Könnte viel schöner sein!

Man kann leider nicht viel herausheben was gut war, außer das unser Bett relativ gemütlich war inkl. ordentlicher Bettdecke, die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und der gemietete Roller für die Zeit war einwandfrei.

Wir waren sehr geschockt wie dreckig und vermüllt die Anlage der Unterkunft und die Unterkunft selbst war. Es ist ein recht großes Grundstück, sodass wenn man im vorderen Teil ein Zimmer hat, kaum etwas davon mitbekommt. Wir waren im hinteren Haus untergekommen. Überall verstreut Müll, unter anderem unzählige Plastikflaschen. Als wir ankamen wurde die Terrasse des Hauses noch geputzt, was dann aber auch das letzte mal gewesen sein sollte. Die Küche im Flur, war voller Ameisen und verschmutzt. Wir mussten selbst nach einer vollen Gasflasche zum kochen, einem Abtrockentuch und einer gescheiten Pfanne fragen, da davon nichts vorhanden war. Der Mülleimer der Küche, sowie auf der Terrasse, wurde nicht geleert, was Ungeziefer angelockt hat. Es lag ständig irgendwas auf der Terrasse herum (alte Lappen, Deoroller, Papier etc.) was definitiv nicht von anderen Gästen war. In unserem Zimmer waren die Gardinen völlig verdreckt, die Dusche war eine Katastrophe und das Bad grundsätzlich sehr dreckig, die Zimmertür ließ sich nur schließen, indem man abgeschlossen hat, da ein riesiger Zwischenraum von Tür zu Rahmen war. Wir mussten selbst erstmal sauber machen, da wir uns sonst nicht einigermaßen wohl gefüllt hätten. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich aber man hatte das Gefühl dass sie entweder überfordert sind mit der Instandhaltung und Reinigung oder kein Interesse dafür besteht. Schade!

We get more than we spent

Love the breakfast especially the pancakes. New kitchen looks great, they've free water refill and we can use it. The pool is nice

Basic and cheap but in need of some fixing up - great pool!

Swimming pool is nice and clean, breakfast was tasty and staff was friendly.

Rooms very basic which is fine, but the bathroom door couldn’t close and smelled really really bad. A/C could use a clean up. We stayed in the studio and the kitchen stuff was super dirty. They didn’t clean the room during our 5 night stay and had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper ourselves.

The rooms with view in the pool was perfect! The owner and the staff really kind and the breakfast tasty. Really good relation price/ quality for the superior room with pool’s view. Highly recommended!

We booked first the basic room and we didn’t like too much because of the humidity and some basic equipments missing (towel, sheets, towel for the floor in the bathroom). Also the bathroom just have a curtain and no door so not the best to have some privacy

Nice location

The room wasn’t that clean (dead mosquitos/ bugs on the floor and a stain on the bed sheet) and the bathroom has open vents, this allowed ants and bugs to come in (However, we told the staff who quickly used bug spray which solved the issue) No wifi in our room

Very good

The location was good, the room quite big and the shower had good pressure and hot water. You can rent bikes and the owners are really nice! The pool is really beautiful and clean too and the location is great, only 10 min walk from all the shops and restaurants

The room was full of mosquitoes (maybe because the room was left open for a while?), we had to buy and spray a whole can of Baygon and I wish there were vegan options for breakfast but other than that it was ok

Exceptional

Stayed the weekend of WSBK, as everywhere in Kuta is extremely busy around this time, and extremely expensive. Kuta Circle was really affordable, I had a big room too myself, the staff was sooo helpful, even gave me a ride in to town when I was checking out. Terima Kasih!

the pool area was very nice, free breakfast, walkable into centre or kuta and beach

aircon didn’t work (1 night was colder outside than in the room). because the aircon was not cool the beds felt damp. smell coming from toilet.

Disappointing according to what you can have in the same area for the same price. But nice staff...

Staff was nice

I booked the most expensive room (deluxe) but it didn't have anything of deluxe (except the size). Second floor of an old ugly building, view on wasteland, no outside private area,... For the same price or less you can have a beautiful bungalow with swimming pool and breakfast included. I'm talking only regarding the deluxe room. The others rooms where far cheaper, looked cute from outside with private terrace and very close to the reception.

Friendly staff, decent location

Room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were able to rent a motorbike and arrange for taxi transport with no problems. Good shower. Location is a bit away from the action but it's all a short 5-10 minute walk away. There is a convenience store next door which was very handy.

Room in photos is much more stylish than the room we had. Sink had a sewage-y kind of smell.
