A clean budget hotel with a comfortable bed.

Breakfast was delicious as was the dinner we ordered

Un soggiorno da dimenticare

Cose belle pressoché zero, nota positiva l'autista per le cascate vittoria, molto gentile e simpatico.

20$ per andare e tornare dalle cascate e 30$ per andare all'aeroporto sono un furto! Camera molto sporca, bagno rotto e rumori in camera. Piscina senza non molto pulita e senza cloro per disinfettare. Personale non molto gentile e senza resto in dollari di piccolo taglio. Ultima cosa, più scandalosa, il ristornate, da evitare assolutamente, tempi di attesa infiniti e cibi davvero disgustosi, sia a pranzo cena e colazione, con un menù davvero limitato.

Great value for money and safe location

Quiet neighbourhood. Safe and secure. Excellent on site beauty salon. Freshly cooked breakfast. In house taxi service provided. Excellent laundry service.

Had to service own room and empty bins. Noisy air conditioning which leaked onto floor

Bit dissapointed

The staff were friendly and helpful

The promised facilities. Through booking.com we got a room upgrade to a Deluxe double but when we got there we got placed into a Standard double. This room had no aircon nor tv. They told us the Deluxe rooms were all taken

It was family run and everyone was so nice. They helped us book activities and helped with transportation, shoutout to Knowledge, who was incredible

Le bruit wifi insuffisant faut être a cote de la réception pour avoir du réseaux le taxi de l hotel prend 10€ pour fait 1 kilomètres allez 10€ retour alors que en ville vous en avez pour 5€ aller et 5 retour

We had a lovely stay. Thank you Living Stone Lodge.

Breakfast was very filling. They had cereal as well as the usual sausages and eggs. Also a good selection of teas. We were quite pleased with the self-catering set up too.

We check out early to catch a morning bus, we wish they had offered us a packed breakfast option. Also, the WIFI was a bit unstable at times. Made it difficult to communicate with family.

Fantastic place, they are charging too little :-) Staff Friendly, You cannot beat value for money at Livingstone lodge.

comfortable rooms and nice staff, beware of wifi and breakfast

really comfortable rooms, the staff was really friendly. pool was also nice to refresh during hot water.

breakfast was really bad (taste wise) and wifi almost didnt work but i dont know if thats a victoria falls problem or hotel problem tho.

Das Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis passt. Eine der wenigen Unterkünfte im mittleren Preissegment! Das Essen war sehr lecker

It was lovely l enjoyed,

The lounge is very nice and the staff are very good . They need to be trained to be transparent when it comes to money.

The room are a mess, they are not fit for purpose considering the amount of money l paid that was disgusting, they was dust everywhere, drainage system was not working proper, no hot water , the room which I used number 7 needs to be renovated asap, it’s not fit for anybody to stay there.

Friendly staff (especially the cleaning/breakfast ladies and the security man were so lovely), comfortable beds, great location, delicious breakfast and a nice place to eat it, pool

The pictures on booking.com were great, but in real life the room looked different (in a negative way). We had no curtain in the shower so the whole bathroom was flooded and wet after every shower. We asked for a curtain or another room and the staff member told us that the cleaning ladies will solve the issue the next day. No one ever came and we learned from another staff member thar there are no curtains at all. Only a glare/very bright and uncomfortable light in the room (like in a hospital). Very noisy, especially in the mornings. The construction of a TV was there, but no TV. No cupboard or similar in the room. The second one who wanted to take a shower didn't always have hot water.

Exceptional

The location was just what we were looking for, nice and quiet. Thulani made the best breakfasts and Knowledge gave us good value cab rides. The swimming pool was small but refreshing.

The room had been freshly painted so it still smelled. Also, the hotel didn't send transportation for us to be picked up.

Superb

Staff were helpful and friendly room was spotless and bed was comfortable

No bar or food apart from breakfast which was perfect, and was quite a distance from town reception was really helpful ordering taxis and telling you the correct prices . Knowledge and his wife taxi drivers were excellent and always bang on time

Location good But one thing am really disappointed have done payment twice n am still waiting for my refund 10days ago I claimed for it n management is still doing the process To take the fare it does not take that long. Y refunding is so slow.

Still waiting for my refund which is still pending Very upset of their behavior . Was there for enjoying my holidays because of one staff error I was in a stress daily claiming for my refund.

Choose your room carefully.

Nice friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast included.

Disappointed. Renovations happening but our room had not been done. It was sad and tired and not like the pictures. Toilet door got stuck in the night so had to get security to give us a key to the unit next door. 30sq metre room advertised. This seemed a lot smaller. Would stay in a renovated room if we returned but not in the old rooms.

Decent night's rest.

Decent size room with a comfy bed. A good breakfast was included for our stay . Nice entertainment area and greenery near the pool area.

The renovation staff banging on the wall beside us in the morning. We were supposed to get the upgraded room with AC and garden views but there were more renovations for that block of rooms so we settled for a regular room.

the staff was exceptional and their beds only

No tvs in the rooms, too much cockroaches, flies and mosquitoes in the rooms. Kitchen wasn’t kept smart, shower rooms and toilets dirty. please next time give us proper information cos i checked in late thinking that I was going to eat my dinner there, only to be told that its B&B only. There were no coffee facilities and the shops are too far, I was traveling with kids and to tell them that they will eat the ext day it’s not fair at all
