Cołóść oceniam bardzo dobrze.

Znakomity

Bardzo dobry hotel w Krakowie. Jest bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątane, obsługa dbała o wymianę ręczników czy sprzątanie w pokoju. Nie słychać sąsiadów. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Na dole sklepy, restauracja.

Jak komuś bardzo zależy na ciszy to musi poprosić o pokój nie od strony ulicy. Nam tak bardzo to nie przeszkadzało.

Przyjemny aparthotel, trochę źle zarządzany.

Całkiem fajny aparthotel, Dobre, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania.

Głupio wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Jest dość duża lodówka. Dość dużo szafek na ubrania, nawet za dużo. Jest też płyta indukcyjna i brak możliwości użycia, bo brak najzwyklejszego garnka lub patelni. Wyposażenie aneksu beznadziejne. Parking - też nieporozumienie informacyjne.

W grudniu jestem jeszcze raz na 100%

Jak zwykle wracam z wielką przyjemnością, czysto i hall po remoncie (bez baru) bardzo przytulny.

Restauracja Oregano - smaki te same, ale obsługa... Po raz pierwszy czułem się jakbym przeszkadzał kelnerkom w rozmowach i te niecenzuralne słowa... Dzieci na sali w porze obiadowej, a przy barze takie rozmowy... Dodatkowo zapytanie "Czy chce Pan coś jeszcze zamówić" zamiast zwykłego czy sobie czegoś Pan życzy - poczułem się jak na stołówce a nie w restauracji. Taka pierdółka niby nic, ale od 6 lat jestem regularnie i tu widzę największą zmianę, niestety na gorsze. Kuchnia OK jak zwykle.

Lovely Hotel in a beautiful city.

We found our stay very comfortable. Staff @ Reception, Housekeeping & Restaurant were very friendly & professional. Breakfast & Restaurant were most enjoyable.We were visiting family in the neighborhood & found the location & nearbyTram service to city central was excellent. Thank you for making our stay in Krakow so welcoming.

Very nice for the business occasions with some areas of improvement.

Nice rooms, close to Czerwone Maki business centre and the tram station.

Poor level of English, poor breakfast, high prices at the restaurant, a little but dirty room and bathroom (dust, insect).

Beds were extremely uncomfortable with weirt plastic sheet... There were no kitchen supplies in the room (could be requested in the reception) which was a bit uncomfortable

A bit odd place, not for vacation

Aparthotel clearly designed as a place for the visiting workers for the nearby offices. Rooms are large and clean. They include a kitchenette (although you need to ask at the reception for any utensils). Ample storage space.

A large radiator in the room is always on, the room would easily reach 25 degrees. When asked the reception about it, they recommended to turn the AC on. Not only we spent a week in 0% humidity but I guess they don't worry about the electricity and gas prices either. Beds and linen are very cheap. As far as I can tell all rooms are two single beds (which works for the office workers I guess). The ceiling fan has a sensor that looks like a camera. Reception says it's just a sensor to stop the fan if you put your fingers in it. If you are a privacy nut like me you might not sleep too well. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. The neighbourhood might be the most socially barren part of Krakow. Very little choice when looking for dinner or a better breakfast - just stack and stack of concrete high risers.

do not count of their 'shuttle' as actually they do not have any but they just order a taxi to the airport that will double charge U anyhow and each minute that your flight might delay will be on a taxi charging/receipt paid by U...quite disrespectfully I consider this from a hotel mentioning in presentation that they provide shuttle to the airport :)))))

We liked the size of the apartment, the huge bathroom, kitchenette including the fridge & kettle., The breakfast in the Oregano restaurant (7-10 am) was great. The reception was 24 hours, so no problem arriving late. It was quiet & very convenient, next to the tram stop (73 or 52 - get off at the stop before Czerwone Maki & just cross the road). Good air conditioning. Useful little supermarket & pharmacy underneath the hotel.

The double bed was so uncomfortable, that we used the sofa bed instead!

All good, met the expectations!

Good place to stay, room is spacious and has a good desk to work.

The kitchenware and cutlery could be improved, If you intend to cook you lunch/dinner maybe it'sno enough.

1. Price/quality perfect! 2. Free car parking 3. Modern rooms 4. Very good and fast Wifi 5. Good, big fridge 6. They prepared breakfast to takeaway early

1. Really dirty! Bathroom, dust in the room etc. have to improve! 2. Lack of towels for the floor 3. Neighbors smoking on the balcony next to my! DISGUSTING! It was supposed to be in the no smoking room and with those dic** I had to breath dirty, smoke air! Ridiculous!

The apartment was big and clean when I get there .

No information about breakfast , stayed one week and no cleaning of room , no refill on soap, and need to ask the cleaner for toilet paper
