We used Beersbridge cottage as overflow accommodation for some of our wedding guests, and Emma was super helpful working with us to make sure our guests were comfortable and had all they needed. Beautiful, homely property in the perfect location for us.

I'd stayed here before and loved it so much I just knew I had to go back. The house is fabulous - so comfy and pretty. Emma was so lovely and the communication was great. Couldn't recommended it more highly

I had an absolutely brilliant stay here. Emma was a fantastic host - very kind and welcoming, great and easy communication. The house itself is gorgeous, beautiful cottage feel but very modern and comfortable. I was thrilled that I was able to bring my dog with me as I love traveling with her. We enjoyed our stay so much we've already booked to stay again next year. A real gem of a find and I couldn't recommend Beersbridge more highly!

This is a fabulous property to base yourself at when visiting Belfast. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay and the property was clean and comfortable. Public transport is very easy to catch both into the city centre and to the neighbouring Ballyhackmore with the bus stop a mere 2 minutes walk away.

Lovely home. Really very nice. Great size and was perfect for what we needed. Very quiet considering main road is there. Tidy garden. Comfy beds. Good lighting for makeup. Cute box of little choc brownies on arrival. Helpful to have toiletries, tea coffee, hairdryer etc there thanks.
Only needs some drain unblocker in shower and bathroom sink as water builds up when on for a while. Deep clean of washing machine would be good too. Tv and couch upgrade wouldn’t go a miss.

It was tastefully decorated and in a great location to explore Belfast, using the bus, and the surrounding areas

Great location and the cottage was clean, homely and ideal for a small family. My 3 year old daughter loved the swings in the garden. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The Cottage was great and in a good location. Only down graded the location due to road closures took nearly an hour to get back. I know it was a one off for the Parade. And the facilities are great only thing i would say the cottage caters so well fro children apart from in the Bathroom and there is no bath. However I did love the big shower.
So put both in the top box

Nice, cosy and tidy place to stay in Belfast. Really responsive owner, provided us with a high chair, travel cot and a baby bath for our 10m old daughter.

The property was close to the city centre and was very secluded. There were numerous amenities close by.
Everything was acceptable.

Great location within a 30 minute walk to the city centre and Titanic quarter. Glide transit nearby. Lots of restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Cottage was small but beautiful. One of the 2 bedrooms was large and nicely decorated. Very large bathroom and very nice shower with rain head.
The 2nd bedroom was not at all in keeping with the rest of the house. It was like an afterthought. Very tiny, with awkward bed and closet placement. Had to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. We were 2 couples equally sharing the cost of the cottage but only one of us had a comfortable bedroom.

The house was very clean, parking was good, we also enjoyed the wooden X & O game and the two Easter eggs left on bed for our kids was a nice added touch.

We had a lovely stay at Beersbridge cottage. Very comfortable and cosy. Emma was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication throughout. We really appreciated the added extras. (Plenty of wood and coal for the open fire) I would recommend this property for families visiting Belfast. Within close distance to Belfast city centre. Plenty of public transport options in the area. It was great to be able to bring our dog with us.
