1) Fica minha sugestão para a construção de uma piscina térmica. Seria ótimo. 2) Quando recebi meu veículo o banco do motorista estava deslocado.. Endireitei imaginando que as pernas do "vallett"" fossem maiores d9 que a minha. Entretanto duesrante a viagem notei que o computador de bordô também havia sido mexido. É a minha única queixa. A curiosidade matou o gato.n

Petrópolis

Excelente localização, fizemos a grande maioria dos pontos turísticos a pé! A equipe é muito atenciosa e simpática (recepção, limpeza e restaurante). Gostamos muito do conforto do quarto, chuveiro excelente e uma vista incrível para a rua principal. Café da manhã com várias opções, só senti falta da famosa torrada de Petrópolis.

O fato do estacionamento não ser próximo e depender de valets. Meu carro foi riscado durante a estadia no estacionamento do hotel.

Excelente hotel com atendimento maravilhoso

Fiquei bem impressionado com o nível de atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã também merece elogios. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo com toalhas novas. O chuveiro é do tipo forte com água bem quente (boiler).

Uma observação que eu faria para a gerência do hotel é que pelas leis da LGPD o estabelecimento não pode exigir que os documentos de identificação do hóspede sejam copiados para serem arquivados. No momento do check in, o recepcionista pediu minha id para fotocopiar, mas como meu doc é digital, ele me disse que eu deveria enviá-lo por email. Diante da minha negação de enviá-los, ele prontamente não mais exigiu. Sem problemas, mas o correto é nem pedir para que sejam copiados. Conversem com o seu depto jurídico a respeito.

Ponto central, ótima localização

Bem localizado, claro, espaço bom no quarto. Café da manhã agradável.

No segundo andar de frente pra rua é bastante barulhento, a janela não isola completamente. O ar condicionando faz muito barulho no 201, mantive desligado.

Superou minha expectativa

É a primeira vez que me hospedo neste hotel. A equipe é excelente; gente de educação esmerada; tudo muito limpo; decoração de muito bom gosto; recepção ampla; elevador moderno; localização excelente(em frente ao obelisco), a 100m do palácio imperial, e junto ao comércio; o quarto 209 em que ficamos(eu e minha mulher) é silencioso, perto do elevador; a porta é acionada por cartão magnético; ar refrigerado excelente; o chuveiro é perfeito e no box já há embalagens fixas com sabonete líquido, shampoo e condicionador; o frigobar estava bem abastecido. O hotel dispõe de manobrista, que estaciona em local próximo e traz o carro sem cobrança adicional; ao chegar, basta parar o carro no recuo em frente ao hotel(há três vagas), acionar o pisca alerta, que poderá ficar parado por, no máximo, quinze minutos. Se for sair, o manobrista precisa de 15 a 20 minutos para buscar o carro no estacionamento. Portanto, não saia com pressa. Dica: 1. fui informado que o restaurante está funcionando para almoço e jantar apenas às sextas e sábados. E que o serviço de quarto para lanches funciona diariamente. O restaurante é um ambiente muito agradável, e a comida muito boa. O café da manhã é muito bom e tem tudo que precisamos, 2. Não sei o tamanho do box do banheiro dos outros quartos, mas o do 209 não é aconselhável para pessoas obesas. Para nós estava ótimo porque não somos obesos. Se você for obeso, procure saber o tamanho do box antes da reserva. Ficam as dicas.

Um ótimo hotel numa excelente localização.

Um belo hotel totalmente modernizado. As instalações internas são novas e de muito bom gosto. Bem no centro da cidade com os principais pontos turísticos a poucos minutos à pé. Excelente café-da-manhã. Janelas acústicas garantem o silêncio. Valeu estar lá.

the position and the very good breakfast

I asked for a very quiet room and we were given a room near the elevator where we could hear every guest arriving at night. We arrived aerlier at 12.30 and were told that our room would be ready in half an hour. we therefore went for a short walk. When returning at 13.10 (after 40 minutes) the same young lady told us in rather unfriendly way that check in was after 14.00, I.e. after 1.5 hours from our arrival...she could have told us at the beginning...

internet did not work in the rooms. staff kept saying they were working on it when clearly they weren’t. signal awesome throughout the hotel until you get inside your room.

it was very good

as a disabled person, the room was very accessible and clean. But they made me pay extra when I arrived , because the accessible room it’s only the one for 3 person, even when you are one or two guests.

Great breakfast, scratchy sheets

Great breakfast! Always being replenished with fresh food. Varied buffet with lots to choose from. Amazingly quiet room, clean and spacious too.

The sheets were so rough, so scratchy, that I felt like I was dragging beach sand to bed every night. Horrible!

Situated in the center, with easy access to the nice place of the city. My car was parked by hotel employees, as no car park available in front of hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Entrance, corridor and room was clean.

Breakfast room was crowdy at 9am on Saturday, and kitchen was not able to follow the demand. Had backpain after one night, as mattress was too soft. Shower is tiny. Our room had a window over the kitchen which was giving a terrible smell to the room. The room is small for a 4* hotel, but it is as expected on booking.com

Business Trip to Petropolis

Breakfast in the hotel was good, but in other hotels in this area I ate better. The localization from one side is good, because it is close to the main street, shops and good restaurants, but it is very noisy and there were problems with parking a car even for short time to remove luggage and give car keys to the hotel staff.

My room was close to the fitness center and it was very long and narrow causing not enough space for working while sitting on the desk. I did not like also noisy and crowded area.

Wonderful hotel

The location, public transportation, breakfast is great, staff members super friendly and nice, our bedroom was amazing.

The shower takes about five minutes to give us hot water, and the waste of water is something I consider terrible. No sustainable and non environment friendly at all.
