Breakfast was great
Everything was fine, nothing to complain

The Ring of The 2 churches’s bells all night and the long wake up at 6am.
The shower handle turns around too freely.

This hotel provided a safe (we think) place to stay for a few nights near Lucerne but not in Lucerne. We were looking for a place to sleep while we explored the area. This hotel served that purpose well.
The rooms and amenities in this hotel are limited. The rooms have two twin beds pushed together and a private bathroom. The balcony had a nice view of the mountains, but other guests smoked consistently on their balconies, making our balcony unusable.
My wife and I provided many full meals to the local mosquitoes during our two nights of wakeful sleep.
The rooms have no microwaves or refrigerators.

Amazing location, can't do better than this in Zurich.
Staff doesn't understand English super well but they are quite helpful
Onsite breakfast was very convenient since everything else is at least a 10-15 min drive downhill.
The family room was quite big and convenient, loved the cows grazing and visible from our balcony in the morning!
Wish dinner had a little variety and was a bit more affordable, we would have certainly eaten on site.
Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, nothing nasty - just pillows were very thin and hard to sleep on.
Breakfast was nice but a bit more variety would be great esp with fruits

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay not far from Lucerne. Nice views of the Pilates mountain area. Comfortable rooms and great gluten-free options for breakfast

Would be great if water heater or coffee inside the room.

A very, very nice hotel in a great location for who ever likes the Suiss nature. It has a wonderful view from the room and many hiking trails all around. Breakfast was fine, the gym was surprisingly equipped with free weights and the sauna is highly recommended.

Friendly staff
Rooms are very spacious

The personnel was very kind and the room had a balcony. Because of an early leave, they offered themselves to prepare us some sandwiches for the road. The location is great, with a nice, green view. Great location for hiking.
-The room looked old.
-there were very very very limited options for breakfast (basically just a pre-prepared plate you find in the fridge)
-no fridge in the room

The staff was super Helpline l, whether it was to show the premises or during checkout.
The room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the Pilatus range.
Facilities include a well-equipped firness room abd a small Kneipp-Patcours that I recommend for every runner.

Staff were friendly and the view from the room was great.
It was quite far from everything. The price of the food in the restaurant was very expensive for what I got. The food was very average.

Location on the mountain was not easy to find but worth the effort. Beautiful scenery and fabulous walks in the trails around the back of the hotel through the quiet countryside. A sheer delight. Nicole on the front desk was very helpful and a very smiley personality. Breakfast was good. Parking was free and easy. Rooms are all facing front of the hotel and have a good balcony with furniture and awning. Bed very comfortable but big pillows are a bit too soft. Bathroom very good. Asked for a room with a fridge and received same.
