Limpeza a desejar

A localização é excelente, tem mercado ao lado, então facilita.

Limpeza do quarto, quando cheguei tive que pedir pra trocar o cobertor e toda roupa de cama, pois estava sujo.

Reforma urgente

Da localização do hotel.

Do quarto com muitas deficiencias. Tv não funcioniu. Frigobar com porta quebrada. Ar condicionado não ligou e sujo de poeira. Porta do chuveiro não fecha direito. No café a torneira da Maq de café amarrada com arame oxidado. Cadeira fazem muito barulho ao arrastar pés no piso.

Localização boa, região central, funcionários educados.

Me senti enganado, nas fotos aparenta uma coisa, na realidade é outra, parece quando as meninas tiram fotos com filtro e são gatas, qdo você vê ao vivo, minha nossa, um dragão. Quarto com mobiliário antigo e deteriorando, frigobar enferrujado, recepção com paredes mofadas, teto do refeitório mofado e a parte que é revestida com forro caindo, banheiro sem tapete, toalhas com cheiro de mofo, estacionamento caro demais para algumas horas só, (R$ 50,00), sem manobrista quando saí.

Tudo, quarto mofado e velho, cobertores velhos, tivemos que trocar de quarto, o outro era menos pior, porem agua gelada, não aquecia, o local parece um pulgueiro, pior que um negocio de beira de estrada, as fotos não condizem com o local.

Instalações sujas, quarto sem ser varrido e com muitos problemas: banheiro antigo, sem toalhas no quarto, lençóis e cortinas sujas, um suporte de resto de madeira para amparar a pia que estava caindo. Pessimo local!

1° que o atendente me direcionou a um quarto usado, sujo e fedendo a cigarro e bebidas. Depois o 2° quarto, sem toalhas, com lençóis e fronhas sujas, descaradamente bemm utilizadas, um nojo.

Não recomendo nem para passar uma noite que foi o meu caso

A única coisa que é bom nesse hotel são o funcionários tentando suprir as falhas da estrutura.

Prédio velho, geladeira enferrujada e desligada, sem espelho no banheiro, colchão velho, amarelado e rasgado, sem telefone no quarto, o quarto inteiro tinha uma única tomada disponível, estacionamento caro.

Tudo. Não é confortável, o atendimento foi pessimo, não tinha roupa de cama suficiente, pedi uma agua e não levaram, subi pelas escadas e os andares estavam cheios de entulhos.

It is well located but needs a few repairs and embellishment.

The hotel is very close to CentroSul.

The bathroom sink was leaking and we had to change rooms. In the second room the tap in the sink didn't close properly, so water was running continuously (what a waste of water) and the shower was one big hose - no sprinkler. The towels are very old and worn out. There were never enough towels and out of 4 days, they only cleaned the room on 2.

Terrible experience. Change room 2x - first, there was another guest when I open the door; second, toilet was not working properly. Room conditions very poor, definitely avoid this place at all cost.

Worst hotel in my long life.

Breakfast OK. Location very good.

I paid for three weeks in advance. The TV never worked. There was no WiFi. The hotel refused to refund my money. Room unclean; staff surly. Worst hotel in my 75 years of intl travel. I left the hotel and my prepay after four days. Steer clear of this dump.

Too expensive for what it is...

The location was great for my needs.

In general, the hotel was a little bit less than what I expected for the amount payed. Bathroom was "clean", but mold on the walls, dryed soap from other people showers and stains on the towels left me a bit unconfortable... The TV had no channel working, every single one was off; Breakfast had no clean tables, had to ask for the staff to clean one of the tables; same thing with food available and plates. But the cherry on the cake was the parking... I chose this hotel instead of another because Booking pointed this was had a parking lot. It was charged on the side, two times the price of the regular parking lots on the region. I arrived late, so I payed it, but moved my car next morning to a parking lot nearby.

It's a cheap accommodation. You get what you pay for.

It's affordable.

It's not so clean. The breakfast was simple as it should, but supposedly hot food like scrambled eggs or sausages were cold. The bed was OK. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Staff at reception although friendly and respectful were more like informal people rather than professionals wearing the hotel uniform. It's not important to me, but it's an indication of the rest. The mini fridge only had a beer can. I had to go down to reception to get a bottle of water.
