Convenient location. Property could use a bit of upgrading of appliances and interior.

Outstanding rental. Good location. Dry nice condo development. This Unit was just great. Plenty of room. We hope to rent this Unit again on our next trip to North Lake Tahoe.

We could not have chosen a better location for our weekend getaway with our family. We loved the views and accessibility to the lake. One thing not mentioned in the description of the property is that access to the hot tub starts on Memorial Day. We were disappointed to get out hopes up to relax there only to find that it hadn’t been opened yet. Also, we recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The property provides small capsules with powdered bath products that will barely cover one shower per person. Other than that the Condo is super cozy, has all the kitchen supplies you need for a weekend get away with kids. We had a lovely weekend!

The condo is well located to the resorts, and spacious. The two master beds were comfy, but the twin beds seem to be 135 years old. You sink into them, not in a good way. The springs are.... old and pokey. We found an extra mattress pad, so one of my mates was fine after that, but the other...
There is a hot tub, and it was nice. But there is supposed to be a key card to get in, which was not in the unit. No one could find it. Luckilly the door was left open by a neighbor so we were able to use it.
Speaking of keys, there are three locks outside the condo. We were given the wrong combo and the wrong lock, but eventually through communication we got the right combo and the right locking case.
You can see the lake from the condo, also very nice. A good stay overall, just a few things that need to be tightened up. Oh, we also had allergy issues in the condo. Maybe just change the it filters.

The condo is very dated - it’s clear to see this is a rental property and not a home. If the property manager or owner ever visited, they would be able to see how unloved the place is - it has potential but zero money has been invested in it. Items like wardrobe doors were broken, the balcony is incredibly disappointing with 3 white plastic chairs only, and the master bedroom mattress was awful. We visited from 23-27 Sept and all amenities were unavailable to us as “out of season”, despite the listings main title including them (with no details on the seasonal dates). Location is ok.

Literlly will ignore you! & hang up on you! For two night we didn’t have hot water contacted them twice they didn’t do anything about it.

It's expensive, very dirty (even though 260€ cleaning), and very old, furniture broken down etc.

We had a great stay. The place was cozy. We loved the view and the location.

We had a great time here. Location is awesome. There is now patio furniture to take in the lake views which is where we spent most of our time at the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with partial view of Tahoe
This older condo was very clean and comfortable but starting to show its age. Loved the view from the deck. Had some difficulty locating this unit since there are two entrances to the property. Very close to Tahoe and Kings Beach. The small indoor spa was a short walk but not working during our stay. Steps to the front door are very steep and could be an issue for some guests. Unlike some VRBOs, this one did not come with extras like first morning coffee or spices other than salt/pepper. The complimentary shampoo/conditioner and soap in the bathrooms was very nice.

Nice vintage vibe.
Good amount of space! Nice lake views from deck. Well appointed if more "vintage" early 90s vibe than contemporary. Kitchen was good, though if you're a serious cook... bring your own knives, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. Hot tub is indoors in a shared building, and not always available so you should check first if that's essential for you. TV does not support streaming services.

The only issue I would have is the furnace for the heating is very loud and with the thermostat near the front door the heating came on very ofter

The 60s wants their beds and sheets back!
Beds, bedding, furniture, tv, etc was in terrible condition.—-like really old, sagging mattresses, scratchy old sheets, flat dirty pillows, feel the springs and frame in the couches. Huge tractors doing construction right outside our windows; no access to pool/hot tub because we weren’t homeowners—not because of Covid. Didn’t sleep a wink. Left a night early. Only refunded partially. Super disappointed ☹️

The unit was not available until 4:45 (45 min later then the checkin time).
The view is beautiful! The outside property is beautiful. The unit itself is very dated and unclean. We had to vacuum the carpet to pick up cereal and dirt left. Bedding was very warn and stained. Kitchen is a crazy clutter of stuff. Master closet is full of old bedding..

We loved the place we stayed in. Had a wonderful time.

Convenient to Tahoe City
This is a rather tired condo. The bed in the Master was OK, but the others were marginal - glad I did not have guests with me.
Usually, some condiments (minimally salt and pepper, often a few basic seasonings) can be found in the kitchen. No pepper, only a few sprinkles of salt.
The AV system needs attention. After spending considerable time with it, I suspect a new HDI cable is needed. There is no battery in the controller for the sound system. Generally, unacceptable level of AV technology here.

Was in poor condition. Cabinets in disarray, extra bedding on the floor in closets and not folded,
Torn sofa, dirty carpet.

Perfect getaway lakefront home
This unit has everything I would ask for for a perfect and peaceful vacation at Tahoe. It’s so charming and has the rustic feel but is very clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Though it’s a condo unit, it has enough privacy and we did not bump into anyone for our 3 days stay.

Very nice weekend
The condo was overall very cozy and comfortable to stay in ...they had a beautiful view on the balcony and was nicely prepared for us to stay there for the weekend. The condo buildings were quite quiet and relaxing.

Lake Forest Condo Stay
My friend and I rented this apartment for a 2-week getaway and it was lovely! The condo met our expectations and had a spectacular view of the lake. We had no issues with any of the condo amenities and were both able to work remotely in this space. There is also so much to do in this area! From biking into Tahoe City to enjoying a nice day on the beach that is only steps away, it was the perfect end to summer. Thank you!

Comfortable and view of lake from balcony.
Clean, cozy and quiet area. Nice view of lake from balcony; however I only gave it 4 stars because there is not a decent table with an umbrella on the balcony. Unable to sit outside to eat or just relax.
Vacasa is FANTASTIC! Easy to find a place and very helpful in the phone. Easy on and easy out. Walked in, there were extra paper towels, hand soap and each bathroom had travel size shampoo and conditioner.

Fabulous location!
We absolutely loved the location and layout of this condo. It was comfortable, well stocked, and had plenty of space for our family of four. We enjoyed walking to the lake, and biking from the condo into Tahoe City, as well as along the Truckee River. We will definitely come back!

Nice Tahoe retreat
The place had all the needed amenities for a week of skiing. Good location- a few minutes drive from the main street of Tahoe City, nice view of the lake from the balcony. The decor is dated but it is clean. There seemed to be plenty of parking in addition to the two assigned spots.

Fantastic stay for mid-sized group
Really impressed by the quality of the property - super clean space, had all the cooking supplies we needed and enough rooms/bathrooms for our group. Beds were a little crunchy and not the most comfortable but other than that no bad things to say! If you're looking for a place near Squaw Valley, it's a ~15 minute drive and you are also incredibly close to Tahoe City's downtown.

Great place to enjoy the vacation
The house is located close to the lake. There is a good view from the deck. The rooms are spacious for us. There are plenty of plates and utensil in the kitchen, which is super convenient to make a meal. We enjoy our stay there and definitely will recommend.

Loved the location to hiking, beaches and Tahoe City. The beds could use some new mattress. The pool and balcony with a glimpse of the lake were very nice.

Nice condo in a great location
This condo is spacious and ideal as a base for a winter ski trip. It's well equipped; especially love that it had tons of plates, dishes, and silverware so we were able to wait until the dishwasher was full.
On the downside, the beds are not super comfortable. Not terrible, but very soft.
One other issue; when we arrived, the furnace was broken and the place was cold. However, both the HOA and Vacasa responded quickly. Within a couple of hours, they'd brought in space heaters and things were fine. A couple of hours later, they had the whole thing fixed. Hard to give a 5-star review given the issue, but am comfortble recommending the place because of the efficient response.
Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place...
Really enjoy the stay. The only problem is that I arrived at night so it took me quite a time to find unit #12. It is better to mention to turn right from the 2ND entry,,,,

RENTER BEWARE
Disclosure of a Condo and not a House, 15 stairs to access front door WAS NEVER INCLUDED IN HOME DESCRIPTION! Having disability and a Senior Adult made this place EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO access. Had it been disclosed in the beginning I WOULD NOT HAVE RENTED!!! Or access to the StairClimber AVAILABLE would have helped!! Windows need webs cleaned off, window sliders made to slide and screens to keep bugs out would have been nice. Furniture looked clean but no support when seated.

Good location, quite community.
We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It is very clean, well equipped and have a lake view from balcony. If owner could put better balcony furniture (especially the table), that will be perfect.

Great value, great location!
My family of four was quite comfortable in this condo for 7 days. The location is fantastic...you can walk to the lake, and Tahoe City is a 5 minute bike ride along a nice bike path. The condo complex has a nice pool and tennis court and a tiny beach where we sat in adirondack chairs and watched the sunset. The condo itself is simple and no frills, but very clean. It had plenty of room for the four of us ( 2 adults and 2 teens.) It has a small semi-private deck with a distant view of the lake. Great value!
