Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpfull, from the room cleaners to the waiters to the receptionists and bar staff. The hotel and grounds were very clean and constantly being cleaned by staff.
The rooms and lobbies above ground floor are quite dated.

Location
The food was horrible, there is the hotel dining room and one restaurant that you should order a place a day before.
The food in the dining room was ok at the first day but then it got worst.
Went to the restaurant on the second night, the food was much worst, we couldn't eat and left the place.
The remaining days we went to eat outside paying extra money (this was a full board vacation)

good size room with separate sitting room. All inclusive for the food and food was good. AC worked great. Beach was just across the street.
had to wait 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Just left it running until hot water came. Beer was good but mixed drinks were terrible for the all inclusive. I have done a few all inclusives in mexico and I would say the food was equivalent but this hotel did not come close with the mixed drinks.

Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and nice
The rooms were old looking , not updated at all , they didn’t give proper shampoo and soap , there was a dispenser at the shower and another one at the sink which was supposed to be soap, shampoo and conditioner all together ! I didn’t expect that! One of our rooms jammed and we couldn’t lock the back door , no one could fix it , so we had to sleep in an unlocked room at night ! The hotel offered to change the room for us but we were with kids and couldn’t just change one room of the two we had!
Also the hotel is advertised as on or beach accessible but doesn’t mention that you need to pay to sit at the beach separately

It had spectacular view. Food was of great variety and excellent. There was plenty of food even in the poolbar between meals.
Location was right next to Rhodes and all the best sightseeing places.
There were fun programs for kids and adults with animateurs.
