so fabulous. Know we were a little rowdy the first night & because of this we got to meet Kevin, he was so nice!! The rooftop terrace was great to enjoy wine on & look up at the Acropolis. The apts. were nice & modern ~ great kitchens & bathrooms. I cannot say enough about staying here & thank you all!
