Soggiorno con vista a Rodi

La formula all inclusive, con la possibilità di usufruire di qualsiasi tipo di cibo, bevanda o servizio, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo... la piscina privata era da favola... la vista dalla camera mozzafiato... i lettini in spiaggia compresi nel prezzo.

La poca varietà di cibo, la colazione prevalentemente salata e con poca scelta del dolce, la distanza della camera dalla struttura principale, i lettini delle piscine pubbliche di scarsa qualità, la freddezza dello staff.

Lovely hotel that needs improvement.

The hotel is lovely, but its lacking in some areas to be a 4 star hotel and worth the money. All the staff working reception and meal times were very lovely and helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs changing. Our shower was covered in black mould in every corner and had to be reported as it was so blocked from previous guests and the water wouldn't go away. Ants everywhere... every path, inside and outside. All inclusive is definitely not ALL inclusive, a lot of things had to be paid extra. The drinks at the bar were of unknown brands and heavily watered down. If you are travelling in hopes to enjoy some Greek food, this isn't the place. Every morning was a full English fry up breakfast. Dinner did have some changes now and then but still no authentic Greek food other than 1 or 2 things. The whole week being there I didn't see the pool being cleaned once, however all the paths were sprayed with hoses every morning and the filthy water was going right in to the pool. Some nights plastic and paper cups were floating about. Last thing - every morning around half 7 we were woken up by the cleaners mopping the corridors hitting every corner with a mop and chatting to each other in very very loud voices. I understand that there's lot to talk about and catch up but it could of been done without waking the guests.

Mixed feelings

On the positive side, the hotel's location was fantastic, and the variety of hotel area was impressive. The beach was also lovely and added to the overall charm. We enjoyed nice time at the hotel.

However, I must admit that there were several negative aspects. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as the bathroom was not properly clean to feel comfortable. Additionally, some lights in the room were not working, and the toilet had a persistent leak, which was inconvenient. However, upon our request the issues were fixed and the room was cleaned. We were also offered with late check-out and safe box with no additional charges as the compensation that was kind. Furthermore, I found the all-inclusive drink quality to be quite insufficient. We were also disappointed with the poor variety of snacks and dishes during dinner times. It didn't meet my expectations for a satisfying dining experience. Additionally, there was an unpleasant septic smell in the bar and restaurant area sometimes. Also, some of the personnel were unfortunately rude and not very friendly, which affected the overall atmosphere. In conclusion, while the location and resort variety were positive aspects, the issues with cleanliness, maintenance, staff attitude, and dining options left us with mixed feelings about our stay.

Very disappointing.

Extremely disappointed, with the hotel .

I booked a Pool View Suite, with a seating area as described in the pictures by booking.com only to be given a family room with a double bed and a single bed when asked if we had the correct room , they said that you had put the wrong photos on your website , and that we should have looked at their website . The room smelt of urine and we asked for the cleaner to Attend the issue, which never transpired.The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, which we pointed out and was addressed , but should not have been in any room . There was no waiter service in the bar area, which was served by one member of staff, which led to queuing on many occasions. On several occasions the hotel foyer smelt of drains , which was quite overpowering.

View from exec suites 10/10. Good food and a lot of drinks to choose from (All incl.) Location is nice and reception is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was so-so (excl. Event organizer and Reception lady, they were very friendly and nice). Cleaning came in when I was taking shower. At the bars it felt like ladies expected you to tip after each drink. Most likely staff is rotating often.

amazing time again & we can’t wait to return.

we have returned to this stunning hotel a 2nd time & staff couldnt do enough to make our stay amazing again. beautiful views & facilities in the executive suites. we love the private pools and robes /slippers provided. Irene from the management team to the bar staff are all fabulous. food has even improved from last time which we thought was impossible. nothing is too much . mum also had a fall (not at hotel) and was struggling to walk & staff even got her a wheelchair to use for the week.

the rooms with a pool/hot tub are very nice, loved the view of the sun rise every morning. buffet breakfast was fine, no complaints. staff are very chilled. the room was very clean.

Really enjoyed it, wish we could have stayed longer!

Private pool and executive room was amazing. Infinity pool over looking the sea made it the best room we have ever stayed in. All staff very polite and helpful, good variety of food (we are vegan and they had rice, vegetables, salad, potato varieties each day, pasta, fruit etc.). Beach was walking distance, not that we needed it. Have access to a small gym (cables, treadmill, bike, cross trainer) in another hotel, also walking distance

We stayed at executive suite with private pool and it was very good we loved it. The view from the pool was amazing.all inclusive was good and the food was very good and tasty with a lot of varieties.

Bit far away from main restaurant but not too far. 2 elevators and a cable cart lift.

The room with private pool was amazing, beautiful room and nice view. We used our own pool pretty much all day, didnt even try the other pools in the hotel. The private pools are big and lovely. Great stay!

lovely hotel with amazing views (our room at the top 3706 executive suite with jacuzzi was unreal. The view was incredib

clean, modern hotel close to the Vlycha Beach. staff were so friendly and helpful, especially George at the front desk on his night shifts and Irene during the day. They were so helpful

only negative was that there wasn’t no iron in the room and we think hotels should provide an iron

The hotel was perfect and over achieved in my expectation. Staff were extremely friendly and made our stay with a baby a lot more easier.

We pre ordered and paid for a taxi from the airport to the hotel and it was over an hour late and arrived without a baby car seat even though we requested one. It was dis stressing as we were with a baby and had to be at pre wedding drinks but we were unfortunately late as a result of the taxi being late

Amazing

Went for an overnight to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and the hotel went out there way to make it very special

Perfect Getaway

The welcome from the main reception went above and beyond for us! She was very friendly and explained to us everything for our stay. I loved that they had activities and the breakfast was amazing! I felt comfortable the entire stay and I rested very much!

It was nice and the food was good.

The room was lovely - sea view and balcony great . Lots of room .The staff in reception were great especially the lady from Canada ! The young lady in the pool bar on level 3 was always extremely helpful and always happy .

Pillows were not great for a 4 star hotel . I would have expected for all inclusive to have a mini bar so we could have drinks on the balcony and also tea/coffee facilities so if you miss breakfast you could have a coffee and enjoy the view .

NOT A GOOD HOTEL

Nicolette at the reception is such a pleasant person to deal with.

The facility is not guest friendly. The rooms i reserved are in the annex building which is hard to find without the assistance of the staff. No perks in the rooms such as kettle, glasses. From the rooms assigned to us, we cannot find the way bk to the reception. Poor bldg design.
