The best staff

Very well located and the staff always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent and the staff from the restaurant wants always to make sure you try the best from their cousine and proactively offer different options. They have bikes for sharing and a very good gym. In a very cold night we had to call to ask for an extra blanket and they promptly send to us (because they don’t keep one in the room) and an electric warmer.

Definetly a hotel like this could have better towels (small and thin towels were a negative surprise) and pillows (also very thin and uncomfortable) specially in an executive room. Just two towels in a room with two people and no extra blankets. VERY noisy all night, you can hear everything from other rooms and hallway. Also early in the morning the staff moving around (the location in front of the housekeeping room).

Hotel muito bonito, limpo, com a facilidade de ter um café no lobby. Funcionários muito prestativos! Café da manhã bem bom, chuveiro excelente e cama bem confortável.

Para ser un 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear. Personal bastante antipático, la habitación se notaba que era del siglo pasado, el gimnasio era un desastre. No volvería.

Very nice hotel, but could be nice allowing early check in if room is available for no extra fee

the location is perfect and the hotel restaurant is very nice. Restaurant staff team is amazing!

to check in before noon the hotel want to charge you extra money even if they have your room already cleaned and all set

I advise to not take a room at the top level for people who can't bear the sound of the engines in the roof. The staff changed my room when I requested it

nice hotel but terrible noise in the night.

We got an amazing welcome by a super friendly guy. Rooms are clean and nice and the best thing about our whole stay was definitely the shower.

The staff makes A LOT of noise in the middle of the night (04.00) by going through the hallways with metal carts. Our room was located next to the elevator and to get into the elevator there’s a small step and the noise of the cart going in the elevator over and over again was terrible.

Facilities, staff, cleanliness and service. We had issues with the AC on the very first day, our room service order came wrong, they do not take deliveries to the room and the requests take forever to be fulfilled (extra pillows, towels, cutlery, etc.)

Good, solid option for work travel. Would not hesitate returning. Not very inspiring for holidays.

Good breakfast. Efficient check in and out. Modern rooms. Nice gym. Wonderful location for business, safe too.

Room could have been slightly cleaner. Elevators had annoying mandatory card readers to get to floors which barely worked (and were different for each elevator), and were not very available. Not the most soulful place; more of a business hotel.

Hotel is good. Breakfast very good, staff is great, location is good.

The negative point was cleanliness. Room and toilette not properly cleaned. They changed me to another room which was not properly clean either

Good accommodations, nothing exciting either way. Great location.

Breakfast is reasonable, but no variance between days. It’s the same every time. Good bed. Modern room. Cute bar with friendly staff. Atmosphere around the lobby is pretty lively. Fantastic location.

Room could have been cleaner when checking in.

breakfast was good, but not much change from day to day so not much options to vary.

The Top shelvein the closet, was dusty. So I avoided it. Bathroom amenities were not re-filled daily. Used same bar of soap the whole working week.
