Our rooms were not clean when we checked in but it was done nicely in good time. It was not very nice to enter in the dirty room. But overall experience was good
First impression was not so good because as mentioned earlier that two of rooms were not clean

Very cool place. Like a bit in the sanatorium. Lady at the reception was super nice. Everything super clean and set. What can I say, I really enjoyed the stay 🙂

The location and views are stunning, it’s so peaceful and my room looked right out on the beach and lake. I was able to cycle around the island so easily from here. my room was wonderful and very comfortable - and I was warned that the restaurant would be closed so I brought food I could heat up there. the sauna and pool were lovely and I was the only one in them. the staff were very helpful.
I liked that it is a wellness spa and has the feel but others might not.

The rooms were affordable. Place is scenic and near a beach
Room was a bit dusty and bathroom had a weird smell. Swimming pool wasn't open during the weekend which totally defeats the purpose of having one in my opinion

nothing! everything was perfect!

I only liked the location far away from city rush and that it was by a sandy little beach.
1. Each room should be mopped with fresh water and soap. The smell of the water changes when mopping more than few rooms without changing the water, and that makes the whole room smell very bad due to that. And that smell can be stuck to the room for weeks. I had to spray my perfume around the room to make it bit bearable.
2. As I expected this to be a quiet time to work, I find it very disrespectful for cleaners to start banging and making extremely loud noises at 6:30. Even the “rauha” (peaceful) rule in Finland is 22-7, yet not respected in this hotel.
3. I was welcomed nicely upon arrival. Yet I was allowed to my room around 16:00. That is Not acceptable when in my booking it said Check-in 14-15:30.
4. I was not told how to get to the beach area, and it was not clear how from signs in hotel premisses nor outside.
6. On Monday morning the restaurant table I wanted to sit on for breakfast was not wiped (there was coffee cup stain) and the table cloth had some berry spot. (That means it has not been cleaned for days because on Saturday and Sundays the restaurant is closed), and to be clear I was the second customer in as soon it opened.
5. The second receptionist was quite unpleasant and unprofessional. First thing that customer service is taught is a pleasant smile to whom ever approaches their stand. I don’t know if it was my dark complexion or she didn’t have her morning coffee yet but in either cases 0/5 customer service to her.
6. Cleaners don’t smile nor reply when told “Huomenta” or “Kiitos”. Very disrespectful service.

Amazing location - most beautiful area I’ve ever stayed. Helpful and friendly staff, free bicycles and good connection to the Turku.
If you are travelling by car, I see no reason you can choose another place to stay.
Everything was amazing

I did not Know that this is a nursinghome. We could not use the pool or eat in the dining area because the old people who live there was using it. The elevator did not work, the staff did not speak English. The building in itself was ok.

There is a common area on each floor where you can find plates and cutleries. Very convenient.
And there is a private pier where you can dip into the water.

Not the most modern place if that's what you're looking for but the place was clean and had everything you could need for a couple of days outside the city.
Bus stop 2 minutes walk away and 20 minites bus ride to the city centre. So I'd recommend it if you want to spend some quiet time but still be able to see the city.
Only downside is the bus timetable. One bus every hour to the city centre ... but it's manageable if you plan in advance
