About this house rental
This is a modern, professionally furnished and decorated, 2,100 square foot townhouse. This unit includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, plus 2 driveway parking spots and 1 additional guest parking spot with parking pass. Washer and Dryer in Unit. WIFI included. Sleeps up to 12 people. Sleep easy in the amazingly comfortable beds offered in this unit. Modern high end design and accents throughout the home.
The location is a short drive up the hill from Silverthorne Colorado. It overlooks the valley and has gorgeous views of Gray's and Torrey's mountain peaks. It is centrally located with a 35 minute drive to Vail, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 12 minutes to Copper Mountain, 10 minutes to Keystone and 90 minutes to Denver International Airport. A free public bus with a stop right outside the door can also take you to the ski resorts, or anything you wish to do in Summit County.
There are many other summer and winter activities in the Summit County area. Hiking and biking trails are right outside the door. White water rafting, skiing and snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, horseback riding, and golfing are all within easy reach of this gorgeous modern townhome.

We liked the location and accessibility to all areas in Summit County; so transportation was great to go to Dillion, Frisco and Breckenridge. The facilites were great and provided ample space and accessorries for family and friends. Parking, however, can be an issue if you have multiple parties meeting at one location.

We had a great time, property location was perfect and it was a great size for our family. We were celebrating our daughters wedding in Silverthorne and it allowed for plenty of space to prep etc.

This property had everything our 2 families needed for our annual ski trip. Close to the conveniences of Silverthorne as well as the ski resorts & the view out the living room window was fantastic! That evening when our group tried to take showers, we discovered ice cold water! I contacted Jeremy with PMI and upon inspection the blower was out. Again, things like this happen, but how this situation was handled by Jeremy, as well as his boss, was not only unacceptable but highly unprofessional.
We were told it would be 3-4 days before the HVAC could be repaired due to “Presidents’ Day “. We were offered another property with less sleeping space that was 40 minutes away and no compensation was offered if we did have to pack up our vacation and relocate. When I spoke to Jeremy and his superior concerning the hot water and bed situation, they were combative, rude, and unaccommodating.
After speaking with VRBO and filing a report, PMI finally started to make some progress. We ultimately were stuck in our original rental with no hot water for 3 days before anything was done. BEWARE OF PMI Summit Colorado!!

Only issues were a need of the light switches were broke and worked intermittent, water pressure was really bad (we stayed at property next door last year and did not have this issue. )

I'm sure during this time of year they are really busy and cleaning a large condo like this isn't easy but when charged for the cleaning service I would expect these basic things to be done. We would love to stay here again as long as the floors and dusting were done. Everything as fart as check in to check out was super convenient and smooth. Again, we would happily stay here again with the cleaning a bit better.

For 7 adults and a baby, this property was very spacious! We loved that each room had its own bathroom. Great location, easy access to everything we needed/wanted. The heated garage was a major plus, also. Will likely try to stay here again next time!

Plenty of beds and bathrooms
The property was VERY clean! Check-in was super easy. We especially enjoyed the large, clean hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Location is ok - we found a few trails nearby, but it wasn't especially scenic. However, the unit has lots of beds and bathrooms so we were able to spread out comfortably. The only complaint we had was the showers and hot water. The water heater is set blisteringly high and the upstairs showers get water intermittently, so often you had to jump back to avoid a burn or rinse off with cold water or barely a trickle. It was frustrating, but livable.

Place was really clean and just as described online. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only thing is that I did not see a grill listed on the property details list so we brought our own just to find out there was one at there already.
