This gorgeous brand new condo is a treasure among rental properties and is a great find in Summit County! With gorgeous views of the continental divide, William’s Fork Mountain Range and wooded areas. Nearby trails connect to the Gore Range Trail, Colorado Trail, and many others. It is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Centrally located to all ski resorts. Minutes to the Blue River, Outlet shopping and restaurants. Eagle's Nest Wildernest boundary, Lily Pad Pond and Buffalo Cabin Trailhead are nearby. Very quiet building. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

Everything was great. Condo was fantastic. Only issue was that both pools at the complex and the game room were all under construction at the same time. Understand that's out of the owner's control, but was one of the reasons that we selected this property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thanks.

This condo made for an excellent family ski outing. It is well located in Silverthorne with good access to several ski areas. The rooms were large and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. It lived up to its property description. I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future.

We stayed with our family and friends for a ski trip. The condo was a short drive from Keystone. I liked that the kids could spread out through the house. The decor was nice, the beds were comfy, and we had a great time!

The home was wonderful, remodeled, warm. Unfortunately the water did not work for the first 2 days, which made the stay very very difficult with 4 children. Unable to flush toilets or wash hands was tough. We weren’t notified of this, or even offered a water access point until the next day. We understand that pipes break and it was an unforeseen circumstance beyond control, but any help (cleaning services, water delivery etc) would have been nice.
More egregious however was that we went skiing only to return to one bathroom torn apart with no notice and a man trying to follow our kids into the home. It was scary. We didn’t get word that anyone would be in the home during our stay, let alone that the toilets were broken. All of our valuables were out and askew, toilet parts everywhere. It was unsanitary and unsafe. We were told to let him back in the room to pick up, but he needed to continue his work despite us needing to be in the room. All around inconvenient, although the worker was kind and apologetic some notice would have been nice - as per the contract. Overall it was a great house, with some major hiccups in our stay.

My son, Tyler lived on Royal Buffalo Road for 3 years in Summit County. He died in a skiing accident in Aspen, Colorado on 1/26/23 at the age of 27 years. This weekend we celebrated his life in Summit County. We spread his ashes on Buffalo Mountain. I was able to see his home and be where he was and will always be. The home I stayed at was within one mile of his old home. It was comfortable and gave me peace of mind while I mourned the final destination of my oldest son. Thank you for the comfort and cleanliness for my family and I.

This was an awesome location with beautiful views! Our family felt very relaxed at this house after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. There were plenty of supplies for the bathroom and kitchen such as paper towels and toilet paper. We also used the game room and pool. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table. I hope we can book again in the future!

Located near the top of the wildernest community, this place is a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge. Nice that it had 3 masters with their own bathrooms, washer dryer, garage, big kitchen/family room area for everyone to hang out. Would definitely consider renting here again :)

Overall had a great stay here and most things were to our expectation. A few things to consider though for other groups:
1- We had 10 people and we would not have been comfortable with any more than that. Unless everyone is a couple and is comfortable sharing the living room sofa bed and/or trundle room beds, you may not to max out the capacity. The listing says 12 which is technically true but just look at the bed situation in detail to make sure your group will be comfy.
2- We were here during peak ski season and stayed here mainly to have good access to Copper. Unfortunately, it still took us 45 min-1 hour to get to and from Copper each day. Granted, there was some snow on the roads and it was busy season but it was really not worth it to us in the end to spend so much on a place out in the mountains and then have to still drive an hour there and back to ski. Next time we will look for a place closer to where we are skiing that avoids more of the Denver traffic.
Overall one of the nicest most modern mountain condos we have stayed in! Loved the easy fireplace.

It was a great experience! The three masters was perfect with the king size beds and full size bathrooms, wonderful for couples all staying together and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. The heated floors was definitely a bonus!! The kitchen and living room were great to hang out and cook in while watching Netflix. 4 wheel drive is definitely a must as we got stuck going up the driveway in our Dodge Caravan but neighbors were kind to help and the owners brought ice melt to help. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view
This place was perfect for our party of 10. Great views and plenty of room. Kitchen was thourally stocked. Just fyi, there is no air conditioning and it was hot during our stay, but opening the windows during the evening helped. The only letdown was the Clubhouse that was advertised with the house. The pool was a little bigger than a kid sized bed, and alot of the arcade games didn't work. Since we came with 6 kids, this was abit of a disappointment, but the townhouse itself was perfect!

Great stay!
We had a great stay at this home - the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were great. Only suggestion would be to update the pillows as they were very lumpy, but that’s a small thing. Overall, the condo was a good jumping off place for our mountain adventures. Thanks for a great stay.
