Lovely hotel with great sea views and great breakfast.

Lovely room with excellent view. Breakfast was great but staff needed to asked twice to change towels and never replaced coffee and tea. Generally was a good stay.

Room was not cleaned or serviced in 4 days.

Goede ligging, scooter/buggy verhuur, airco, boottransfer + taxi voor 200.000 IDR

Veel trappen (niet handig met koffers en glad met regen), douche werd koud na 4 minuten.

Underbar personal! Glad och trevlig!

Personalen, speciellt ena kvinnan i personalen som fixade frukost varje dag. Hon var verkligen söt och super trevlig. Henne kallade vi för canti 🫶 Jättefina rum och så fin utsikt! Väldigt fin inredning och balkong. Rent och fräscht!

Den typiska indonesiska duschen utan gardin. Men det är bara en liten detalj jag skulle ändrat på. Annars var det jättebra

Stunning views!

Location on top of the hill is amazing with views out to sea - absolutely stunning! You get what you pay for. We stayed in the older part of building.

Doors did not close properly, needs to state that only 4 can fit and not 6 as requested. Owner was happy to bring in two more mattresses for the kids at an extra cost so that was handy. Air con doesn’t work so well but still enough to keep you comfortable.

Je ne recommande pas cette auberge, je ne me suis pas du tout senti à l’aise entre le personne pas accueillant et la cha

Le personnel n’est pas du tout accueillant, qui ne sait pas parler anglais donc la communication est très difficile. De plus un membre du personne a débarqué à 22h dans notre dortoir pour nous demander de payer alors qu’on avait fait le check in à 12h et qu’on aurait pu nous le demander à ce moment là qui était beaucoup plus propice… Ma chambre était très humide, on le sent à l’odeur et on voit les taches noires sur le mur

Good location, good pool

I didn't like the bathroom, the sink was clogged, the floor was completely flooded when bathing. The breakfast was terrible, nothing to do with what is shown in the booking photo. I didn't like the place

The staff were so lovely!!

The pool and the view! Also the staff were amazing, so friendly and kind. Would recommend anyone visiting to go here if they’re looking for a hostel. Very calm and relaxing

The hostel bathrooms need a bit of improvement, just a bit tired as shower throws water at the wall instead of downwards and some doors don’t lock

Mozzie loved it

Views where amazing 😍. Need a bike to get around. They have scooters but I wasn't confident. Restaurant across Rd awesome 😎 Stengbali cute dog Bobo.

Distance from everything. Otherwise very peaceful. Watching the world go by

The staff are super friendly and although it is on a main road, it isn't too bad. You are on a hill.

A central location with helpful staff.

Pleasant

The view from the room was beautiful, the room was clean and pool was nice and so were the staff. It was a good location about 15-20 minutes walk to Mushroom Bay and Yellow Bridge and about 30 minutes to the boat harbour and the Main Street and restaurants. The massages I had were good and handy that they were on the property.

There was no tv in the room as stated on the website, the door was very hard to open and close, the shower didn’t drain properly and the fridge made loud noises all night. The breakfast was nice enough but I asked for a glass of water as you think that would be included when you have paid for breakfast but then I got charged for a bottle, they offered no water in the room either. I got quoted 50k for a taxi to the Harbour the day before I left and then when I was about to leave they changed the price to 150k, it’s takes not even 5 minutes in a car, so I walked there with my suitcase in 15, it’s all down hill.

If you are comfortable with driving motorbike this is excellent but we thought it was hard with all the traffic so decided to walk instead and its a 15 min walk to muchroom beach. But with motorbike you are close to everything

Amazing pool and atmosphere at the hotel! Beautiful common area and pool area. The room was gorgeous with amazing views! The staff were the highlight and are all so lovely and helpful!

Not worth the money

Pool, nice views, good location, staff are nice enough, room was big, bed was comfy, AC was good

There were so many ants in the room, the shower ran out of hot water before two of us could shower, on the last 2 days we had no hot water at all. It’s not very clean, Housekeeping only consists of making the bed and sweeping. Bins were not emptied, towels not changed even after being left on the floor, the staff just chucked them on the sofa. Sofa covered in bird poo but it’s indoors, toilet roll not replaced, bathroom not cleaned. The fridge was mouldy. Some maintenance issues such as the TV not working, bathroom door doesn’t shut, balcony door doesn’t open fully, fan doesn’t work. The room is very loud (close to a speaker which had prayers from 4am - 11am one day which you can hear quite loudly, creaking, pipe noises, loud fridge). WiFi is awful. We emptied the mini fridge to put our own stuff in and returned to the room with our water thrown away & their stuff in the fridge again. Our rubbish was thrown down the back of the hotel instead of binned properly. Far to expensive for what you get.

Great place for the price but a little let down by staff

The view was amazing, good rooms for the price and comfy beds

The pool lounges were dirty, there was a massive language barrier with the staff which made it difficult. Our friend left her passport at the hotel and the staff wouldn’t cooperate and were very rude trying to organise to get the passport back, would change prices of there taxis and overall not very welcoming

have some serious issues that we have been experiencing in our hotel room. These issues have caused us great discomfort and we feel they are not reflective of the level of service and quality that your hotel claims to provide. Firstly, the shower in our room has been functioning poorly and the water is not draining properly. Additionally, the sink in our room is also not draining properly. As a result, it is impossible to use either the shower or the sink without the water accumulating. In addition to this, the bathroom ceiling is covered in mold and has a very strong, unpleasant odor. Furthermore, there are large cracks and plaster falling from the walls in the bedroom. We expected a high level of cleanliness and comfort from your hotel, and we are disappointed that these problems have not been addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

amazing views, short distance from the beach and amazing staff

the infinity pool was amazing and the bedroom was cleaned everyday day staff were really helpful and knowledge about the area staff also provided lifts on scooters for a small fee of 50K you can rent scooters from them but I like a bintang so was safer to get lifts :)

The owners & the staff are all very friendly. We arrived early & they already allowed us to check in. Nice view from the balcony.

The property isn’t the newest anymore. We weren’t able to lock the door to the balcony as the lock was broken.

Very enjoyable stay!

The family were really amazing hosts, especially over silent day, the WiFi was great, pool and view was amazing, we enjoyed our stay, they also organised a great snorkelling tip and bike rental for us for good prices. The location was great, in the middle of all places of interest.

The bathroom fan was quite noisy when it was on.

amazing location with beautiful views. Made & Made & Gday we’re all super helpful, friendly and loved our kids.. they even made suggestions for dinner and organised a snorkelling tour. breakfast was simple but lovely. will be back

The pool was amazing and relaxing the room was very large with a lounge as well , breakfast looking out over the hill and the bay, with a beautifulbreeze and a, lovely half hour walk downhill to dream beach, devils lair etc

Half hour walk to dream beach fairly steep hill. Might not be to some peoples liking but I loved it and enjoyed the walking.
