It's a fantastic idea number for key safe key to room 👍

The hotel was in a great location, nice big room and a great price. There was a lovely little bar called the jam jar downstairs (which isn't part of the hotel) that does nice food and drinks at a great price. This hotel was far better than I was expecting with the price
Only a couple of minor things that could have made the place better, it's a self check in and if you check in before 4 you have to go through the back and we couldn't get the code given to work but that's possibly user error. The room looked like it could have done with a bit more cleaning as the skirting boards were a bit grubby. This didn't cause us any issues and we were very pleased with the place overall

Not a lot. I was actually really disappointed. It had a fridge, which is a good point I suppose.
It was absolutely filthy. It was more of a poor quality student halls than a hotel. My pets sleep in cleaner surroundings. No air con, the place was boiling hot, really noisy and the mattress was disgusting. Covered in stains and food debris and dirt. Looks like it’s never been cleaned. I didn’t walk around barefoot the entire time. I paid £250 because the prices were jacked up to take advantage of the people running for charity in the great north run. Quite unethical.

The location , it’s very accessible … shops , metro, bus stop etc were very close
The rooms were mixed up or so, someone else was already checked into the room we were supposed to be , the person was given another room and it was sorted though but that was a tick off for us . The microwave is on ground floor and room on 2nd floor

Bed was clean and comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Location was good. Cost for a two night stay was good.
There was a terrible smell, like blocked drains in our room. The room, and hotel in general needs a deep clean. The water temperature in the shower was very hot and couldn’t be adjusted. Fan provided which was appreciated. Other than the bed which was clean and comfortable, a very grubby hotel.

The smell was awful from the staircase, tiny flies in bathroom, not able to leave the window open to the fire escape as the catch was broken to get rid of the bad smell, promised a refund from the manager for the second night we didn't stay which never materialised!

Good location for some nice food and drinks
The hotel was absolutely disgusting and for what I paid compared to other hotels I think it's wrong.
Arrived at the hotel to our keys for the room just on the side with all our personal details on. (Anyone could of got them) the room was dirty smelly and in very bad condition. Used face masks, broken draws, dirty glasses, dirty sheets, , a fire door that doesn't close!, 1 towel to share, no help desk or no answer on a contact number. We have stayed in some dives before but this tops the list by a mile. Would strongly avoid at all costs.

Bar down stairs is great (though not a part of the hotel)
Rooms are a good size and Include fridge etc
(Some include microwave also)
Location great on Ozzy Road
Quite noisy in the afternoon / evening due to bar downstairs and bit of a pong in the hallway
Better for groups of mates than for couples or elderly
Shower seemed to be very hot or very cold, however could get a bath
