About this house rental

My recently remodeled home recently won the Tucson Area Realtor's Award in 1917. The designer kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, a central granite island large enough for three bar stools and ample space for eating as well as food prep. There is also a banquet sized dining table that seats eight comfortably. The kitchen overlooks a living room with museum quality shelves displaying rocks and fossils. There is a 55", wall-mounted smart TV in the living room, as well as a gas fireplace. The living room, kitchen and dining room have expansive views of the Catalina Mountain--Pusch Ridge framed by lush desert vegetation that's home to many birds. The entire backyard has a large covered patio with patio table and chairs, Weber grill, chiminia, a gas ornamental fire feature and water features that attract local birds. All the appliances are almost new including a state of the art washer and dryer. There are two queen size bedrooms and one king size bed.
The master bedroom also has its own gas fireplace, and the master bath has both a soaking tub and tiled shower. There is an additional bathroom for the other two guestrooms. All bedrooms have TV's with Direct TV channels, and the entire home has wireless internet.
We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac, 1/3 of a mile from Riverfront Park that includes lighted tennis courts and a basketball court, play equipment, swings and covered picnic areas; we are 3 miles from the Oro Valley Acquatic Center which has an Olympic sized pool, water slide and splash pad for children. There are abundant public golf courses near-by, the closest being the Oro Valley Country Club which is 1/2 a mile away.
Shopping and restaurants are very close by and access is easy and quick. There are two queen size bedrooms and one king size bed.

The home is beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The view was even better than we hoped. The kitchen is well appointed...even better than my own kitchen. Communication with the owners was easy and very pleasant. They are very responsive. The location was perfect and close to anything you could imagine. We hope to visit again soon. This is a gorgeous, roomy home with a pool and Pusch Ridge view. It is conveniently located next to a park with tennis, pickleball, soccer, baseball, playground, and walking trails. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and golf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner, Suzanne, is very responsive to the needs of her guests. We would like to thank her for our time in her beautifully decorated home. It was perfect.

Everything about this property is perfect! We had the use of a heated pool, fireplaces for chilly mornings, and so many other local amenities such as the beautiful park next door. This welcoming home is in a perfect location and the owners have spared no expense in making this a lovely vacation home!

An amazing property with beautiful views of the mountains. The house is located close to all Oro Valley has to offer from bike trails to golf. The kitchen is a cook's dream and the outdoor space is very relaxing with plenty of seating and built in pool. The owners went out of there way to make our stay comfortable, including having someone meet us when we checked in. We would definitely stay here again.

House was very nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything that was needed for our stay was in the house, it was well equipped. We enjoyed the 3 months we stayed there this winter.

Very relaxing, close to the Loop bike trail which I did on a daily basis. The house was fantastic. I refined my bread making technique in Susan's awesome kitchen.

The house has an open floor plan, two bedroom, two bath, with an office converted to a third bedroom. The kitchen and dining area our spacious, new appliances, and very well equipped with appliances. The bedrooms all had comfy beds. The master bedroom, is good size, has a queen size bed and gas fireplace. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, the converted office bedroom a queen size bed. The living room is huge with several places to sit, nice fireplace, and decor. Perhaps my favorite space is the patio which offers a spectacular view of the mountains, has a fire pit, charcoal grill, and two tables with lots of seating options. We also enjoyed using the garage, particularly the mobile home garage which made for an ideal ping pong court! A great house to rent for extended periods of time. Also a great location as Oro Valley offers a large variety of grocery store, retail stores and restaurants. This area also offers amazing walking and biking trails! The only negative comment is that the owners property manager called and visited the house numerous times during our six stay. In my opinion, an owner should not schedule work to be done on the property while the house is rented. While always polite and courteous, it was a hassle to try to schedule our activities around his numerous requests to visit or have folks over to perform landscaping, provide estimates for work they wanted to have done, or on one occasion to enter the house to hang a picture. Susan was a gracious host and always responded promptly. Definitely interested in renting this property again!

It was definitely a designer home. Living room, kitchen, dining and master suite were very large and well-appointed. Great views west to the mountains from the back patio and covered porch. Owner communicated thoroughly and promptly.

Beautiful views had everything to make our trip enjoyable. We put our tree up and more than enough room for our three grandchildren, two daughters, and husbands to spend Christmas day with us. Thank- you Susan for sharing your home. Clean well stocked loved it.

Beautiful home nicely located in the heart of Oro Valley. Great views of the mountain for wonderful sunsets! House is large and nicely laid out to just chill out. Wonderful bird watching from the kitchen window. We loved staying here! The owner was easy to contact and work with! Hope to stay here again in the future.
